From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."

If this is how LOT pays attention to our health during travel, I will definitely not fly with them anymore. 2 months earlier flying with Lufthansa and all crew was very strict about the rules and everybody on board was wearing a mask."

LOT was clearly understaffed to check in passengers on a small Boeing 737 plane used for the flight. Flight's takeoff was eventually 1 hour 45 minutes late, so did LOT understaff the check-in process knowing that the plane's departure was going to be late? I paid a premium to fly LOT and assumed that would avoid the consistently terrible Easyjet/Ryan Air check-in and boarding process. No such luck. It was a truly horrible. Next time I'll just fly Easyjet or Ryan Air. At least. I'll know whatï to expect evo, s"

Contra: "The flight was delayed an hour. The crew in the Kiev airport wouldn't allow check-ins for a long period of time. Many people stood in a long line for at least an hour with no information about why they couldn't check in. When we did check in, they couldn't print my wife's boarding pass for the next flight and told us that we would have to print it at the gate. We found out in Poland that she was missing an eTA number necessary for her to fly into Canada. With the flight delay and lack of information, the application did not process in time, and we missed our connecting flight. As a result, we were stuck in Poland for 24 hours, leading to lost sleep, added expense, and much frustration."

Flight delayed 1.5 hrs, yet nothing was mentioned about it on Ryanair app where all the flight info should have been, boarding wasn’t even announced in the airport, had to miss the bus and spend the night in the airport because of this delay, yet got no apologies from Ryanair

Contra: "Ryanair have found yet another way to squeeze some money out of you - book two or more tickets together and rather than sitting together, they'll ensure you are randomly allocated seats away from each other! Of course for some extra money, you can "enjoy" sitting together. Pathetic."
Pro: "I thought the flight crew was welcoming and friendly."
Contra: "I feel this airline tries to add additional fees for everything. Airline charges a rediculous amount per ticket if you don't print out your boarding pass to check-in. I flew with 8 family members and had to pay over $100 because I did not have a paper copy of my ticket. They do not accept online confirmations for non- EU customers and no kiosk to print one...how old school. You are unable to pay for extra baggage or overage fees at the desk where you check-in. You have to leave the line and pay elsewhere and then wait back online. The charge for overage was outrages even if it was over by 1 kg..it was over $12 per kg. By the time you pay for 3 kg over you virtually pay for another baggage fee. As soon as the plane is in the air...the carts are going around for you to by products from their catalog. Collecting as much money from the customer is the first priority....customer service is second. By the time all was said in done I ended up paying more for my flight then I could have with most other airlines. The one thing I learned was to never fly this airline again."
Contra: "Delayed, no info, bad service on board"
Pro: "We got to our destination on time."
Contra: "The fees and policies are ridiculous! Pay to print a boarding pass, pass for bags, pay for each thing in a different line. In order to do this, get to the airport 5 hours early, or you will miss your flight!"
Pro: "Easy to check in online right time boarding and arrival ahead of time. No problems. I wonder why some people call queueing and check-in at airport "normal". If they enjoy it - it is fai to charge them extra."
Pro: "The seats were very comfortable"
Contra: "I wish the air conditioning worked"
Pro: "The attention when checking in in the counter was great. Also at the gate. The gate had no services other than bathrooms. The plane was confortable and the flight was uneventful. they offered food in the plane but I fall sleep and could not buy it on time."
Contra: "you can not buy food or drinks close to the gate and you do not know that when is your first flight with them. We had to walk a lot when we checked in and when we arrived. You have to be prepared for than and not carry heavy stuff."
Pro: "Nice staff"
Contra: "I was charged extra for insurance even though I didn't buy it. This feels like a trick. No soap in bathroom"
Pro: "On time"
Contra: "Hard seats"
Pro: "The cabin crew seemed prepared enough to host redneck passengers and other species that often choose traveling low cost (of course)."
Contra: "I purchased priority boarding for nothing. There was no such thing at the gate. Boarding was chaotic."
Pro: "although the crew had to make an unscheduled flight, they were very nice"
Contra: "the airplane had a technical issue (they told us it had a flat tire during landing) but they didn't manage to change the wheel and we had more than 4 hours delay. We had to wait for another plane to land in Timisoara (from London) and they scheduled that plane to take us to Bucharest. They should be honest from the beginning instead of telling a lot of lies - it may avoid a lot of conflicts between passengers and crew."
Pro: "Ryanair is charging passengers 45 € if no make online check in !!!!"
Pro: "The briefness of the flight"
Contra: "The plane smelled a bit musty and of urine- almost like that of an old folks home. The crew wasn't that pleasant either. Glad it was a short flight."
Pro: "Cleanliness, polite crew, on time departure and landing. Good price."
Contra: "Priority boarding line....weird spit behind columns @ the gate, like we were hiding... uncomfortable spot, no chair / bench to sit for elderly passengers."
Contra: "Boarding/delay etc was shambles did not get on flight had to get flight next day at my expense at cost of over £240"
