Better management of the boarding line and the crew should check for trash more often
KLM flight sucks! Not very active about telling passengers to put in their mask over the nose. 🙄

Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

She had no basis for saying we were great and as we didn't have a relationship other than ordering drinks she had no basis for complaining about her Dallas to us. She would leave it to us that she was being put upon by the customers that she was getting paid to serve. Where the Aeromexico flight attendant genuinely enjoyed serving her customers."

AA doesn’t have the nicest passenger crew, but that has been true for years. They employ some quite heavy staff that bumps/jars you often on you the entire flight if you are in an aisle seat. Not enjoyable at all. Otherwise a normal overseas flight.
Boarding went fine, the plane was clean, and the crew was very friendly. Seats were a bit cramped, but that seems to be typical on all airlines anymore. Cookies and pretzels were offered as were beverages - the usual. I’d fly American again.

It takes forever to get out to the gate, and you have to go through Security, Immigration and sometimes a second more intense security (which we did). If you need to get your VAT refund on purchases, add at least ONE hour. 30 minutes to get the approval stamp in one line, and 30 minutes in another line to get your refund."

Decent movies mean a box under the seat cuts into legroom. A cramped, miserable 7 hours for this 6’0 tall American. Staff was as helpful as they could be, but my knees still hurt."

Contra: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."

The coach seats were some of the smallest I've ever experienced (I fly 2x a month on average). The crew broke wheels off both of our roller bags."

Contra: "The single Halloween size kit-kat bar that we were given as a snack. Was so small that I naturally believed that we could take more than one. I was politely told that the singe 3.5inch twin wafers were all that we were allowed per person. We have a candy jar, in our office and with the extra supply in the supply closet, we would have been able to give everyone at least two. So, my recommendation is if you are flying transatlantic, to stock up at Heathrow for extra food. Also, the seats were very very small. I was lucky and the plane was not sold out, so both flights my seat mate and myself were able to put a seat between each other. I found myself reasoning that for the price of the flight I was paying for transport to England not for comfort."

Contra: "We had booked seats together two months before our trip; when we checked in (both legs are Star Alliance, but Air Canada—one leg both directions—did not allow any on-line seat choice or changes), we had been separated to different rows altogether (and since it took two Air Canada trips to get from Vancouver to Denver; the first had mechanical difficulties an hour into the trip and had to return), and there was no way to change it online or at the airport."
Contra: "In-flight entertainment had technical issues."
Contra: "Power outlet didn’t work in 34G so couldn’t get work done."
Pro: "The flight attendants were fabulous on this flight."
Contra: "Older plane that showed lots of grime from past travelers. The seats in my row had old spills that seemed to have run down the backs of the seats and dried over. Gross!"

Contra: "Flight was delayed 2-3 times with no explanation. The food in the gate was trash . After boarding we waited on board for over a hour before take off , during which time someone was duct taping the inside of the plane together and I sat on a broken seat . The single flight attendant refused to take trash from people who didn’t finish their beverage . While the plane was reversing there was a huge bang and the plane shook as if we hit something . I observed gate agent repeatedly tell customers that she couldn’t help them find out if their flight was delayed and to just look at the computer board ."
Pro: "On time and pleasant staff"
Pro: "Great service- friendly patient helpful, pilots that kept passengers updated and very reassuring and confident sounding. KAYAK got me perfect seats!"
Contra: "Food wasn’t spectacular, and being limited to credit card purchasing is always a problem for many travellers. Pre-purchasing options are a great option except for last minute wishes."

