The flight was fine. Legroom on this airline is not as good as others, but we were saved by the fact the flight was not full and two of us were able to stretch out over three seats. I found some interesting movies to watch. The TV show selection was rather lacking. Food was ok.

I had a small back pack and a small suitcase. The boarding staff were extremely rude and wouldn’t let me take both on board. Only one small bag on board even though there was tons of space and I paid for premium seat. Also—they want you to wear their mask—even though I had n95. Will definitely avoid this airline in the future
I flew business class. But nothing compare to business class. Lounge closed in Vienna. Not exist at all in Tel Aviv. Priority boarding not exist in Tel Aviv despite available business counter. Nobody in front of me was checked in to Business or with Senator status. No welcome drinks. All overall awful experience.

My bag only arrived almost 35 hours after i already landed Hong Kong, without being able to tell me when exactly and made me sit and wait for them to deliver it at mid-night."

The employees already knew the luggages are in a mess, and so were the claims. When taking LH, we have to accommodate luggage delay into our planning."

This disruptive noise could have easily been avoided but the ignorance of the crew member to whom we complained failed to solve it. By the time the second crew member identified the problem there was not enough time to sleep. This experience was extremely disappointing. We paid extra to fly business class so we could sleep, but this ridiculous crew error fouled our plans. We asked the crew to file a report about it and they did. Look into it. We expect a refund of the extra fare we paid, or else we will never fly Austrian Airlines again. I am an affluent person and I travel internationally 6 times per year. You would be smart not to anger me and lose my business."

The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."

I received an email that the flight would be delayed for few hours. For that reason I arrived only one hour later from the original departure, still 3 hours before. The check in was closed and I was able to bring my big suitcase at the gate instead. I already paid 90 euros for that as a part of my initial reservation . At the gate I had to pay additional 65 euros. I will never again fly with Wizzair.

Zborul a avut intarziere la plecare iar cand a aterizat am asteptat sa vina autobuzul sa putem cobori din avion. Totul a fost groaznic decand am plecat din Buc catre Roma si inapoi. Nu ma asteptam sa fie atat de slab serviciile si timpul de asteptare atat de mare cu intarzieri. In plus sunt multe cerinte sa poti zbura: masca FFP2 iar echipajul nu are asa ceva dar noi suntem obligati sa avem, se cere test pcr sau antigen pt cei vaccinati, nu e normal asa ceva. Asta inseamna sa ne faceti pe noi cei vaccinati niste prosti pt ca ne-am vaccinat. Urat din artea voastra. Bani dati aiurea pt ca nu ne-a mai cerut nimeni asa ceva. O abusurditate. Ar trebuii sa ne dati banii inapoi, bani cheltuiti degeaba fiind vaccinati cu buster!!!!! Am fost taxati 40 euro pt 3 check-inuri pt ca nu am facut check in cu 3 ore inainte de zbor deoarece aplicatia nu a mers. Am platit pt ca serviciile voastre nu merg si sunt proaste. Cei care călătoresc alături de oameni cu probleme, viitoare mămici, etc så fie cît se poate de înțelegători și comunicativi! Niciodată nu știi unde te duce viața!
O mică parte din călători ar putea încerca så fie mai ascultători și disciplinați. Nu îi costă nimic și nici nu este imposibil!

You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

Contra: "1h 45 minutes waiting for luggages in Bucharest Otopeni. Still not delivered."
Pro: "On time departure"
Contra: "We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours earlier than departure as suggested. They opened check in for Naples on the boards but the agents would not let anyone for Naples check in/bag drop. Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic."
Pro: "Got me to where I was going and the airline stewards were polite and helpful."
Contra: "Like all budget airlines, Wizzair has low fares and anything else is a nickel and dime game. When did a cup of coffee cost anything? Is this the norm? I would not know. I travel with a musical instrument (guitar) in a soft case. Easily fits in overhead bin compartments. The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."
Contra: "Unconfortable sears. The seats cannot be moved back. The table is too high. I have traveled a lot but never seen tables at this height (above the chest). No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices."
Pro: "We got to our destination."
Contra: "There was a problem with their website that was out of our control, that didn’t allow us to print boarding passes and we were charged at the airport even though we had proof we tried and were not able through no fault of our own"
Pro: "Nothing really"
Contra: "The staff took ages boarding us because they were obsessed with trying to scalp people for exceeding baggage limits. Nothing free aboard, no entertainment, the seats were uncomfortable too."
Contra: "Horrible web/check in experience, 2hour delay. Inexistence of entertainment or comfort. What else can be said ?"

Pro: "I was lucky to be seated next to the emergency door so I had a very comfortable seat. Also, the crew was very attentive."

Contra: "Bought a ticket two weeks ago to travel to Romania. Didn't have internet to check in, so I went to the airport to check in. When I got there because I was within 3 hours of boarding they had given away my ticket and made me a last priority boarder. I happened to get really lucky otherwise I wouldn't have gotten to fly on a flight I had previously paid for and was on time to."

The landing was awful and the plane wasn't ready when we arrived so there was a lot of waiting around on the tarmac outside the plane.
Boarding at Luton is not the most pleasant. Standing in queue for 1 hour 😕
They did not Tool uș to TLV as We hâd to do Corona test
The lights in the inside of the plane were like strobe lights, poor functioning.
Contra: "Ryanair announced that we could postpone the flights without any cost due to corona virus and when I tried to reach them/to change the flight date the change tax was still there."
Contra: "Being on time + quiet fellow passengers"
Pro: "No issues - everything went smoothly"
Contra: "There are no nets on the back of the seat in front of you to put things like water bottles - headphones, books etc."

