I only stood in lime because we have a toddler, stroller, Diaper bag, carry on, etc. Air Europa only requested that small children board the plane first on one of our flights. We flew on 3 fpr their planes this vacation."

Pro: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."

Contra: "I was seated in 1A next to the window and main door and the one side of my body froze. My nose started to run. An hour before the end I got up and found another seat. But it was cold there too. Also hated the emails they sent me in advance which had me inputting all info before leaving - only to find that “free check-in is not allowed.” I will not fly with them again. It’s not worth the money saved."
Pro: "Ryanair is a budget airline, so the flights are cheap and the service is ok."

Contra: "The airline made us go to the gate where there was no seating, though they knew the flight was an hour late, so we stood for an hour, before being told we had to check carry on bags in the hold, carrying computers,valuables, batteries, and drinks in our hands (not possible). Card payment on board was disabled. Payment in the currency of the departing country was impossible."
Pro: "Simple budget flight. You get what you pay for."
Contra: "Unexpected manual checking of bag into hold. I hadn't packed with that in mind and was concerned about breakage and the fact that my bag had no lock. But the bag survived intact."
Contra: "Re-routed us to Naples due to a storm. Did not keep us informed on when the buses were coming, if they were coming or anything for 3-4 hours. Then we all crammed into buses to Rome for a 3 hour drive. Then did not compensate for the lost time or lost money due to being 6-7 hours LATE to Rome! Horrid!"
Pro: "Very quick service! We paid for two checked bags and priority boarding which made this flight especially smooth. The service was friendly and fast."
Pro: "It got me home."
Contra: "Firstly, there were no sandwiches (hot or cold) available on a late afternoon flight, so the remaining food options were poor. Secondly, my £7 Gin and Tonic that I'd hardly touched slid right off the frankly useless trays and into my lap. The flight attendant literally threw me a few paper towels to help. I spent the remaining three hours of the flight soaking wet."
Pro: "Quick boarding, probably thanks to the small size of the 2 airports (Trapani and Girona). I also appreciated flying with the new boing by Ryanair."
Contra: "Needed more self service bag drop off terminals and better instructions on how to use them. Queue to drop off bags was ridiculous."
Contra: "Very small space..no basket on seat Staff asked customers for change to give the change that they owed to other customers Couldn't sit with my family due to odd number of seats together Needed entertainment for children"
Contra: "6 hour delay. 5 euro voucher - that could only buy water. But worse than that was the staff on board. Their rudeness was beyond belief. They: - Stood next to me and bitched about their job and people on board the flight - Laughed about a girl in front of me and her weight - Yelled at me for having my laptop open at the start of our decent (rather than ask me to close it) - Did not apologies once for the delay (which meant I missed a family members birthday) A formal complaint will be written."
Contra: "Delay to board was exhausting. No information or explanation why. Everybody was pushed outside with stewards pushing us out of airport building to the exterior where everybody had to stand for 45 min (including elder people and parents carrying babies)."
Contra: "You charged me an extra 150 Euro because I did not receive your e mail and could not register on line my flight. I complained at Airport in Greece and no one would assist me. I am writing the NY Times and Washington Post about your strategy to take extra $ from first time flyers of your airline. Shamfull !!!! Contra: "They charge for everything (including seat assignments, checking in at the airport). They couldn't accept U.S. credit cards on the flight, so food and drink purchases had to be in cash. They even charge for water."
