I know it’s covid time, but a small dry snack and a bottle of water would have been nice: ons doesn’t always have rime to buy food while transiting!.
Contra: "It was full, Ben if Lufthansa said on their website that they keep physical distance for passangers! Liars!"
Pro: "Seats were ok and crew was kind and professional. Food was terrible on all flights. They gave mayo or cheese or something I can’t figure out in a sandwich on multiple flights. That thing though slightly different was terrible every time. Also gates changes and pilot landed in wrong part of the airport for its-fra leg and we had to have passportA checked while exiting the plane and had to take a bus. My transit time was short but gladly made it"
Contra: "I missed my second leg from fra-ist. The gate was changed and I was given wrong directions by airport employees so I went through a very long and painful wait at a security line that I didn’t need to go through had the airport info employees knew what they were doing or saying. I ended up missing the flight because of repeated wrong directions"

Contra: "Was surprised by the $60 fee to check in a bag. I know i bought this through kayak, but it would have been nice to have told that up front, and even further, if they had let me check 1 bag for free like everyone else."

Contra: "You, Kayak, sold me economy tickets. When I checked in online I saw it for the first time that our tickets were Economy Light. So even though we are Frequent Flyers, we payed $220 for three checkin luggages. I intend to dispute this case."
Contra: "I din't like the fact that Lufhtansa company uses double standards for the countries where they have their flights. From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."

Contra: "getting fine from DC to Munchen and Munchen to Bucharest, 7 h delayed but we get to Romania. - when waiting for the luggages, guess what? Both luggages are missing. -made the complainment, now we are waiting to show up in Romania and to be delivered at home. -went to pick up the rental car, because of the plane delay, they gave our car away. -after trying several companies, we found a car, 3 times more expensive, but we have a car....yeeyy"

Get rid of cheap wine, our tickets are very expensive..you can afford good wine. I got a headache with your cheap wine... Your also not allowed to do early check in...with your system."

Contra: "I selected my seats online before the flight. It seems my seat assignments were changed (many other customers complained of the same issue). I have siliver status on United and was told that there was no way to be considered for upgrade to different seat. I was told that the list was already full of higher priority customers. Yet at the same time the same employee announced those seats were available for purchase at $200 Euro for others. It seemed in both cases Lufthansa shuffled around passengers out of their selected seats for unknow reasons and also werent honoring frequent flier status programs for changing seats. Furthermore, the in seat entertainment did not work and it took quite a bit of effort including trying to move seats to get the flight attendants to reset the system (they said it would affect other customers who didnt have problems with their entertainment system). 8+hour flight is long flight to not have the system working. eventually the fixed it a couple of hours into the flight."

But it took more than 20 minutes while mid way waiting for clearance to leave for the plane. The service bus did not turn on the AC while we waited even though we complained. We were suffocating. There was no entertainment on the plane."

We had to stand for 25 minutes after showing our Boarding Passes before being allowed to walk to the plane. It would have been better if they delayed boarding until everything was ready.

The gate building, where they carral you with the promise of bars and shops actually only had one small drinks stand selling terribly overpriced beverages. There was no air conditioning and it was about 30degress in there, there was not a water fountain to refill water bottles from so was forced to buy overpriced water. Plane ended up landing 2 hours late but the Ryanair staff gave little information or updates on this."
Pro: "All was good, no problems at either end. Flight was on time and we cleared Passport and Customs with ease. We had the correct size baggage, unlike a great number of passengers, and sailed through with ease. Well done Ryan Air we will be back."

Contra: "Bought the 2 bag priority but they forced us to check one of the bags any way (on the way back we were able to bring bag on flight so it was nothing to do with size of the wheels as they suggested) - staff was unfriendly. Seats were dirty. Had to pay extra for checking in early to my return flight since I am not EU/EEA citizen and can't use mobile app and wouldn't have a chance to print my return boarding pass - and although according to the plane plan I chose a window seat my seat had now window. Never again."

No overhead storage room so if you are travelling light (small bag) you get penalised and have to sit with it at your feet. Truly not the way to fly for anything more than an hour's flight."

It cost us another fare for 10 persons and no Ryanaire were un helpful. Would not fly again with Ryanare and would certainly not recommend them. None of the phone no we were given worked."

Contra: "The fees and policies are ridiculous! Pay to print a boarding pass, pass for bags, pay for each thing in a different line. In order to do this, get to the airport 5 hours early, or you will miss your flight!"
Contra: "Baaaaa they treat you like sheeple. And they try to sell you perfume and cosmetics like it's an Armenian used electronics store. Yuck."
Pro: "Can't get any cheaper than that so I did not expect much. The check-in process was not bad, and going into the plane was surprisingly easy. Was expected to be treated as cattle, but was pleasently surprised to find otherwise."

Contra: "you can not buy food or drinks close to the gate and you do not know that when is your first flight with them. We had to walk a lot when we checked in and when we arrived. You have to be prepared for than and not carry heavy stuff."

Pro: "The cabin crew seemed prepared enough to host redneck passengers and other species that often choose traveling low cost (of course)."
Contra: "I purchased priority boarding for nothing. There was no such thing at the gate. Boarding was chaotic."

Contra: "the airplane had a technical issue (they told us it had a flat tire during landing) but they didn't manage to change the wheel and we had more than 4 hours delay. We had to wait for another plane to land in Timisoara (from London) and they scheduled that plane to take us to Bucharest. They should be honest from the beginning instead of telling a lot of lies - it may avoid a lot of conflicts between passengers and crew."