They barred me from flight, removed my name from the system so that I can't board because they say that I can't travel with EU residence card with which I travelled to all Schengen countries with other airlines. They lied to me and didn't return my money too."

Contra: "Ryanair’s app was down preventing me from check-in for my flight. When I went to the counter to get my boarding passes printed, the agent informed me that they where going to charge me 55€ per ticket. I think this is unfair! Never flying again with this airline!"

Pro: "On time flight and decent boarding process (not too much fuss over baggage size and weight)."
Contra: "Seating policy - it’s ridiculous to charge passengers to be seated together, even if they’re flying on the same booking. It only leads to on-board seating “trades” and negotiations to get people to agree to swap seats. Embarrassing!"
Pro: "Plane wasn’t fully booked so allowed for swift boarding and disembarking"
Contra: "The reintroduction of ‘quiet flights’, 2 years okay Ryanair has a big campaign, no announcements other than for safety before 0800 and after 2100. So people could rest on early morning and late night flights - this stoped some time ago. With no advertising.!"
Pro: "They denied the me boarding,I want my money back"
Pro: "Although I had a 40 minutes flight, it was really good. The crew were very amiable and fun. All amazing!"
Contra: "The price of checking a bag cost twice as much as the flight...just the process of getting the bag checked was stressful would’ve been better served taking the train"
Contra: "We missed our flight because ryanair had originally put gate A7 when we got there (we arrived about an hour and a half early). And then later, they changed the gate to A9. When we realized what had happened the plane had already boarded (although not yet taxied) and they would not allow us to board. We had to buy another immediate flight and spend 100 euros each unexpectedly. Terrible experience."
Contra: "Checking bags was a disorganized nightmare."

Contra: "Hour late departure , which is a frequent event... perhaps due to summer weather. Putting a two year old sitting alone, away from parents and insisting parents should make arrangements with other passengers. Standing outside the plane another fifteen minutes."
Pro: "They were professional and efficient"
Contra: "It was required to check in prior to arrival to airport to avoid a fee. I did not have internet access still I arrived. I had to pay 55 euro for a simple check in. Not fair to folks who do not use data for internet nor WiFi. A email could be sent 72 hours but that does not mean people check all emails or they even have access to the web. It’s not a fair or smart business move, I will not book with them again."

Contra: "Had to pay for not checking in 2hrs before 55 euros per person, After booking information there isnt clear enough notification asking for prior check-in. Flight attendants allowed anyone and everyone change seats before takeoff .. simply seems like Ryanair has no procedures and rules to follow... flight attendants look like they are on life support.. no smiling or kindness whatsoever... Seats were really uncomfortable, cant even recline the seats. Landing was scary. Budget of all budget airlines.. simply a joke and a waste of money ... vueling or easyjet is a 100 times better"

Contra: "Check-in on Stansted airport was completely messed up. Nothing was convenient. We almost missed the plane. They charge for everything. No good procedure in place"
Contra: "We were not told the reason for the delay. We were not given an estimate of the length of the delay. No update information was given. We all understand there can be problems; but just tell us what they are? Then, we were all called forward to board, but I was still standing 45 minutes later in the queue. Let us wait in (relative) comfort in the terminal (restrooms, drinks, wider seats etc), don't start to board us ridiculously early."
Contra: "As usual with ryan air it's all about the cash. Missed my flight because of lip balm and a baggage check and then when I asked for help. They basically did nothing. I will never fly with you again. Luckily managed to get a B.A flight for £95.00 the same day and Ryan air wanted £413.00"
Pro: "The price of the ticket is really cheap and I keep that in mind when I review the flight"

Contra: "My biggest complaint was the way they handle random seating. My husband and I were on the same record locator and had the same last name, yet he was in the middle seat in the front of the plane and I was in a middle seat in the back of the plane. What gives?"

Contra: "The airline made us go to the gate where there was no seating, though they knew the flight was an hour late, so we stood for an hour, before being told we had to check carry on bags in the hold, carrying computers,valuables, batteries, and drinks in our hands (not possible). Card payment on board was disabled. Payment in the currency of the departing country was impossible."
Contra: "All along the way Ryan air was a disaster. The only thing positive to say is that we arrived at our destination alive and reasonably on time.the lead up with the computer games they played with me and my money put them right down at the bottom regarding service and expectations ."

Contra: "Firstly, there were no sandwiches (hot or cold) available on a late afternoon flight, so the remaining food options were poor. Secondly, my £7 Gin and Tonic that I'd hardly touched slid right off the frankly useless trays and into my lap. The flight attendant literally threw me a few paper towels to help. I spent the remaining three hours of the flight soaking wet."
Pro: "Still have not left London"

Contra: "Uncomfortable seat. We paid to check our bags as they were oversized according to Ryan's website however we saw many people stowing bags much larger than ours in the overhead bins."
Contra: "You charged me an extra 150 Euro because I did not receive your e mail and could not register on line my flight. I complained at Airport in Greece and no one would assist me. I am writing the NY Times and Washington Post about your strategy to take extra $ from first time flyers of your airline. Shamfull !!!!
