Contra: "Due to wrong time in the boarding pass and unclear calls for boarding I missed my connection flight and all subsequent legs of my trip"

Pro: "The food, I must say, was the most impressive thing. They give away some souvenirs for you during the flight which was awesome. I even got ice cream as dessert. I can't tell what to say was wrong with the flight. I will definitely recommend Aeroflot for sure."

Contra: "Never got the chance to fly. My initial flight to this destination was cancelled. Wasted too much of my time."

Pro: "I travel quite a lot, domestically and internationally. Compared with United Airlines, which I use often, Aeroflot is way way better and ahead. For example, food alone, I can give 9 (in the scale of 10 with 10 being perfect) to Aeroflot, while I honestly think United deserves 1. In terms of service, Aeroflot is also very good."

Of course they continued being rowdy the whole night. The flight was ruined as I could get no sleep. Will think twice before going with Aeroflot again"

Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

Pro: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."

To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

Contra: "It was a full plane ride but they didn't seem to be boarding on time? After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."

When I got there because I was within 3 hours of boarding they had given away my ticket and made me a last priority boarder. I happened to get really lucky otherwise I wouldn't have gotten to fly on a flight I had previously paid for and was on time to."

Boarding zones we're ignored a crew member just yelled the name of the flight to signal boarding."

I guess i can be happy that the crew did not drag people out and i managed to travel safely. So - bad management - no hot drinks onboard the flight - lake of ethics - terminal at dubai airport was crowded and lake of services and seates to stay on!"

Pro: "There was flight entertainment but had to be purchased. Food had to be purchased. For international flight, I found it very inconvenient to travel with this airline. Worst of all, I did not realize that in order for me to continue to my connection flight to Dubai, I had to get my luggage, apply for Turkey visa and leave the transit area and check-in again. There was no assistance on the flight nor outside when we arrived to guide passengers to the connecting flights. Overall, i would not recommend this airline nor, Easyjet (Amsterdam-London) and Skypicker the company that booked my flights to anyone. I found overall experience, frustrating, unprofessional, delays, luggage weight limitation, unnecessary visa requirement, etc."

Pro: "They delivered me my order sanwhich and flight was on time"
Contra: "The seats doesn’t have a jacket hanging hook.. so I had to hold my suit jacket all the way . And the seats didn’t have proper head rest so couldn’t sleep as well on the plane but the seat was not congested and was comfortable if day flight"

Contra: "I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

Contra: "Oh wow there’s a long list: -flight was late -no food or drinks were offered -seats were dirty -plane was dirty -staff spoke very limited English -every single food we ordered was “sold out” -credit. At cpayments we’re not accepted -toilets were not clean I could continue but the above suffices."

Pro: "The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. The plane was clean, and the flight on time. Was my first time to fly Pegasus, but will definitely do so again."

Contra: "The none sense of explaining why I cant go on the plane ... according to there website I should have 2 stamps from the lebaniese authority on my passport one for going in and one for going out which I gladly provide them with... the responsoable for the check in at Frankfurt Airport and according to him was communicating with "pegasus Airline" in Istanbul by WhatsApp and just kept saying "those can't fly today" the funny thing he was writing in german and refuse to give me there number so I can explain the situation now the main reason why i couldn't go on the plane because I wasn't once in my life in Turkei which makes none sense according to there website I contacted them with Emails and they answered me that I should have the 2 stamps if i want to fly from Instanboul to Beirut which I already have but the haven't notice that i didnt even got ob the plane at the 1st place .... the huge amount of nobe sense, stupidity, the lying that there is no Pegasus airline office ath the airport and the 0 responsibility for there actions can provide you guys with a picture of how they behave with the customers"

Contra: "Checked in only to find out that someone checked allready with my name and he is sitting in my seat. The next bomber?"

Pro: "Firstly, Overbuggage limits were put into practice with a mindset of just to f* the customers and consequently almost every single passenger has to end up paying at such overated fees that were equal to a level of a business ticket of any well known first class airline company.I , myself, had to pay 450£ in total for the ticket , just because of 34 kg of a luggage weight though 20 kg of this amount was included in the ticket. Sirs, if you really will only take this complaint as just to watch and say that this was a company policy then i will definetly never choose your services either again.Also, from the bottom of my heart, i will never feel tired to share and spead around this nasty experience of mine on each and every social media occasion , when i will have a word to say. Within only one flight on that day ,the total buggage revenue of the company was equal to a sum of 23,000 £ in total, despite the plane was ridiculously abit bigger than a small box. Sirs, Pls rethink over what i said. This is far beyond to accept and fit into any int'l trade rules.17£ fee for 1 kg !?? Best Regards"

Pro: "This is a budget airlines, compare to Ryanair seats Pegasus Airlines seats has more leg room, especially I have long legs I need more leg room."
Contra: "I know this is a Turkish airline, but the cabin crew could do with a bit more understanding of English"

Pro: "Quick flights"
Contra: "Long layover in inexciting airport Long, congested lines to board planes"

Contra: "I was delayed in London, and thus missed my subsequent flights to Ankara and to Erbil. Arriving in Istanbul, there was a massive crowd at the transit desk with two Pegasus agents. They spoke little English and did not attempt to create an orderly queue. Instead, they were helping random people. Given that persons on the delayed flight were losing potential time to catch other flights, it was extremely unprofessional and rude to go about managing the issue in this way. I was quite exasperated and was told to calm down by Pegasus officials. Ultimately, I was delayed for one DAY, and forced to flight out the next night at midnight. If Pegasus had been consistent in managing passengers from a delayed flight, I could potentially have gone on to my final destination without a 24 hour delay."

Pro: "Liked their flexibility and welcome agent was serving us."

Contra: "Flight took off late, no food or entertainment available"

Pro: "Comfortable seats and very clean."

Pro: "It is fine. It gets you from point A to point B."
Contra: "It's almost outrageous that they don't give you water."

Pro: "generally the boarding and crew were acceptable."
Contra: "A week before my flight, the flight changed and I was emailed. It had me arriving in Istanbul 2 hours later. They essentially changed my flight to another flight. And then Pegasus Plus frequent flyer never recognizes my PNR number when I try to get credit for my flights. I have flown 6 segments with them and none of the flights are recognized. When I try to do live chat, it only accept Turkish language. I am very disappointed in this airline's pre and post flight services."

Contra: "Exit row seats do not recline .. so could not lie-back on this overnight flight."

Contra: "Payment options suck! Did not know ahead of time that nothing is offered free of charge!"

Contra: "the staff at the disk was so bad they charge me for extra weight more than what it should be they try to change the currency from turkish lira to euro then to my country currency just to collect more charge???. also when I paid by my visa card they didn't give me my recipt which mean they did something dicey."

Contra: "Crew lacks professionalism and courtesy. Distance, between rows, is small, a few cms (5-7) more, will bring great benefit. The transfer, at Instanbul, was crowded, inefficient and noisy; it took too long. The bathrooms were filthy and stinky."

Contra: "The flight was delayed and that's normal for them I guess .. worst cabin crew ever."

Contra: "The flight got delayed. One of my loggage didnt got to bucharest only at the evening of my second day."

Pro: "If all you care about is price, then this is the way to go"
Contra: "flight was late, Istanbul airport has limited wifi (have to buy 30 euro at restaurant to get access)"

Contra: "Air traffic control delays at Istanbal SAW on departure was about 40 mins. Airline blamed it on ATC rather than themselves but weatehr was good, no obvious reason for delays except heavy traffic which surely must occur every day. Airlines should build ATC delays into schedule. Sabiha Gokcen airport shops are masively overpriced which means I will avoid transiting through there."
