Contra: "At 11h30 of 14/9 we (HOANG MINH CHAU and NGUYEN SI THANH) were standing at the ticket counter in Vienna and we could not check in due to no payment yet for the ticket and so the reservation has been cancelled. Due to this reason we had have to buy new tickets at the airport ticketing counter. So please sort out your problem with the airline and get back to me. From my bank the payment has been done yet to you. We had have double pay for one trip."

I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Pro: "Only thing we liked was the fact that we were able to get onto our flight at all..."
Contra: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Contra: "Horrible. First, we lost a suitcase. It could happen but for two days they did nothing and only told us stories (so as not to use the word lies). Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

Contra: "Delay again... seems to be pretty frequent on KLM flights at least on the ones I flew with in the past 4 years... this time it was 3hours wait due to a technical issue... no alternative flight option and we ended up getting a very old plane as a replacement. In addition people at info terminals are disorganized and not kind at all.."

Contra: "Flight delayed ... Myself and three other colleagues didn't have our luggage show up from KLM flight from Amsterdam to Brussels...even though all of our luggage was labeled "priority". Once in customer service line, we looked and saw that many of the other passengers on our flight also never received their luggage. We estimated that 20-25% of the people on that flight did not receive their luggage as they were in line with us for the same problem. Hard to understand how so many pieces of luggage could have been overlooked and not loaded on our flight. Obviously there is a huge gap in their quality system to ensure mistakes like this are prevented."

Pro: "My first part of the flight, from SFO to CPH, was good. It was the second part that was terrible."
Contra: "SAS never emailed the second boarding ticket and there was no agent at the gate to help me print one. I paid $20 days in advance for a front aisle seat (6E), but was boarded last (group H) and had to put my carry-on in aisle 26. The stewardess was very rude and seemed racist towards me."

Contra: "No on offered me anything to drink or a snack the entire flight or even a hand towel but others in front and behind me were receiving them. I didnt even feel acknowledged during the flight. Even though the tine was good, the price was way too high but since I was desperate I paid it."

Contra: "Hottest I have ever been in a plane (we were in 40G and H) and I “run cold”. We were sweating and drinking water like crazy (they gave us one bottle and did not routinely walk the aisles handing out more). Luckily we brought our own water. Early June and headed to Scandinavia, not someplace hot. Seats were hard and I put my unused blankets under me."

Pro: "The crew on-board were polite and did a fairly decent job, with what they had to work with... It's a big long flight of 11+ hours, so tough to deal with so many people. An unexpected surprise was the nice selection of all types of movies to watch and kill time."
Contra: "300+ People on a plane will "radiate" heat, so the temperature inside the cabin after 6 hours was so hot that I was perspiring profusely. I even requested it be adjusted, which it seemed to be for a few minutes but then right back up to 27°C... it is too long of a flight to be that uncomfortable with no adjustments considered. I asked other passengers if they too were "uncomfortable" ALL said yes. This would have solved also in my opinion the screaming small children that were also obviously "irritated" A cooler cabin would have induced a "sleep" environment, none of which I was able to get. Sadly, based on this alone, I will not fly SAS again, unless Business Coach class or 1st Class. I was surprised that an additional Coca-Cola was charged for when some beverages were complimentary... puzzling."

Contra: "No choice in main course. Only one option Long time since wine or beer is not offered free on a “major” airline. The entertainment was interrupted a couple of times with adds. Seats are tight and space more in line with a discount airline."

Contra: "That my Silver Star Alliance status got me nothing with SAS, no early boarding, no ability to select a seat until 24 hours before without paying an extra cost, if you wanted a beer you had to pay, this is a no frills airline now, pay as you go."

Pro: "Two complimentary meals in addition to complimentary blankets was very nice. Dimming the lights for sleeping was also nice."
Contra: "They did not enforce the boarding of the back of the plane after first and business class, as a person sitting in the back of the plane it was a horrible boarding experience. Should also board less rows at a time from back to front. Even though the lights were dimmed I couldn't actually sleep, since the lights were turned back on too often to try to pass out breakfast less than 4 hours after we just had dinner."

