For instance indicate the order of boarding, time until boarding, and place where the passengers from rows 50-70 should form ia line..."

Contra: "The flight left with a slight delay. As I boarded, I was issued a new seat in the middle, as opposed to the window seat I had selected. There was zero explanation for this change. When I approached the flight attendants about it, with a smile on my end, I was offered the equivalent of a shrug. As I gave up, I was also informed there was no more room in the overhead bins, so not only did I end up sitting in the middle (which I loathe), but also with my carry-on under my feet. I’ve always been a fan of Lufthansa, but I’m a little disappointed this time around."

Then when I called in to the Romania Service Center to rebook, the phones went down in the middle of the call. That is understandable given the extreme volume of calls they were handling. What is unacceptable, is that they made no attempt to contact me once the phones were up. I ended up calling the U.S. service center at 1am local time to rebook...only 3 hours before I needed to leave for the airport. It took an hour - which I paid for at direct dial international rates - to find a flight. I'm very grateful for the U.S. service rep who was kind and helpful. She was the one bright spot in this poorly handled situation."

The flight attendant wasn’t super nice about it either, she just said you have to order it online. But at no point I got an email saying, if you want something different than what we offer, tell us! So that was pretty annoying..."

I'm always puzzled by the fact that once business class and SAS plus passengers board that SAS Go passengers can all then board. It would make more sense to have people board from the back during this time so that people don't block aisles and it makes arranging overhead baggage a bit easier."
Contra: "No food service whatsoever. Not even a bag of pretzels or peanuts. You have to pay for soft drinks. Really? A can of soda costs less than 50 cents. Bathrooms were not cleaned at all. Soap dispenser was empty for the entire duration of the flight. No entertainment."
Pro: "Boarding was easy, I'm a Star Alliance Gold member so was able to get on board first. There were significant delays leaving Dulles and our connection was tight, but SAS held the flight so I give them props for that."

Never in my 25 years of international travel have I seen this from a mainstream carrier. For this fact alone, I will never fly this airline again. You also have to pay to pick your seats in advance."

The intial transit time was about 3hrs but the flight schedule was changed resulting to about 9hrs wait at the airport. Thanks to the Service representative I was given 100 Denmark money for food. I was very tired and the 9hrs wait didn't help. Overall, the Service was good. Maybe this was a one off but I wish I knew. I was going to get some rest in a holtel."

I tried calling multiple SAS offices overnight, and finally reached someone the morning of my flight and was rebooked to a different flight, via Berlin. When I got to the airport the booking hadn't been updated, so I had to go through the entire process again with customer service. Because of the flight cancellation and the difficulties rebooking, I was not able to book my luggage so I was charged a penalty fee at the airport when I was finally checked in for the flight via Berlin, and paid much more for my bag than I should have."

Contra: "So you lost my luggage.. These things happen. However.. If someone pays 8 k for a one way ticket you might be able to come to the conclusion that it's an urgent trip as is. And respond or /and follow up so that I know what to do as far as cancel all things and /or max out my cc to get the things I need. Nothing from you, no word. No one picking up the phones. 8 thousand dollars worth of silence."
Contra: "The crew could ask people who does not have a rush connecting schedule to stay at seat and let those who has a rough schedule to get off first. UA did this, but SAS did not."

Contra: "Had an extra bag which we were not charged for on flights to Stockholm or Krakow. You charged twice as much for the bag as you did for our ticket. Does that seem right??? A charge to offset your cost is reasonable. Twice the cost of the ticket is absolutely atrocious!!! Did I mention you managed to break what we had in the bag? Hope that gives you the picture of how we feel, but more importantly what we will be telling everyone.
