Because of the departure delay from Cluj Napoca to Istanbul was 1hour and 20 minutes, and time between flights 1 hour and 30 minutes we were running between terminals. It could be great if someone will wait for us with a golf cart to transfer us to the other termimal.
It's such a disgrace that you thed kayak didn't email me to inform the cancellation flight from cluj on the 7th. I've spent a night at the Hilton hotel in cluj for which you should pay and also lost a say work. Also did 2 covid test te sister me 100 euros and pain. I am writing form Istanbul on the 8th wating to board to Miami flight TK0077. I expect you to have the decency and reimburse all the extra costs that were caused by you not the Turkish aireiles. Onboard entertainment system in economy had seen better days. It was functioning, but not very well on either flight.
I've traveled with all major European airlines, Canadian and United States. Turkish Airlines is my favourite by far.

Approximately 27 people could not use these monitors affixed in the seat before you. These monitors (screens) control the reading lights, the signal for the stewardess. Flight 33 on 6/30/2017 had 12.3 hours of blankness and the complaints were numerous, but the crew were of no use. I wish this would have happened to business or first class. The crew were horrible."

The issue came when we tried to leave Athens the airlines then said that I had to purchase a one-way ticket! They informed me that the flight was cancelled for my daughter because she didn't fly to Athens. The ticket was almost $1,500.00 and I intend to get my money back but it was unfortunate that they had to charge me for it in the first place."

I will never conduct business with Turkish Airlines again and will ensure all my friends, family, and colleagues try their best to avoid them too."

United couldn’t issue boarding pass at the start I have to rush through Frankfurt service desk to get boarding pass while connecting

Need more space in economy seating. For a flight of 10 plus hours even economy seating should have the ability for an adult to stretch out and sleep. Other than that all was good.

If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

Contra: "they canceled my flight, they put me in a new one that was delayed 1hour. They way the crew reacted gave me the feeling it was completely normal. I received a coffee and 1 cookie for the trouble."

Pro: "The food was good for an airline. on business class dreamliner from Toronto to Warsaw the seat is comfortable, if a little short for a 6'5" person. In the sos called "buisness class" to Israel the seats are as crampped as any cattle class of a low cost. I wish those idiots that invented "euro club" would understand that it is a first class ripp-off and that if they are only flying two people per side using real comfortable seats makes faar more sense. In short - euro club is BS of teh worst class."
Contra: "The atitude of teh staff on teh flight was OK. Other than that very sour including teh check-in and teh businss club. Going through the border control in Warsaw took 45 minutes. Luckily the flight was delayed. In short, the attitude is strictly old fashion eastern block. On the dreamliner business classs the TV's did not work, but in any case they are way too far (about 6 feet) from the passanger for comfort. Very impractical."
Pro: "Flew from Cracow via Warsaw to Venice. Short flights. Absolutely stunning views (sunny day) of mountains."
Contra: "Ungodly early start from Cracow then 4 hours layover in Warsaw with absolutely nothing to do. UGH. Food and entertainment is nonexistant on LOT European flights. Onetime snack and basic drink service (no apple or orange juices). Oh, and use of propeller airplanes should be forbidden on commercial flights. We are in jet era, aren't we???"

In Lisbon, half the people in the aircraft, more than 30 persons, did not found the luggage, the company told us nothing and we spent all night (from 8 PM to 4 AM) to declare them lost. They called after 5 days to tell us the luggage was found, we had already left Lisbon by then, asked to send it back home. So, we bought new suitcase, clothes, everything. Wen we come back, we found that the pilot decided to leave about 50 luggage on the airport, in order not to lose the take off slot. U intend to ask for compensation, it was a decision of the company to leave without the luggage and they told us nothing.

Zborul a avut intarziere la plecare iar cand a aterizat am asteptat sa vina autobuzul sa putem cobori din avion. Totul a fost groaznic decand am plecat din Buc catre Roma si inapoi. Nu ma asteptam sa fie atat de slab serviciile si timpul de asteptare atat de mare cu intarzieri. In plus sunt multe cerinte sa poti zbura: masca FFP2 iar echipajul nu are asa ceva dar noi suntem obligati sa avem, se cere test pcr sau antigen pt cei vaccinati, nu e normal asa ceva. Asta inseamna sa ne faceti pe noi cei vaccinati niste prosti pt ca ne-am vaccinat. Urat din artea voastra. Bani dati aiurea pt ca nu ne-a mai cerut nimeni asa ceva. O abusurditate. Ar trebuii sa ne dati banii inapoi, bani cheltuiti degeaba fiind vaccinati cu buster!!!!! Am fost taxati 40 euro pt 3 check-inuri pt ca nu am facut check in cu 3 ore inainte de zbor deoarece aplicatia nu a mers. Am platit pt ca serviciile voastre nu merg si sunt proaste. Cei care călătoresc alături de oameni cu probleme, viitoare mămici, etc så fie cît se poate de înțelegători și comunicativi! Niciodată nu știi unde te duce viața!
O mică parte din călători ar putea încerca så fie mai ascultători și disciplinați. Nu îi costă nimic și nici nu este imposibil!

Contra: "They split me and my wife on porpuse to force me to buy the option to choose my seating. The leg space is tiny and the chairs won't recline so it's super uncomfortable. Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."
Pro: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."