Pro: "Had a flight out of LGA to Toronto after arriving on the red eye from Cali! The staff is amongst the best in the industry and love flying them! Polished, professional and courteous! For the money we pay to fly and be spoken to as if we're second rate citizens is absured and unacceptable. However every time I fly them, I find their employees make the entire experience a pleasure to fly! Thank you to the leadership team for empowering your staff and execution."
Contra: "Food can always be better but that's across the board!"
Pro: "Pearson Airport puts the puddle jumper flights at the far, far, far end of the airport. That makes some sense."
Contra: "There's only one choice for refreshments, unless you count the cracker-amd-nuts machine. The seats are terrible. The assumption seems to be that no one waits long, but the experience proves the opposite, as wind, construction, security clearance for flight crews and who knows what else (any excuse will do) creates delays of more than an hour for people who end up standing along the walls and sitting on the floor waiting. Again, crews and ground staff for AC are not able to give accurate instructions or guidance for boarding flights. That airport is a mess."
Contra: "My Original flight was cancelled 3 hours prior to departure. Had to wait long lines at Air Canada customer service. Due to slowness of process, was not able to take other departing flights to other close airports. Had to stay the night at hotel."
Pro: "Good leg room in coach"
Contra: "Flight was late leaving, the boarding process was messed up and could not understand the person doing the announcements (was speaking too fast)..."
Pro: "Great seats. Awesome in flight entertainment - got to watch two movies I'd missed in theaters. The food was surprisingly good and the flight attendants were very helpful."
Pro: "Service was great. Food menu has improved greatly."
Pro: "Upgraded to Plus after our flight was delayed and we had to go back home for a night... Live 45 minutes from the airport and had to have a friend drop us off and come back to get us. Friendly staff for the most part. Some seemed a little stressed out, but its understandable as the job is probably stressful. Especially before christmas."
Contra: "Slow boarding, crowded plane when boarding- rushed to get us on the flight."
Pro: "Good leg space very comfortable sitting and entertainment television."
Pro: "Smooth take off and landing."
Contra: "The numbers above the seating arrangement cause a lot of confusion for people and some almost want to argue for the window seat."
Pro: "The guy who gave me the boarding pass was very nice and helpful"
Pro: "It was a short flight."
Contra: "Passengers over a certain size should get two seats or the airline should install special seats for them. Why I or anyone else should have to endure being crammed in next to someone exceeding his seat size is indefensible."
Contra: "On both outbound and inbound trips (connecting with international flights) the flight was late. Both times the door was closed and then they informed us of the delay. I understand that smaller planes often get bumped, but on the outbound leg, a 20 minute delay on the tarmac and then not allowing us to deplane for another 15 minutes meant I missed the connecting flight."
Pro: "Very pleasant flight crew and helpful. Always had a smile."
Contra: "The boarding process at the gate. There were 8 or 9 gates crammed into a small section of the airport. Literally packed in like cattle and getting to the gate for departure was a nightmare, people had to shove and push through the crowd. Not a good experience!"
Contra: "Food and no tv on the seat didn't want to look own the whole time"
Pro: "Good selection of TV and film's"
Pro: "There we're many open seats due to a problem with connecting flights, so my son was able to stretch out across the middle chairs to sleep."
Contra: "the food portions we're small, and we only had a small muffin towards the end of the flight. Ive never left an international flight hungry before. I was shocked that we did not have an actual meal at the end of the 8 hour flight."
Pro: "Boarding was pretty smooth and crew was ok."
Contra: "It was very cold in the airplane and if you wanted a blanket you had to pay for it. Also no free food was served. The plane was slightly delayed (~10 minutes)."
Pro: "Our flight attendant, Aaron, was wonderful"
Contra: "Everything else was awful....I was taking an international flights, so arrived at the airport 3 hours early, as specified. There was no attendant at the desk until 1.45 hours prior to boarding. We almost missed the flight, and as a result, the connection to London. If possible, I will not fly air Canada again"
Contra: "Everything. I called air canada for three days straight and the lines are busy. I waited for over an hour and thirty minutes to speak to someone at their terminal and they couldn't help. Everything is delayed, they don't care about their customers. I would never fly again!"

