I paid over $1500 for the flight. I requested a refund, but all they gave me in return was $100.

This was a United flight. Seats were way too small. Zero space for bags. My toddler and I were crammed in the middle back of tnr plan with no option to upgrade. Food was awful. Crew was late getting to the plane - it was just pure hell.

Need more space in economy seating. For a flight of 10 plus hours even economy seating should have the ability for an adult to stretch out and sleep. Other than that all was good.

My Lufthansa flight morphed into a United Airlines, which was very confusing, since everything I did on the Lufthansa site was ignored by United.

The seats were difficult to push back. We tried several times to push back the seat for the passenger travelling with me, however the seat would not go as far as everyone else's. For example, starting with the persons who sit in the back first and then forward. It would speed up the boarding process and alleviate any lines in the aisles in the aircraft. Last but not least, my parties baggage was not transferred during our quick layover from Frankfurt to Krakow. Priority should be given to passengers whose final destination is not Frankfurt. We found out that our luggage's remained in Frankfurt when our names were called by baggage pickup in Krakow. The attendant who was helping us was very cold and treated us as of we were the ones who caused this inconvenience through his tone of voice, as well as his short comments. Lufthansa needs to work on their customer service in Krakow. We were rushed by the agent and it seemed like he wanted to get rid of us asap even though there was no line. We needed to understand where our baggage was and the options available to us, especially because our baggage was carrying important items for my sister in laws bacholerette party that night. We left not knowing when we were going to receive our luggage or if it would even make it to Krakow that night. We called the Number provided to us several times during the Day, however the line did not seem to be actively monitored by an individual. The website we were provided to track our luggage offered little to no insight on the whereabouts of our luggage. We finally found out that the luggage had arrived in Krakow and would be sent by carrier. The carrier arrived late in the evening, right before we were leaving for the bachelorette party thankfully. Better communication in these types of situations would greatly alleviate the stress one feels when their luggage is missing. Aldo surprised that the airline doesn't distribute a care package (I.e. toothbrush, paste, facewash) to passengers whose luggage was left behind."

Pro: "The on-board crew could not have been better......their professionalism, service, attentiveness was the best that I have experience in Economy class travel. The plane was clean, the toilets were nice throughout the flight. The seats were comfortable and noticeably wider than some other carriers offer. The food was MUCH better on Lufthansa flights that originate in Europe than flights that originate in the US. I will definitely fly again."

Actually, there were no lines, just a crowd of passengers pushing and shoving towards two gates. This was made worse by the occasional golf cart trying to move thru this throng of passengers. Most dangerous was that the flow of passengers down the escalators was not regulated, when I reached the bottom of the escalator there was no place to go, I was pushed awkwardly to the side by passengers piling up behind me. I am 67 years old, and found this very unsafe to my self and others. I hope that no injuries occurred."

There was extreme turbulence for 10-15 minutes a bit after takeoff, which of course is no one's fault. This was a short regional flight with no amenities except water. Departure and arrival wete close ro on-time. The Suceava airport is very small but pleasant and efficient. My baggage all the way from Washington DC, checked through Paris and Bucharest, arrived without a hitch. There was really nothing to complain about except a regrettable 5+-hour layover in Bucharest.

Flight got canceled after endless hours of delay and 3 hours sitting in the plane without water, food or any feeling of freedom. A horrible experience being stuck and locked down with chaos all around, people shouting and no information. Impotent organization, careless execution, just once step away from being hijacked.

Could be better when check-in on desk at the airport that 2 people who voyage together to have the 2 seats close to each other not 8 and 15.

When I arrived at the airport they left me to stand by. Did I ask why? They informed me that the fly was oversold. Finally, when they finished the boarding process, they confirmed, that they gave me the boarding to go to Milan. I arrived at the airport two hours in advance and the flight was delayed.

Great airline feels a lot more expensive than other budget airlines. No complaints whatsoever

A intarziat plecarea ...

Zborul a avut intarziere la plecare iar cand a aterizat am asteptat sa vina autobuzul sa putem cobori din avion. Totul a fost groaznic decand am plecat din Buc catre Roma si inapoi. Nu ma asteptam sa fie atat de slab serviciile si timpul de asteptare atat de mare cu intarzieri. In plus sunt multe cerinte sa poti zbura: masca FFP2 iar echipajul nu are asa ceva dar noi suntem obligati sa avem, se cere test pcr sau antigen pt cei vaccinati, nu e normal asa ceva. Asta inseamna sa ne faceti pe noi cei vaccinati niste prosti pt ca ne-am vaccinat. Urat din artea voastra. Bani dati aiurea pt ca nu ne-a mai cerut nimeni asa ceva. O abusurditate. Ar trebuii sa ne dati banii inapoi, bani cheltuiti degeaba fiind vaccinati cu buster!!!!! Am fost taxati 40 euro pt 3 check-inuri pt ca nu am facut check in cu 3 ore inainte de zbor deoarece aplicatia nu a mers. Am platit pt ca serviciile voastre nu merg si sunt proaste. Cei care călătoresc alături de oameni cu probleme, viitoare mămici, etc så fie cît se poate de înțelegători și comunicativi! Niciodată nu știi unde te duce viața!

