They patrolled the aisles and routine pointed at passengers directing them in a hostile manner to keep their masks on their faces, even when they were trying to eat or drink. They also threatened customers by stating it was a federal law several times. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. I will not fly delta again by choice."

being a flight attendant and using spécial fare I apreciate being treated equally to the other pax, the fact that the crew, when I informed them of my status, went to check if I had a good seat ( no one beside me, to be able to get good rest.) Those are important gestures towards the person. I look to more flights with KLM

Contra: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."

Your handlers ruined our trip.How can you allow thieves to do this especially with TSA supposedly there monitoring it? I want a claim form sent to me ASAP so I can recover my goods. A notice was not placed inside, stating it was checked."
Pro: "I like the friendliness of the crew. They were always pleasant and accommodating. The hot meals were good."
Contra: "I didn't like the cramped spaces, especially when the person in front of me would put their seat back. It was hard to get in and out if you needed to use the restrooms and to eat with your food on the tray table ."

Contra: "We learned the connecting flight from BWI TO PHL was canceled when we tried to pull boarding passes.This started a five hour panic for our party of four which was a leisure travel nail biter. We lost a day, flew into JFK and had to make other arrangements to avoid canceling our trip."

Pro: "We were given a snack & drinks. You checked my 2nd bag free which was FABULOUS so I didn't have to deal with gate checking when you asked for us to do that."
Contra: "Was seated in bulkhead & the media screen wouldn't stay facing me. What a pain. Ended up unable to watch it without holding it in place. Seat cushion was very flat & uncomfortable; head rest of poor design did not allow sleep."

Pro: "The crew inside the plane was amazing"
Contra: "As soon as i got to the check in window i was informed my flight was delayed and I had planned everything to be on time and since my flight was one hour late it kind messed things up a little bit. It seems that british airlines had a delay on purpose just to have a full flight, i wanted to change seats im a skinny guy and i was seated between TWO BIG people my elbows had to be tucked in all the time"
Contra: "air stewardess was very rude unecessarily"
Pro: "The connecting flight got canceled and 24 hours latter we are still in the airport trying to get to our final destination."
Contra: "We rebooked our flight to another flight firvthe following day and that one got canceled too. They have not returned our luggage yet. They said within a week we'll get our luggage. The worst company on the planet. Do not fly them. Our vacation has turned into a nightmare. We had to repurchase tickets with a different company so we can get to our final destination. We don't know if we'll get reimbursed for any portion of this."
Pro: "Good food. Beautiful plane. Great stuff. Free beverages of all kinds."
Contra: "There is not enough space to sit. It is insulting to be squeezed into such a small amount of space, particularly on such a long flight."

Pro: "Food and entertainment were great"
Contra: "Crew started out way too smarmy. First half hour of flight was nearly continuous, repetitive stream of innocuous announcements. After that, the general mood from the crew was snotty. One male attendant in particular was grouchy and touchy, physically grabbing tables and seats and repositioning the passengers for landing. Another wider attendant seemed to make it a personal vendetta to barrel into anyone who dared extend a shoulder into "her" aisle. During last two hours of flight, the cabin temperature soared into the high 80s (I blame the grouchy attendant), which was made worse because that model of plane didn't have personal air vents."
There were delays in boarding but once aboard everything was excellent. The crew could not have been more attentive or accommodating.
Pro: "It's a direct flight."
Contra: "Everything - the plane was last updated in 1989 (you can still see where the cathode ray screens were bolted to the central overhead bins), the entertainment is laughable, several didn't work - passengers were given choice of putting up with that or getting off flight. A flight to endure, not enjoy"

Contra: "I didn’t like anything about this flight, except that we arrived safely. I had the last seat, next to the toilet, and that container or whatever it is, was dirty. Every time someone flushed, I was bathed in the smell of urine. It was raining in Toronto; consequently, my checked bag was wet through. I’m glad I was coming home rather than arriving at a vacation destination, where all my stuff would’ve been wet. I’d like to see some effort put into keeping my bag dry. Also, the passengers had to slog through the rain to get on the plane!"
Pro: "There is no built in entertainment system. Download the app on your phone to be able to watch movies in flight."
Contra: "Not much room in economy class."
Contra: "Mechanical issue with the plane. Sat on the tarmac for 2 hours without regular updates or any information. Missed connection as a result. Have been traveling for 19 hours still not in Amsterdam"

Contra: "I knew the seat pitch in economy was tight, but nothing prepared me for how truly abysmal it is. I’m 6’1”. My knees were jammed into the seat pocket. The fun continued when the passenger in front of me reclined their seat. I had to angle both my knees to the side. Without a doubt the most uncomfortable flight I’ve ever done. On a side note, AC switched equipment on this flight several times. Each time the ‘system’ would split up our seats. I had to call in five separate times to pick new seats. Also, at the gate they were asking passengers to voluntarily check in carry-on as there may not be enough room on the aircraft. First time I’ve ever heard that."

