On arrival in Zagreb, same story, but when I asked about help they actually came with a small ambulance-like vehicle that took me to the terminal, where I was on my own. My suitcase went around several times on the carousel before I at last managed to get if off, with my fractured shoulder in a sling. There was nobody there to help, and all other passengers had already left the area. Not what I expect from Lufthansa, and not what I am used to from other airlines!"

Wish that would have been clear when I purchased the ticket. Also there is no clear info on what the cost is for your bag at what point in the check-in process."

Contra: "My first flight with Austrain Airlines was 2 hours late in leaving, partly because they mixed our baggage up and had to have each of us leave the airplane to identify our baggage before getting back on again. Because of this, I missed my connecting flight in Zurich. Apparently hundreds of other passengers were in a similar situation, because I spent the next 6.5 hours standing in line to getting my new itinerary and hotel vouchers."

United Airlines suggested me to tell the Austrian Airlines about what happened and they were sure the Austrian Airlines would understand but they were wrong; no understanding on behalf of the Austrian Airlines."

I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

Please book a full fair on a major carrier instead of hidden fee fiasco at the airport. headaches before a flight. Keep in mind no wizz staff to talk to before flight or in Budapest. Contra: "My bag was 6cm too big, so they charged me at the airport. After checking their website, the airport overcharged me, and the gestapo who was checking had less customer service manners than my old French teacher, she was a...!"

Contra: "The fact that they have small carry on allowance (free) or with a 7cm difference in width a "large carry on" allowance . To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."
Contra: "i would seem that evey Wiss-Air Flight on the route we were on is always late, stuck on the tarmac in a bus in 30degs with NO aircon is not on."
Pro: "Cost was ok but you get into the trap where every turn is a cost option. The cost can climb to the point where other scheduled flights compete."
Contra: "The web site is laborious. Checking in was 48hrs prior and frankly you should be able to choose what remaining seats are available as a no cost option. You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"
Contra: "Never ever gonna choose Wizz air ... not a frist time I had to pay extra because of the suitcase ... But this is happening always on Hungary not in London."

Contra: "The cabin bag policy is ridiculous - we had small backpacks and had to put them in the hold. The plane was oversold so we were late while we waited for someone to get off. My friend has an NZ passport (with a 5 year ancestory UK visa) and had to print out her boarding pass at the hotel and then get it stamped - we don’t have to do this for any other low cost flights! Not sure Ryanair is really worth the “cheap” flights with all the add ons and hassle."
Contra: "The airline called the passengers to stand up in line over an hour prior to boarding. Most of the wait was done indoors, while the last 15 min or so were spent outside, waiting for the plane and watching as the passengers from the flight that just landed were getting off.. immediately after they all got off, our group boarded... no one cleaned the plane... never flying Rayanair again...."
Contra: "We bought our tickets online, and even had the Ryan Air mobile app, yet still SOL. When we arrive at departure airport no mobile bording pass option (for our tickets), no kiosk for printing. Ling line to pay 50 quid for tucket printing, lol."

Contra: "Ryan Air charged my husband and I FIFTY Euros EACH for not checking in online before coming to airport. However, they were very sneaky and misleading, bec. they sent us an email saying that we must check in 2 hours before flight time -- here are their exact words: "Online check-in is up to 2 hours prior to departure. " so we got up at 4:30 am to get to airport exactly 2 hours before to check in online, but online check-in was closed. then at the counter they told us we had to pay 50 Euros each, extra for not checking in online."

Contra: "Boarding is a joke. Priority Boarding (paid) is a joke. Flight was 90 minutes late departing. Seats are so uncomortable and don't recline. Temperature in airplane was too hot. No overhead storage room so if you are travelling light (small bag) you get penalised and have to sit with it at your feet. Truly not the way to fly for anything more than an hour's flight."

Contra: "This airline actually charged 62 Euros, this was to print a boarding pass--and this was after I was deliberately delayed in getting one and then charged another 62 Euros at the gate because they claimed my luggage didn't fit. This was after I watched the guy before me leave with his bag that didn't fit, and I had paid for priority boarding, which was what their site had suggested when I did the online check-in, which I was charged for. In all, I paid over 130 Euros in total in addition to the money I paid for the ticket. Dispicable!!! a real rip-off!!!"
Pro: "Timing was ok"
Contra: "All passengers were asked to pre-board which meant standing in the bridge to the plane before the plane arrived. We then had to walk down the stairs outside with the mosquitoes then walk up the stairs to the plane."
Contra: "The lady at check in was rude. Also how she wanted to charge us 140 pounds because our luggage was over in kilos. So we removed everything to lower the amount only to bring the items onto the plane anyway. Then there was hardly any room in the over head compartments for everyone to put their things. very counter intuitive."
Pro: "Boarding was ridiculous from both ends of plane with people from back end squeezing past people from front end to find their seats. They list my checked backpack on a flight from Amsterdam to Spain. It took 5 days to get it back. Crazy!"
Contra: "Everyone had backpacks that got checked for free. Why did I pay to check my luggage? Stupid."

Also, the terminal is located a large distance from the main terminal AND finally, you r not told your gate number until less than an hour before. UNACCEPTABLE. I do not want to wander and shop in the stores and restaurants. I want to go directly to my gate and sit and read or text. The baggage limit is a giant money grabber as well. You folks are gouging your customers."

Contra: "Initial check in was horrendous, even though I had a carry on size luggage the flight crew at the gate told me I had to make my luggage smaller. How is one suppose to shrink the size of their luggage when there is no extra bag to remove items into. .... then she said take it out or else check in bag prices are 60 Euros. So once i did remove.barely nothing.. do you know what happened? They gave me a free check in...held up the line."
Contra: "We were told to use the app for boarding passes-ok great except 'one or more passengers in your party may not use a boarding pass created on this app' ok fine I'll use the website. Except the website will not except any of our flight and travel or information it is it long and laborious procedure. We ended up spending over two hours attempting to get everyone in our party of four registered to check in for their flight only to have the website repeatedly crash and not send us the boarding passes . So in the end I would just warn anyone dealing with Ryan air to print your boarding passes as soon as you book your tickets and slip them into your suitcase once you're traveling and you don't have access to a business center you cannot get their website and/or their app to work correctly for you and if you don't have a boarding pass before you get to the airport they will charge you I believe the charge is €30 per person for them to print you a boarding pass even though their website and their app will not let you download a copy of your boarding pass in a timely and or easy fashion."
Pro: "Flight was on time, crew friendly and the price was very low."
Contra: "Little leg room, everything requires additional charges, if you don't check in online in advance there is a 40 euro check in fee (more than the ticket's cost)."

We had been traveling around Scotland for ten days and on our last night we were at a place where we had no access to a printer. Also the cost of one piece of luggage seemed excessive - I would rather it had been included in the ticket price and paid up front."
Pro: "Fly. The cost for the ticket for a great route, indeed was a nice option to flight"
