Contra: "A frightful flight due to the footstomping, loud, singing, annoying, intimdating andintoxicated English football fan onboard; who were heading from Istanbul to Ukraine for football finals between Liverpool and Madrid I believe. Their behavior made the trip the worst I have ever experienced. As I was seated in the business class section, I can only comment about what I saw and heard there. In that cabin, the cabin crew served alcohol to people that were clearly drunk, yet continued to provide more alcohol. The finale was when the rear section of the plane broke out in vulgar and loud football songs; being picked up by the drunken holigans in the business class section. At this point I was fearful for my physical safety knowing the history of footballers fueled by alcohol. In addition, had there been an onboard emergency, a planeful of drunk passengers would have added to the potential for disaster."

I asked the stewardess to kindly ask the lady to move her seat up so I can remove my meal tray and she said to communicate with the passenger it would make things more easier. For 20 minutes crew stood around in the airport talking to each other and using their cellphones. Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

Also I got a great price at Kayak. The service was excellent and I do love the fact that Lufthansa is now flying directly from Denver to Munich makes it so much easier."

Contra: "My passport was stolen on the overnight train I took to get to the airport. It wasn't until I was off of the train that I went to grab my passport and credit card and realized my tiny little purse was gone. I had to rush to the US Embassy, get a new passport, and then rush back to the airport. I didn't arrive until 40 minutes after my flight had left and I was a nervous wreck. Unfortunately Lufthansa staff could not care less. The guy at the ticket counter even looked at my new urgent passport that had the issue date listed as today, so clearly this all had just happened as it was only 10:50am still. What did Lufthansa do? Well they told me if I wanted to fly out the same day, I would have to pay 2700 Euro additional! My jaw dropped and then he said I could fly out tomorrow for an additional 675 Euro instead. I was still in shock as I felt like I had just been taken advantage of with my stolen passport and credit card and now it's happening again. I asked if there was any way he could find something cheaper and he said that I paid so cheap for this flight that I would need to speak with the agency I booked with to help me out more and then he dismissed me. Let me have you know that I booked this fare during an amazing sale that Lufthansa was having and I booked it directly through their website and now it was being held against me. There was no offer to pay something like a $200 change your flight fee. Instead he let that plane leave with an empty seat because I didn't have the 2700 Euro to pay him. Here I was, alone, nervous, in a foreign country, and I had to get my thoughts together the best I could and I immediately started looking up my own flights. I ended up having to book a flight with a different company and just forfeiting any kind of credit that Lufthansa would have applied to their overly exorbitant priced flights. Good job Lufthansa for being the worst customer care service I have ever experienced... and I have flown over 20 airlines and over 100 flights."

I felt that I could get easily lost between flights and not have time to get to the Frankfurt/Denver flight. I told this to the person at the gate in Zurich, and he immediately arranged for someone to meet me in Frankfurt and take me there. I was met by Maika in Frankfurt and she was just excellent--personable and efficient and really helpful. I'm sorry I couldn't remember the name of the person at the gate in Zurich. He was also great. I wouldn't have done this if I had had more time, but this really made my day (and my flight!) ! Thank you!"

WHAT? I bought my ticket already, waiting list? Well, to say that I highly doubt that I'll book with Lufthansa again."

As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Contra: "very old planes we waited 1 hour to drop our bags as their belt had an issue we had to pay extra 70 pounds to reserve a baby cot on the plane"

Pro: "Short, lots of leg space"

Pro: "Priority boarding"
Contra: "Premium economy seats do not recline, only slouch. One of our 2 seats wouldn't slouch more than half way. The entertainment options are extremely sparse and the screens are 4:3 ratio, tiny, and of such poor quality that they look like laptop monitors from 1999."

