Finally found that desk, not called "Aegean" like we were told, but "GlobeGround" 7. Plane was delayed. 8. At the a Athens airport we were told Taron shouldn't have charged us. What's going on here?"

Contra: "I am very disappointed in the way my ticket was checked when I was heading to Bucharest from Athens. I had everything ready my boarding pass my passport and my visa. Then the woman who was checking the tickets before we entered looked 2 seconds on my passport and said we have a problem we need to call the immigration. She started calling people and called her coworker, she didn't tell me what was going on! She didn't explain what was the problem, I asked her a couple of times what is the problem she just said we need to call the immigration. I asked her one final time tell me the problem! Then she finally told me, but it turned out obviously she didnt read my visa correctly, there was nothing wrong with my visa or my ticket, the problem was she misread my visa! Then she said oh I didn't see that sorry. This took approximately 10 minutes. Ok she apologized but it didn't sound sensere or honest. I felt embarrassed and humiliated, specially when she kept saying we need to call the immigration like I am some kind of a criminal. I was NOt treated the way customers should be treated. She did not have to be rude in the first place, and she should have apologized in a decent manner wihout any attitude. It would be great if you tell your employees to treat everyone with the same respect, and that they shouldn't descrinate against any nationality. Just because I am from the middle east doesn't mean I should have a problem with my visa! And just because I am 22 doesn't mean I don't deserve a decent apology! Thank you for having the time to read my complaint."

The employees already knew the luggages are in a mess, and so were the claims. When taking LH, we have to accommodate luggage delay into our planning."

The noise cancelling headsets were good quality noise cancelling, and comfortable. I can't wear some other airlines headsets at all and use my ear pods with an airline adapter jack."

Crew served meal 2.5 hours into 9 hour flight and about an hour after complimentary drink. My can of Coke was well gone when the mediocre dinner arrived and I got an earful for daring to ask for another one. It finally arrived after dinner with the creditcard machine etc. Yes, it was $4.00. I passed. As the coffee service was in full swing."

When we checked in to our SAS flight in Newark, we were given a boarding pass for our infant without any heads up about the issue. It wasn't until we were boarding that we learned that we needed to buy a ticket and pay $400+ and nearly didn't make the flight. Can someone follow up now, as we need to make sure this issue has now been resolved for our return flight to SFO on Thursday July 6th"
Contra: "The SFO crew was not helpful at all. Upon check-in, the SFO to Copenhagen leg of the flight was 2.5 hours delayed. When I expressed concern to the SFO ground crew, they said "You'll be taken care of in Copenhagen" in a very dismissive manner. I noted that we would miss our connecting flight (Copenhagen to LHR) and that there wouldn't be another direct flight that day. The SFO crew member told me that I was wrong that there was another flight available (a 4:30 pm flight). I told her that that flight wasn't on the SAS website and she told me that I didn't know what I was talking about in a rude manner. When I arrived in Copenhagen, the ground crew informed me that there was not a 4:30 pm flight and there never was. To get to London, I had to be fly first to Frankfurt then to London on another airline. Overall, this delay cost me over 6 hours. Utterly unacceptable and will never fly SAS again."
Contra: "Flight was late and they left us completely hanging at the Stockholm airport with no agents anywhere to be found and no instructions on what to do about the missed connection."

