Passengers were very unruly, getting up out if their seats and rummaging in overhead bins nearly the minute the plane took off and the cabin crew just ignored it. Also the deplaning was similarly disorganized with people shoving their way through to get off faster. Very unpleasant experience.
Better entertainment options and faster boarding.
One of my bags didnt arrived. It was a priority bag. And the flight was a really bad experience. There were two kids (2-3 years old) from two families in business class that cried during literally 10 hours! Was a really long flight

Pro: "I was late ( I had to drive 230 Km ) and I managed to call in advance the company that was doing the check-in on behalf of SWISS - I asked them the Check-in time closing time and by almost flying ( speeding like crazy ) I arrived before that moment."
Contra: "I did not check the terms and conditions of the ticket. I am a Star Alliance Gold member and I was expecting SWISS to have a similar booking system like the others I fly with. I found out that the ticket fare did not contain checked luggage ( so I had to pay a hefty fee for it ) and also my 20" wheeled case that was ok in all the other flights I took it with me, this time was oversized and overweight . My wife took out the 2 laptops so it became within weight limits but still oversized - My wife paid for the fee ( I wasn't there at the time and she is not a such experienced flyier as I am ) . When I found out about the fee, I checked their rules and I found out that the hand luggage is allowed to be 22" . I saw in the airplane a lot of people with cases having the same size as mine, that went as checked luggage at a cost fo around 40 . I want to see how can I get my money back . . ."

Im 1.75cm (medium) and I felt squeesed and very unconfitable not like in Lufthansa airplane flying from Newark to Dussldorf. (Flight only 6:15min) In addition, when front passenger moved his seat back on me I had a lot of difficulties with getting in and out of my seaat."

I've spent a night at the Hilton hotel in cluj for which you should pay and also lost a say work. Also did 2 covid test te sister me 100 euros and pain. However, because of the diplomatic row between Turkey and the U.S., my daughter was refused entry into Turkey. Turkish airlines' policy was to refund the ticket of any American caught in this row. They said they will refund my one month old daughter's ticket. However, my wife and i will not receive a refund. We bought the three tickets together. Our ticket numbers ended in 235...51, 235...52, and 235...53. However, they will not refund our whole money by cancelling the ticket but only that of my daughter. So this is the question: Does Turkish airline want me to leave my one-month old baby in the U.S. and tavel with my wife to Turkey? What kind of parents will we be if we were to abandon our daughter to take a trip to Turkey. Even, the people in Turkish airlines will judge us evil parents, yet that was exactly the only option they gave us. Lose your daughter or lose your ticket money. They will not even just change our iternary or give us another destination we suggested without penalties which are almost 3/4 of our initial ticket price. They just made away with our money. You cannot say, 'We are cancelling tickets for American citizens' but make no exception for parents of infant citizens. This is the height of criminality. So, me and my family couldn't take the flight and lost $1500. We had to buy another ticket by airfloat to get to Georgia. But Turkish airlines refused to even contact us on the refund for my daughter. A truly criminal enterprise."

There was a 2hr delay to an 8:40 departure. SUPER irritating. Had chosen an earlier flight so that these kinds of things wouldn't happen. Breakfast was poor a croissant and a yogurt. Not enough for an adult, I've had better on other international flights.

After waiting an additional 15 minutes for a wheelchair, I was deposited in a waiting area, where a second wheelchair arrived after another long wait. Told me I might not make the plan (I did). Overall a very unpleasant and nasty experience. With the exception of the very nice lady (Mrs. Ilser?? ) who checked in my luggage, none of the other 3 persons at the express and regular check-in spoke decent German or English, and none was helpful (Go there, wait!!!) It appears that their isn’t any concern from the airlines about this catastrophe impacting so many people. Shame on you."
Contra: "The connecting flight departed before the first flight landed. Then I was given the wrong information of gate departure by airport personnel. After running like crazy to find this gate for departure, the plane had already departed before we even landed. There wasn’t anyone around to help, and finally I found an airport worker who gave me the same incorrect information. She was as perplexed as was I. Finally, she directed me to the information booth where I was booked in a flight the next day. The food voucher was insufficient to cover dinner, i had to pay out of my pocket but I was frugal given the financial situation. The taxi service personnel were rude and it took a long time to taxi me to the hotel where I am unable to sleep because I have an early morning g departure. All in all, between the airport delays getting me to the hotel, lack of proper food and treatment by personnel, I am exhausted and lost sleep in the process."