Contra: "I was seated in the emergency row and clearly had a cast on my right arm at check in and I was seated next to my travel companion. Required to move which was aggreivating."

Pro: "I had read several horrible reviews after I booked my flight but I was pleasantly surprised. The check in and boarding were smooth and had no issues. The seats, though not overly large, we're comfortable and not tight. The food was good and service was fast and efficient. Overall a good experience."

Contra: "The SFO crew was not helpful at all. Upon check-in, the SFO to Copenhagen leg of the flight was 2.5 hours delayed. When I expressed concern to the SFO ground crew, they said "You'll be taken care of in Copenhagen" in a very dismissive manner. I noted that we would miss our connecting flight (Copenhagen to LHR) and that there wouldn't be another direct flight that day. The SFO crew member told me that I was wrong that there was another flight available (a 4:30 pm flight). I told her that that flight wasn't on the SAS website and she told me that I didn't know what I was talking about in a rude manner. When I arrived in Copenhagen, the ground crew informed me that there was not a 4:30 pm flight and there never was. To get to London, I had to be fly first to Frankfurt then to London on another airline. Overall, this delay cost me over 6 hours. Utterly unacceptable and will never fly SAS again."

Staff was rude, unapologetic, demanding and incompetent the entire time. Flight was packed, uncomfortable and smelled terrible. Flight was rough, landing was rough. Terrible airline."

Pro: "Did not use their services much but the stewards seemed nice."
Contra: "Flight was delayed, no entertainment, not many food options for people with certain dietary requirements."

Contra: "My luggage was lost and SAS staff was the least helpful I've experienced from any airline. In fact, each employee was so uninterested in helping me that I went in a circle of speaking with 3 different representatives before being helped."

Contra: "Shamelessly disorganized at all departures, the staff was rude, very rude on land and in flight. I will not fly SAS again. I rather pay more."

Pro: "One of the best we've experienced--very comfortable very spacious seats , The crew is very attentive and accommodating. We were fed three times and was offered beverages frequently."

Contra: "We bought tickets on priceline, Zurich to Oslo, paid $150 more for the shorter flight (by 1 1/2 hours), didn't realise the cost did not include luggage ($140 for 2 bags!), boarded late, only served water, coffee and tea, all other beverages were for a fee, landed late, bags were delayed by 30 minutes and soaked with water from the rain, some clothes inside were wet, overall poor experience, airline needs to polish their services and stop the 'nickel and dime" approach."

Contra: "Gate changes on both sectors, second one was inconsistent, was too far. Can't comment about food as i didn't buy it"

Pro: "Not full- middle seat in coach was empty. Newish 737-700, nice crew. Seats were reasonably comfortable with decent seat pitch."
Contra: "Meal (chicken) was inedible- and I am not fussy about airline food. The in-plane entertainment system is not activated (nor on my return flight), so they hand out i-pads with a very limited movie/TV show selection- one more piece of electronics to handle. Would have been difficult juggling, along with work computer, etc. if all seats were filled."

Pro: "Everything, especially the entertainment. Food was delicious as well and the flight attendants were very accommodating."
Contra: "Small screen tv's that were mounted on the bathroom walls at the middle of the plane remained on during sleeping time and were too bright. Difficult to sleep during this as the scenery pictures continually changed."

Contra: "Significant changes to my ticket were made without notifying the traveler such that I was unable to travel on the scheduled day. Was offered a ticket next day but wasn't told that it would be a stand by one. Boarding staff kept saying I would get the new ticket by email but I got nothing (again). Good thing I asked for a print out. Too much stress..."

Contra: "Every time the same problems. Bording we have to wait almost an hour and then all the people have to wait for the bus in a very Small place(like animals) then at the bus... waiting in a full one untill someone says ok to ride.."

Contra: "Girl at the bording desk got in an argument with an passenger and she could have managed it a lot better then that."

Contra: "I paid 3 tickets for my kids from Prishtine to Budapest online through Kayak and when they went to check in they didn’t accept the tickets!!! They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!! When I asked why they it happen they lady From call center turned the phone off."