I wrote these here to leave room on other section to write what I really did not like. Having seen European airline, I am going to embrace our own airlines in good old USA with warmth"
Contra: "They wanted to charge us for two small carry one weighing 12.5 kilos each since we had not maked on purchase time that we had luggage to check in. Some $ 75 each. I do not remember online purchase page having any section to make down the luggage at the time of purchase. On the flight we were in hot plane for 1/2 hour with no air conditioning dehydrated only to find out that our dring water allowance was 2/3 of a small plastics cup. Yes, believe it. It is the truth. They will refil hot tea once or twice but no cold water. One much purchase if they like which was not so cheap. Attendant said they have limited cold drinking water allowance on board for reason. I am thinking , I guess , it would have made the plane weighed too much. Stingy airline like the others in Europe such as AirBerlin. I get the feeling that Americans are at this disadvantage and not swedes since we saw many other passengers carying carryon the same size as us."
Pro: "On time bags made 2 connections"
Pro: "Overall this was a great flight. It was short, comfortable, and SAS service is always great."
Contra: "The short delay in departure."
Pro: "Great choice of movies."
Contra: "Having to pay for soft drinks (except water) on a transatlantic flight. Food was just correct."
Pro: "Economy seats were roomy. Crew very nice and attentive."
Pro: "plane interior seemed new/clean. Big TVs and lots of movies in the SAS Plus / Prem economy seats."
Contra: "The cabin crew was pretty terrible...ranging from being generally disinterested to actually actively hostile towards passengers. No wonder SAS is in such dire straights. Would never choose to fly SAS again."
Pro: "The flight time was as promised, the crew was nice."
Contra: "The TVs didn’t work even thought the steward ESS restarted them ."
Contra: "My mother had a food poisoning and needed a lot of water. The crew member at the end refused and told her no more. Since when there is a limit to how much someone can drink water? She had to stay dehydrated because she was dined the option to drink. Just upsetting."
Pro: "The crew was really great, seats like in any Airbus (I guess better then Boeing)"
Contra: "Very old movies as entertainment."
Contra: "The food was very poor, the staff hardly offer any liquids through out the flight."
Pro: "The aircraft and crew were professional and courteous. The food was ok."
Contra: "1st, neither seat that I selected when checking in were given to me. 2nd both aircraft took off late for no apparent reason. 3rd When waiting to board in Warsaw, I was almost bitten by a large pit pull that a passenger was bringing into the cabin as a comfort animal. When I and several other passengers question the desk at the gate about the bringing a large vicious dog into the plane, we were told they were to busy to deal with us even though they were just standing there doing nothing. I have never seen such rudeness towards passengers as I did at that gate. I will take a ship across the Atlantic before I go through Warclaw again."
Pro: "The Crew"

Pro: "Everything and everyone from the crew was very professional, food, entertainment, above my expectations."
Contra: "Polish airlines have some problems, but this flight was perfect. Great job."
Pro: "I liked that I wasn’t one of the people who had to sprint to my connection"
Contra: "Not way over booking all three of my flights. Each time the flights are asking people to change their plans for compensation."
Pro: "Sufficient space between front seats"
Contra: "It would’ve helped to land at the airport for which we booked the ticket. Landing 2 hours away didn’t help and the airline did not provide any compensation"
Contra: "Tight seat places. No food unless paid for."
Pro: "Crew not good"

