I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

Pro: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Contra: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."

Pro: "fast boarding, friendly ground & plane staff, no pedantic messing around with on board luggage...easy, cheap & overall remarkable value"
Contra: "nothing bad on this flight...I now have to write another 50 characters which is a bit silly"
Pro: "Trying to print your boarding pass was very difficult and then coming to airport without it caused penalty if 50 eu plus going to stand in another line. Every other airline I've used could print a boarding pass for you at the point where you checked your baggage. Huge dissatisfied!"
Contra: "See above"
Pro: "We were " made" to put our bags in the hold. We accept that after 90 passengers this is usual, however on this occasion we were tight for time and the other queue boarding the same flight, that came to the gate late were not "asked" to put their carry on bags in the hold. Poor service Ryanair, what would happen if we refused? It was done in an unfair manner and when questioned we were brushed off with a mumbled response. We will look at other low-cost airlines in future."
Pro: "I can't think of any."
Contra: "Rude gate staff at Otopeni Airport insisting I place my hand luggage in the hold until I informed them I had priority seats. The whole concept of priority boarding goes out the window as boarding was via a bus"
Pro: "3 hours delay"
Pro: "I bought priority boarding, there was a single line for everybody. Crew did not mind if people bought priority or not"
Pro: "The price"
Contra: "The comfort of the plane, it was over crowded with no air on the plane. Getting on and off the plane took entirely way to long."

Contra: "I will never fly with Ryanair again. They ripped off all my money. If I would have booked 2 tickets with British airways would have been much better and cheaper."
Contra: "Will never fly Ryanair again. Pre-boarding crew were rude and demeaning to passengers. They were literally making people pull their items including clothes onto the ground to see if their carry on met the required measurement and watched as people struggled. They have ridiculous hidden fees for everything and constantly try to sell you items on plane."
Pro: "The flight attendants were very funny and friendly. They were proffessional and helpful."
Contra: "You have to pay for absolutely everything on this airline, so beware when you book it! You'd be better booking another airline and paying a few more dollars for basic amenities. Checking in on RyanAir is an absolute nightmare!"