Contra: "Flight attendants could be more aware of his/her surroundings. For example, I was either stepped on (as a result, being woken up) or my backpack was stepped on several times when an attendant was walking down the aisle, and neither of those things were sticking out into the aisle. This has rarely happened to me on trans-Pacific flights (more crowded, longer flights) so I can only attribute it to the carelessness of the attendants and/or the aisle width but since I think aisle width follows international standards it's more likely the former."
Contra: "Flight was delayed and they did not communicate ..."
Contra: "Having to pay for wifi onboard is silly."
Pro: "It left ontime and got me to where I needed to be."
Contra: "Pretzels are gross and dry. Jet Blue has much better snack choices. Overheard bins were really small on this small aircraft."
Contra: "Boarding was delayed an hour and half because the plane was having mechanical issues. That caused me to miss our connecting flight. The flight staff was rude and not helpful when I asked a question about my connecting flight. I had a family member who took a day off work and drove three hours from my home to pick me up from the airport. She also had to get a hotel room at her own expense because Air Canada's plane was not up to par. Not only was it an inconvenience to me but to my relative."
Contra: "Flight delayed more than 3.5 hours, first due to scheduling issues and then due to weather. Checked bags were left outside in pouring rain throughout delay, staff unable/unwilling to cover or move them. Not given food vouchers or any other compensation during wait, everything in the terminal closed before departure anyway. Gate changed 4 times, terminal was sweltering, like waiting in a greenhouse. Awful."
Pro: "Nothing about the airline ."
Contra: "At the bwi airport they have to agent u can talk to except u have to wait when they are boarding a flight before u can see someone at the front desk . Lost my bag and even the airport police said it's a normal thing as they get complains every day . Called a million times and they still won't give me detail info. I classify them as the worst airline I've ever used in my 30th ears of travel and if they are the only airline on earth I rather never travel"
Pro: "The 787 is avery comfortable airlplane."
Pro: "As opposed to my flight from Tokyo to Toronto, the return leg from Toronto to Baltimore had only one exception, which was that the flight attendant was very nice."
Contra: "From boarding (everything was late, from departure to arrival), to how the baggage carousel announcement was wrong, and up to the bus that will take us back to the parking (all the other buses: Amtrak/Marc, Long Term A, Daily Parking, Express Parking came and went for about 4 times or more but none came for Long Term B, you can see all the frustration from the other waiting passengers, including us). A lot of improvements needed from BWI airport if they want to retain their customers."
Contra: "I was NEVER TOLD I would need a transit visa to fly through Canada. I was denied boarding in Entebbe by British Air and had to rebook and pay for another flight on a different airline that didn't fly through Canada. Who has another $1,700 in their pocket to cover such expense? A terrible financial hardship. I will NEVER use Kayak again to book travel."
Contra: "The flight attendants on this flight did NOT do their job. If they are there to ensure a safe environment for the people on board, they completely missed the boat. I was in row 45. Two families were on board with their 4 very young children. For the entire 8 hour flight, 3 of these children disrupted the entire section of the plane. They continuously played in the aisles, stood in the seats, kept their seat belts unbuckled, threw objects, and one blasted his iPad at maximum volume. When I asked one flight attendant to ask the family to get the child to lower the volume on his iPad (it was 4am; people were either using their ear buds, or had their screens turned off), they complied with the request for 30 minutes, then resumed at full throttle. I can honestly say, it was one of the worst flights I have ever experienced in 57 years."
Pro: "Crew very attending, helpful."
Pro: "Comfy seat, good food, great attentive service and wonderful safe take offs and landings!"
Contra: "Flight delayed 2hrs without proper notification."
Contra: "The flight attendant call bell and the overhead lighting controls are on the touch-screen. However, there are also buttons on the arm rests. What a pain! I alone must have generated 3 or 4 flight attendant false alarms by leaning on the arm rest. Other passengers did the same. Lights were going on and off, bells chimed each time someone leaned on the buttons. How stupid an oversight. I hope the aircraft's great safety systems they talk about during the pre-flight briefing are better thought out!"
Pro: "The flight attendant was excellent and friendly and made this short flight more pleasant."
Contra: "We missed this flight due to poor planning on Air Canada's part. Then the rescheduled flight was cancelled due to weather, and then Air Canada tried to refuse to pay for our hotel expenses. We should never have missed the first flight to begin with! When we finally got on our plane two days late, I found that the seats could not fit an average sized person comfortably. My neighbors elbow was in my chest the whole time and my seat was completely broken. The entire seat actually fell off of the chair multiple times during this very short flight. Most uncomfortable flight I have ever experienced."
Contra: "At the Montreal Airport we needed to connect to our flight to Boston MA. Unfortunately the turn to get to the USA connections is not marked very clearly especially for the travel weary! Please ask them to put a up a brighter sign. Thanks!"
Pro: "Touch screen monitor is much better than delta's. It made the navigate and game playing much easier. Also love the USB port for charging my phone."
Contra: "Served breakfast before we landed, and it was 4 in the afternoon."
