Stay four days and didn’t get any of the perks that I usually get from Bonvoy gold membership. I guess ext time I would try the Hilton.
Clean ample rooms
Clean, quiet rooms and size, good restaurant although expensive, next to small shopping center, close to old town. Touristic sightseeing bus stop one block away also the Metro station
Location area not so clean and looks not so friendly at night. Lobby staff could be more friendly and helpful.
Courtayrt - Great except all the bus groups
Great staff --- superb breakfast and staff - location was superb.
All the rude bus groups ---- from cruises and other organizers.
It is a quite place with very confortable and large room
Sauna was not operating around 7pm
Really nice new hotel ... big comfortable rooms & nice bathroom for peoples who like the minimalist style. I just can recommend it.
The hotel is too big for my taste. Huge distance between the elevator and my absolutely nice room.
Accommodation was perfect. Great spacious rooms, bed and bath (we had "smallest" type). Easy safe parking just in hotel under ground. Good location - on the same corner is underground train and trams.
Quite expensive parking (around 20 euro per day) and very expensive Internet connection (around 7 euro per HOUR and 14 euro per 24 hours) - but on every corner is cafe with free wifi. When you will come by car dont change money on borders - there are terrible rates (in Budapest centre are exchanges with rates up about 20% better, than on borders with other countries)

The check in process was professional and prompt. The Front office team in general was informative and polite. Our room was of good size, modern, clean and comfortable with the amenities required. Location was near the metro with a good assortment of drunks and vagrants - although apparently harmless and reasonably safe.
The Food and Beverage department is a disaster. The Dir. of F&B should be sacked for the lack of training and leadership of the team as well as no supervision. For the three days that we stayed there, the breakfast experience was such a challenge. There was often only one cook in they're open kitchen who could not cope with keeping the buffet stocked and we had to keep making several trips to the buffet to get food as it arrived . The wait staff would wipe the tables with unclean towels and and let the debris go to the floor, The kitchen was openly dirty, one of the male cooks never wore a hat. In the back of kitchen, through an open door, I witnessed a wait person rinse out /wash a pitcher in a handwash sink.