O mică parte din călători ar putea încerca så fie mai ascultători și disciplinați. Nu îi costă nimic și nici nu este imposibil!

Contra: "Checkpoint at katowice the wirst ever seen, personnel with very bad atittude wanting personal cosmetics to fit on stupid plastic bag, the rest wanted to scrap or document my bag to pay extra even I already pay for bring it inside cabin, same before boarding I have my computer backpack and already pay 10 eur for large cabin bag and before boarding they wanted for me to checkin baggage because rule is only backpack even I did explain I already paid large cabin, at end I paid 63 Eur total for my luggage I found completly dissapointed and abusing from many passengersbin the same sittuation, also fly have us inside the plane for more than 30minutes without leaving,"

One of our carry-on bags was too big, so they charged us 60 euros to check it. Second Carry-on bag fit in the specified box at check-in, so we were let go through security with it. Then at the gate we were asked again and it was deemed NOT to fit. So I had to pay 70 (!) euros on top of the 20 euros for ‘priority boarding’, which included said carry-on bag. It would have easily fit in the overhead compartment. Just not right and way more expensive than other airlines. Paid more for luggage than the actual ticket. To top it off, they do not accommodate passengers to get seats together (which in time of covid should be encouraged) without a surcharge. But when we got to our seats, they did not hesitate to ask us to accommodate other people that wanted to sit together. We refused. Unacceptable. Never will we travel on Ryan air again.

Had to pay $50 to check a bag and $50 because I didn't ha s my tickets printed out. Then my flight proceeded to be delayed for 8 hours and nobody made any effort to help us understand what was going on"

Pro: "I sat in the front row and had plenty of leg room. A crew member kindly switched my middle seat for his window seat for which I was very grateful."
Contra: "Ryanair did not offer any food or beverage for "free" (i.e., included in the price of our ticket). It was a huge hassle to get our boarding passes printed. We needed to do this in order to be spared a €50/person penalty which I think is outrageous. Boarding was a little intense."

Contra: "Last time we flew Ryanair, we did not check-in ahead of time, so we had to pay 53 Euros at the airport. We learned our lesson, so for this flight we checked in ahead of time and had our boarding passes ready on our mobile devices. When we arrived at the airport, we were told we needed a printed ticked so they could stamp it that they had checked our passport. It would be 53 Euros for them to print the ticket. The lady at the ticket counter directed us to the business center to print, but the Ryanair website wasn't working. I eventually printed a poor quality screenshot and hoped for the best. The lady stamped when she checked my passport. Nobody ever checked the stamped ticket beyond that point. What a waste. Ryanair is cheap, of course I'll fly with them again the next time I'm in Europe. My advice to travelers is to do your research and know all the loop holes they use to make money off of you."

Contra: "*Extreme delay: - Our flight was supposed to take off at 5:35pm but was delayed to 12:10am due to technical issues. - There was a plane in RAK that could've have been used, but Ryan Air decided to use it for the flight to Paris instead despite the fact our flight was earlier. *Terrible customer service: - No one answered the phone, and we could only chat with them online. - We had a connecting flight out of MAD to JFK which we were nervous about missing, and was hoping customer service could help us with an alternative options to get to MAD. - Instead, the only answer they could give me was to take the RAK > MAD flight 2 days later and that was our only option. They did not seem to listen and understand our issue. *Poor and inconsistent communication: - RA sent out emails saying check-in would close 1 hour before our flight, but when we arrived at the airport, the screens displayed check-in to close 40min before scheduled departure. - After the delay, emails were sent to call customer service, but when you dialed the number they provided, you get a message saying their offices were closed."

Contra: "My seatmate couldnt eat her stale sandwich, they call them "fresh" but actually they're frozen and de-thawed. The color scheme made it feel like we were on some kind of amusement park ride."

Contra: "The fact that they charged me over €16 to print my boarding pass at the check in counter was absurd. Not only did I have to pay this ridiculous fee but I had to go to a separate counter to wait in another line to make the payment. While I understand fees for "additional" services, charging for a boarding pass is beyond preposterous."

Contra: "Not from Ryanair, but Copenaghen Airport is a disaster! More than 1.5hrs to pass the security checkpoints and once you get there you realize that only 50% of the checkpoints were opened in peak season."