Contra: "Plane employees did not explain what the declaration card was meant to serve. I left mine on the plane by mistake, partly due to complete ignorance of its purpose. Please either put the purpose on the card or have your flight staff explain what passengers will need the card for, once they get to the next inspection point. Don 't take this for granted!! The long walk from the point of deplaning to the center of Pearson Airport was unexpected."
Contra: "People who insist on bringing their "carry on" luggage on board. The cases are clearly over sized and then they get to put them in the hold for free, meanwhile, those of us who are honest about the size have paid to check their luggage from the start. Everyone should be able to check one bag for free and anyone who brings more than real carry on should be charged a fee. It would speed up onboarding and off loading and would not create the danger of suitcases falling on people's heads when they are put in the overhead bins."
Contra: "I really couldn't believe that I had a 13 hour flight on a brand new B787 with no WiFi capability. I travelled economy class and it was full, but it was obvious that 14 of 28 business class seats were empty. Well no wonder. If I were travelling 13 hours on business and couldn't connect, while on business it would be a time resource wasted. You should rethink your business plan. I suspect your losing fares to different carriers. Even travelling coach I will look for other carriers to compare to on future long haul flights. Too bad, you did everything else great. Pro: "A couple of flight attendants were really really nice. I am diabetic and ran into a bit of a problem, one was so sweet and caring about it and helped me out. I really felt safe with her."
Contra: "Regarding the same diabetic issue, another flight attendant could have cared less that I was in a bit of trouble. I needed to lay down in the flight attendant seats due to my issue and i heard two of the girls complaining about it."
Contra: "Video screen was not working both times. And was charged for check in bag. $25. I didnt get it why i was charged even after paying $510 for a flight. I did web checking for inbound flight n had to pay $25 again. Not happy with that at all."

Contra: "Due to Air Canada's I missed my flight to Amsterdam. I missed out on a day of sightseeing and having fun and Amsterdam instead I spent a day in Toronto. I was able to get on a flight 24 hours later. This missing connection happens routinely with Air Canada, for some reason they have not managed to fix the error."
Contra: "Child behind me kicking seat entire time!!!"

Contra: "The flight was scheduled to leave Cancun at 6:00 p.m. and arrive in Montreal at 11:00 p.m. It did not leave until after 8:00 p.m. And I could not get any information from an agent. I actually emailed my friend in Canada and she was able to get information online. We did not arrive in Montreal until after 1:00 a.m. The plane was incredibly cramped, our knees were right up against the forward seat. There was no compensation for being late...a snack or free drink, etc."
Contra: "There were many delays, and I was put on an entirely different connecting flight making me several hours late to my final destination. My checked baggage was also lost and hasn't been found for two days now."
Pro: "The flight was smooth and on time. The cabin was very comfortable to fly in although the headrests were unnecessary since a small pillow was provided. Thank you for the pillow and blanket - that made the night flight much more comfortable. The crew were all professional and friendly. I appreciated how quickly we boarded and exited the plane. The staff made this very quick and efficient."
Contra: "Every time the male attendant walked by he brushed his hand along the overhead luggage compartment. This woke me up from my sleep over a dozen times. It was fine once or twice but became very annoying. The zones at the gate were very crowded and too close together. They were also right beside the food vendors and made it nearly impossible for other people in the terminal to easily walk by. The seating area was overcrowded and had more seating with computer hookups than without. It was also not kept tidy. Compared to other airports this was by far the most disorganized and least clean."
Pro: "Understaffed flight Crew, extremely slow crew , took 1 hour and 45 minutes to distribute drinks. Horrible customer service and horrible smelly cloth seats so cramped your knees hit the little pouch on the sit in front of you. Worse airline ever. Only perk was the cost of the flight $1100 from Orlando to Nice. They had the best price for a last minute flight. But not worth it. My god I have to say this is really the most unorganized airline I've ever flown."

Pro: "I really enjoyed my flight from food to comfort with blankets and pillows"
Contra: "TVs on flight didn't work on most Window seats sides and mostly worked in the middle. Wish they had checked the TVs before boarding everyone especially on a long flight."
Contra: "We were delayed because the plane was late from Toronto, and were told this when we all began to check in up front. When the staff finally did come to the desk at the gate, they still maintained (and rather rudely to some of the other passengers) that the plane would be there by 7-- turns out the plane got there about 7:30, rebooking flights that were going to be missed was like pulling teeth for some of the passengers, and we took off about 8 (1 hr 40 mins late)."
Pro: "Love the new planes and choose aircanada for all my Tel Aviv flight because of this"
Contra: "Food is terrible and it's always very cold. Near the end of the flight the A/C started leaking water from the ceiling."