Contra: "As I was flying from London Heathrow back to Vienna, I had a carry-on that was allowed on my flight with Austrian from Vienna to London. My carry-on weighed 8 kg, like is required by the rules. While boarding my flight, the woman at the counter told me my bag had to be checked because there were too many carry-ons on the flight. I asked her that I keep my bag because I had medication in there, and she didn't listen to me at all. She just kept repeating that i have to check my bag, and then took my bag from me and gave it to the baggage crew there. I didn't want to make a huge scene because the flight is only 2 hours and I hoped i Could deal without my medication during that time, but I found it incredibly, incredibly rude and awful to not listen to a passenger."
Contra: "Austrian Air has really slipped in its food-product.. Lufthansa put out snacks (cookies etc; even small sandwiches to 'help yourself from' going from Atlanta to Frankfort which was nice). But not the case with Austrian The serving of it was fine. Restroom options are less than adequate too."

Contra: "5 hour delay. One staff member said there would be a delay, the second said there was no delay and after a couple hours the delay was confirmed. I was told the flight was full without the attendant even checking, flight was actually not even close to full. Nobody wanted to help and do their job, they just want to send you on your way."

Pro: "The seats were comfortable and the crew attentive. The movie selection was excellent and the entertainment system was excellent. The food was typical for what you get on transatlantic flights in economy."
Contra: "At the gate the boarding processes was very slow because there was only a single person checking the passports and the boarding passes of all passengers. Surprisingly, this airline also could not provide a plastic bag for our checked in child seat, which is standard on other airlines."

Contra: "There is not enough leg room. There is even less room if the person in front of one's seat has the seat reclined. The seats barely recline at all, so sleep is impossible. Sleep would be possible if there were enough room to rest one's head on the tray in front of the seat. This is impossible if the person in front of one's seat has reclined his or her seat. Thus, sleep is totally impossible on this aircraft. The sinks in the bathrooms also need to be deeper and need to drain more quickly."

Pro: "The only positive aspect about this experience was the crew on board the plane. They were pleasant and efficient."
Contra: "The true cost of this ticket was extremely poorly communicated. The baggage policy was not clear when I purchased my ticket, and I was charged an additional 30 Euros upon boarding to check a bag that met the carry-on size requirements (I had looked this up ahead of time), but because it was in addition to my purse (which fit under the seat), I was forced to pay to check it. Had I been aware that this ticket only permitted a purse-sized carry-on when purchasing the ticket, I would have selected a different ticket/carrier entirely. What was even more confusing was that I had flown on a similar ticket from London to Vienna, and didn't have any issue bringing a carry-on and a purse, so of course I was surprised when they told me I had to pay an additional 30Euro for the same two bags! When I tried to explain this to the agent, she argued with me and was very unhelpful. Overall, a very negative experience on Austrian Air. I will not be returning."

Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.
They canceled our flights but the flight went on anyway.

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."
Contra: "KLM had bumped us to a later flight for no reason and again we had to call with a long wait to get our original connection restored, However, we did not get boarding passes during checking in Europe and thus had to go outside security in Detroit to the main check-in gate and wait 30 minutes to get the error resolved. Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."
Pro: "Very efficient boarding, fast and professional but warm and friendly. The plane was very clean and quite spacious for a two by two configuration. On time departure and landing and smoothed processing at the other end."
