No food except a piece of chocolate and a small bottle of water. It’s a 200€ flight.

Pro: "I didn’t get the chance to experience the seats because I didn’t get to be on the flight due to a huge mistake of a Lufthansa employee"

Then when I called in to the Romania Service Center to rebook, the phones went down in the middle of the call. That is understandable given the extreme volume of calls they were handling. What is unacceptable, is that they made no attempt to contact me once the phones were up. I ended up calling the U.S. service center at 1am local time to rebook...only 3 hours before I needed to leave for the airport. It took an hour - which I paid for at direct dial international rates - to find a flight. I'm very grateful for the U.S. service rep who was kind and helpful. She was the one bright spot in this poorly handled situation."

I do not know how, but, rude crew and counter personnel is here, rest of things looks pretty standard without any difference with other airlines, that was not the case in the past

Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.

Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

They canceled our flights that went on anyway.

The lights in the inside of the plane were like strobe lights, poor functioning.

This was not due to an error on our part. We want afull refund. If we donnot receive some sort of satisfaction, rest assured we will never fly your airline again. Nor will we recommend it."

When we are traveling, we don't always have wi fi access, specially in London, so we were unable to check in online, causing us to have to pay 50 pounds per person plus 35 per bag. I would never recommend this airline to anybody, not even to my worst enemy. This is a thief company, robbing you the money you try to save by flying with them!!!!"

Contra: "Rude gate staff at Otopeni Airport insisting I place my hand luggage in the hold until I informed them I had priority seats. The whole concept of priority boarding goes out the window as boarding was via a bus"

Pro: "Busy departure time, waited 45mins in the aircraft for take off. Had to check in our hand luggages due to busy flight so again waiting at the other end to retrieve our baggage."

Contra: "I had booked a flight from Rome to Seville in either August or September 2016 for November 10th. I paid for the flights then. Two days before my flight while I'm on vacation, Ryanair sends me an email saying that I must check in online or I will be charged 45 Euro per passenger. This was really inconvenient because who wants to be online while on their vacation? But nonetheless, I did it. Their website sucked so I had to get chat customer assistance. Whenever I made any progress their website would keep sending me back to the beginning of the process. I tried for two days. Finally the day before the flight I was able to complete it and I was charged for my baggage and fast track option for each of us. There were three of us. They sent me email confirmation showing that they charged my credit card for the luggage and the fast track option. Together this came out to about 107 Euro. So I thought ok but at least I checked in and I will be fast tracked because I was charged for it and paid. To my surprise when we get to the airport the customer service people said that I only paid for luggage but did not "check in." I asked how could that possibly be since I had been charged and paid and they said that if I didn't pay the 45 Euro each right there, I couldn't get on the flight. I had no choice but to pay another 135 Euro so I could make my flight. Disgusting scammers."