Contra: "Not having a 3+ hours take off delay"

Pro: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."
Contra: "WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!"

Pro: "It's the cheapest you can get"
Contra: "They split me and my wife on porpuse to force me to buy the option to choose my seating. The leg space is tiny and the chairs won't recline so it's super uncomfortable. Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

Pro: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."
Contra: "As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent."

Pro: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"
Contra: "That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information."

Pro: "On time, cabin crew, ease of boarding and amount of bags I could take with Priority Boarding"
Contra: "My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet."

Contra: "I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment."

Contra: "1. The check in was delayed and very chaotic. 2. The landing was horrible 3. The plane was not comfortable ."

Contra: "Flight was delayed by 45 mins, and on board there was no water in the bathroom basins. This was known by staff, but they didn’t warn me as I went in, so I didn’t find out until I had already put soap in my hands"

Contra: "My husband was seated in row 2 and I was seated in row 29, even though there were many spare seats in blocks of two and three that we could have been sat in; then I was forced to put my carryon luggage in the hold, meaning I had to wait ages at the baggage reclaim on arrival, and was late for my air BnB check in. When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

Pro: "Pleasant staff."
Contra: "Plane was late and all passengers had to wait at the gate. Too many people for such a small area for that length of time."

Pro: "The staff and flight were top knotch . Could not fault them ."
Contra: "Nothing to dislike ."

Contra: "Very very routh unprofessionally and disrespectful check in person . I did not receive by boarding pass through the email and was charged with 35 euros to have my boarding pass printed ! The clerk raised his voice and was disrespectful to me and other customers. The flight itself was ok, nothing special but not bad either."

Contra: "Don't forget to print a damn boarding pass. Cost me 100$ at the airport just for that... What a rip off. First time traveling to Europe so, I guess that's a part of the learning curve."

No customer service at the airport to hidden fees to airport 3rd party contractors who don't care at checkin Do yourself a favor just book a major carrier of your choice instead of saving 100& on weak I mean wizz Airlines. It will make Budapest a more enjoyable time before you touchdown."

Contra: ""Wizard of Oz Airlines" I'm surprised the pilots didn't ask for another hidden fee! Please book a full fair on a major carrier instead of hidden fee fiasco at the airport. headaches before a flight. Keep in mind no wizz staff to talk to before flight or in Budapest. Private contractors from airport do all the check in process and departures."

Pro: "I was lucky to be seated next to the emergency door so I had a very comfortable seat. Also, the crew was very attentive."

Contra: "Bought a ticket two weeks ago to travel to Romania. Didn't have internet to check in, so I went to the airport to check in. When I got there because I was within 3 hours of boarding they had given away my ticket and made me a last priority boarder. I happened to get really lucky otherwise I wouldn't have gotten to fly on a flight I had previously paid for and was on time to."

Contra: "Never ever gonna choose Wizz air ... not a frist time I had to pay extra because of the suitcase ... But this is happening always on Hungary not in London."

Pro: "The ground crew in Varna were a thousand times better than Luton. Excellent flight and service...even with an hour delay."
Contra: "Nothing"

Pro: "Flight attendance service was great and smiley"

Contra: "The boarding was announced 30 minutes before the beginning of the procedure. All the passengers were standing in the queue, without any possibilities to sit down. At Luton there is no connection among the announcements and the actual status of the boarding of a particular plane."

Contra: "The application doesn't allow to add carrier bag check in and we paid high fee in the airport"

Pro: "Price"
Contra: "Despite long delay, there were no announcements by the staff about the delay until we were already almost 40 minutes past our original departure time. No water or food was distributed to the passengers despite the delay. Delay was not wizzair's fault but there was no customer service to speak off."

Pro: "Good comfi flight with great crew and service"
Contra: "The bus at the landing without a/c and it was hot as hell"

Contra: "we didn't get food at all. i purchased a cabin baggage for 40 dollar, and when i went to the check in i paid another 110 euro for checked in baggage although i had only one baggage!!!"