Contra: "Plane left 2.5 hours late due to boarding system failure. Took 20 mins to get an assigned gate upon arrival at YYZ. Took one hour to get bags due to electrical failure to power baggage handling equipment."
Pro: "Everything went good. Thank you."
Pro: "Check in starts 36 hours prior to take off, which is 50% more than what others allow. It was very convenient."
Contra: "Food could be better, but it wasn't bad in any way."
Pro: "the crew was very good, the seat could be a bit bigger in economy class"
Contra: "Very poor English for rhe crew. Not all of us speak Polish. The crew was rude."
Pro: "Free Services very good"
Contra: "It is hard to believe that embarking/disembarking a plane from an European capital to another is still done by bus in the year 2019. Moreover the security check in Warsaw was painfully slow and I almost missed my conection to Toronto."
Pro: "New plane with charger available at every seat even in the economy class. Clean interior, polite crew"
Contra: "Flight was delayed"
Pro: "The crew lady was nice and I liked the food even though it was a one hour flight"
Contra: "Again delay"
Pro: "The Dreamliner is new and shiny, and the bulkhead seat I happened to get had a lot of leg room."
Contra: "The in-flight entertainment monitor was not working half the time, apparently because of some faulty wiring in the joint that connects the monitor to the seat. And guess what, when it does not work, the reading light and passenger assistance do not work either. Morale: only get bulkhead seats if you plan to sleep through most of the flight."
Contra: "Departing flight left 2.5 hours late. Missed my connection. No one from LOT met us at the connecting airport to explain how our transfers would work. Airport security at the connecting airport bounced us back and forth a few times before deciding we should enter the transfer terminal and hope someone from LOT was still on duty. LOT put us up in a hotel overnight and booked us on a flighty the next day. The hotel was 1 hour drive, 50miles, from airport. I reached my final destination 13 hours late."
Contra: "The plane was having a 25 minutes delay before leaving. It will be nice to offer some chips also as a curtesy"
Contra: "Long baggage unloading time"
Pro: "Staff was apologetic and enthusiastic. When we were finally able to board we did so quickly and efficiently."
Contra: "Delay for nearly 2 hours without information, even when inquiry at the counter."
Pro: "Everything was well organized and orderly, though the staff were not too cheerful or friendly. Even though it was a short 1 hour flight I saw flight attendants giving crayons and papers to the kids and everyone was offered a small chocolate cookie, a tiny packet of sour gummies, and a cup of water for free which I didn't expect. The plane was very small but clean and I was fairly comfortable in my seat for the short flight. There was a magazine in the seat pocket in English and Polish. Mostly I liked the cheap ticket price and that it was an on time flight."
Contra: "When we landed we went down 5 steps to the ground outside and got in a bus to go in the terminal. The plane was so small that there is very little space for carry on bags so that was a problem for some people, and as we entered the plane I noticed that the ceiling of the aisle is so low that my husband could touch his head on it if he went on his toes a bit (he's 6'4") It was odd to me that they had my husband and I assigned to seats an aisle apart, but a kind stranger agreed to change places. Lastly, the carry on baggage weight allowance is very low and they weighed our bags and we had to pay 24 dollars each for our overweight carry on roller bags which were then checked."
Pro: "Normal in-flight service but nothing special."
Contra: "Small plane."

Pro: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"
Contra: "The flight attendant was very nice and professional but it was business class so u can't really compare I will definitely will not recommend ppl to fly with them"

Contra: "NYC to Warsaw, the flight was 4 hours late no voucher for food. some got it some not. i lost the flight from Warsaw to Bucharest they put me on flight from Warsaw to Vienna that flight was late as well i got to Vienna and i ran to get the flight to Bucharest. i was very tired"
Contra: "440am flight left late, ran to customs and begged to cut the line, while people complained at me and my wife, then landed and told my luggage is lost. The best part was when I was asked if I had lugggae insurance because they didn't want to look for my luggage"
Pro: "Very timely and organized."

Contra: "Flight was delayed. No efforts to ensure transit passengers are given priority. Spent hours waiting for the connecting flight."
Contra: "Boarding started at least half an hour late."
Pro: "yes. It was perfect."
Pro: "Not much to say here. It was a short flight, and it went smoothly."
Contra: "I’ll say the same thing about almost every flight I have, and this is mostly for the airlines. People might fly more and pay a bit more if you give us more room. Being crammed into a tiny seat with a bunch of strangers is never pleasant. Same in this flight. Nothing terrible, just the usual. Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."

Even if I wanted to be unaware of the information I could not because as I mensioned it was right before my eyes. I was aware of almost every minute of this flight....found it hard to let go and just let time pass"
Contra: "airBaltic has a terrible luggage policy for musicians. They make you pay extra if you want to bring a musical instrument on board, even a violin which fits easily into the overhead bin. It is honestly discriminatory. Will not be flying with them again."
Pro: "Modern airplane"
Contra: "Long delay on first flight leg Staff provided little help with transfers, made us run through airport but then decided to close the next flight anyway without the transfer passengers Next flight offered was 9 hours later, only offer was a 10EUR meal voucher - ridiculous"
Pro: "the flight started at time. the attendant were fine. but i consider this flight not as a cheap flight. therefore, it should be possible, so early in the morning to offer a coffee at least."
Contra: "the experience on board should be improved, particularly when the flight is not different from regular airlines in terms of cost"
Contra: "Abigail in MLA (Luqa Intl Malta), one of the sassiest and unhelpful agents I have met. Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again."
Pro: "If water was free it would be better. Other than that everything was fine"

Contra: "They delayed our flight from Gatwick to Riga with no information given to passengers. Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."
Contra: "We were told upon check in that there was a charge to check in. I have never heard of such rubbish in 43 years of air travel. We were told we could check in online but we only had 4 minute in which to do it. We were charged €150 for 5 people. The check in Sgent was sour faced as well. Once aboard the plane (a nice new aircraft) we found the stewardesses sour faced as well. Overall not impressed by air Baltic!"
Contra: "Charging 30 Euros to check in at the airport is lunacy."
Contra: "on the website i ordered and payed for a meal, and automatically it went to the last and the shortest leg of the flight. it did not ask which leg i was interested in. so i phoned their customer service to get this fixed, they said they cannot fix it and closed the phone on me. on the website is said that from israel you cannot do advance internet checkin, and when i arrived at the checkin they said that i should have done this advanced check in, and since i didn't i need to go to their ticket office and pay a penalty of 35$ per passenger. there also was no warning on the website of any such penalty. i will never fly with them again if i can help it."
Contra: "This is an airline that has perfected the art of nickle-and-diming customers. One example: I asked for a glass of water. The smug flight attendant told me, “We only sell bottled water,” with a look that dared me to complain."
Contra: "We had to pay for 3 pieces of luggage, including my hand luggage. It came to about $150 dollars. When i booked the flight, it did not indicate anything about this extra change so be ware of this. The flight itself was quite inexpensive."
Pro: "Professional appearance"
Contra: "Extra $ for the seat (quite absurd) and 40 Euros for a check in luggage."

Contra: "No fee food or beverages at all. Attendants were very pleasant. Since this is an economy airline there reallly is no complaint. Our flight was full and boarding went smoothly."

Pro: "The equipment used for the trip to latvia. the cs300 was superb and I enjoyed my seat. It was comfortable. The boarding was quick and efficient. spacious and quite lovely. the food was ok . i enjoyed the grilled pork."
Contra: "the customer service rep stopped only me, the only black man travelling from riga to russia and was scrutinizing my passport for some long agonizing minutes. My russian visa is in the passport and updated and quite visible to see on the third page of my passport and being from Grenada I am able to travel to latvia visa free for up to 90 days. I stood there whilst others walked past me and went to the aircraft. that sucked. may 09 2017 at around 9 am."
Pro: "Moved up to First class section."
Contra: "No refreshments"
Pro: "Things moved along fairly well, especially once I was in Riga. The hour layover stressed me out because I wasn't sure if I'd make it to my connection in time, but the airport was not crowded so I managed to get through passport control fairly quickly and made my flight."
Contra: "Flight left a late, which was stressful with an hour layover in Riga where I had to go through passport control. Was very stressed, but made it with ten minutes to spare before my connection boarded because the airport happened to be not crowded."
Contra: "After barely making too tight a connection, all food and beverage needed Euros or European credit card. My Visa wouldn't work. Finally after I broke down (blood sugar way too high) the stewardess gave me a glass of water. Never will I use the money grubbing airline again"
Pro: "Clean and modern airport in Riga Baggage well handled on connection"
Contra: "Boarding tool a lot of time. We departed late"
Pro: "All good"
Contra: "The flight from Zurich to Riga and especially the landing was terrible. I travel a lot and this was among the worst flights I have had. I felt as if the pilot was not in control of the plane."
Contra: "I didn't like have to spend 3 hrs. 45 minutes in Riga just to get to Tallinn."