Contra: "Long delay during connection at CDG Unclear information about delay Repeated changes to boarding time Unable to take stroller during connection Had to go through security again at CDG, although same terminal (2E)"

Pro: "You can't go wrong with delta when it comes to customer satisfation. It's the primary reason I'm okay with paying extra money for delta flights"

Pro: "The Crew was the only thing that stuck out. Associates had Way more patience than i."
Contra: "Late takeoff, priority seating happens same time as general boarding, two pieces of lost luggage"

Pro: "Airplane staff were good"

Contra: "The seats were terrible, the entertainment units were poor and staff was very reluctant to give proper service."

Pro: "I am a 70 year old woman with reduced mobility. The flight attendants made sure that I was given an aisle seat and they helped me find a seat with two empty ones next to me. The crew could not have been kinder."

Pro: "Wheel chair service at LAX is run by the airport. Their priority is to get you to your flight, not to a VIP room regardless of how early you check in."

Pro: "I didn't feel cramped in a Window Seat. Two meals were served during the flight. It was nice to get back to being fed something other than skippy snacks on an airline flight."
Contra: "I was ignored over and over again as ice cream, drinks and snacks were offer by the crew. It would have been nice if some would ask me before falling asleep if I wanted to be roused for snacks and desserts. After being on back to back flights of more than 10 hours each it would be considerate for the crew to be aware of my length of travel and to make sure they don't assume my resting my eyes is the same as me being asleep. Even when I was awake it appeared I was being overlooked, ignored and left out of complimentary services I saw other receiving....my bad for not asking to be noticed."

Contra: "More leg room and reclining seats"

Pro: "- the food trays of seats of the plane are in such a way that you can lay your head on them and sleep. It’s really the most comfortable of all Continental flights I’ve experienced."

Contra: "Every time the same problems. Bording we have to wait almost an hour and then all the people have to wait for the bus in a very Small place(like animals) then at the bus... waiting in a full one untill someone says ok to ride.."

Contra: "Girl at the bording desk got in an argument with an passenger and she could have managed it a lot better then that."

Contra: "You must check in few hours before the flight. Checking in at the airport will cost you 35€. Besides that, the boarding took almost 40min and the seats are not comfy at all. That said, i would rather pay extra $50 and fly with normal company."

Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats..."

Contra: "I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment."

No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices."

Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

Contra: "As Usual always late, left us sitting in a bus on the tarmac for ages in30 deg heat. awful. will never use again"

Pro: "It was quite good at boarding, quick and efficient (from/to)."
Contra: "So noisy flight. I have never flown before in a such a noisy flight. Totally nightmare! Kids screaming and yelling and parents couldn't handle the situation all passengers were looking. Crew didn't ask if they need any help.."

Contra: "The web site is laborious. Checking in was 48hrs prior and frankly you should be able to choose what remaining seats are available as a no cost option. You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

Contra: "We arrived at a field in Israel with 2 backpacks and did not charge us extra, but on the way back they decided to charge us at the last minute for the same cases we had arrived with. Nothing we said helped and the attitude was cold and hard. The flight was good"

Contra: "Ryanair announced that we could postpone the flights without any cost due to corona virus and when I tried to reach them/to change the flight date the change tax was still there."

Contra: "What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island."

Pro: "Nothing. I never took a flight so bad in my life."
Contra: "They could have another line to the people that couldn’t make check-in online, but they prefere to charge you a amount of $55,00 euros. Me and my husband tried to do the check-in online but the system was out off service and than when we tried again, 2 hour before departure, it was no possible"

Pro: "The only good thing was it was a direct flight."
Contra: "Short version: Avoid Ryanair like you would avoid Herpes. I paid for baggage but got charged again. Desk agent was rude. There was no information provided about what gate or where the gate was. I paid for fast track security and didn't get it. It only got worse from there. Never ever fly Ryanair!"

When we got to the gate we were allowed to take the bags on anyway. What is the point of this?"

Contra: "I paid for my seats and the ask me to change next to the emergency door, something that i would never choose."

Pro: "My own boarding was went ok"
Contra: "What was the most annoying part of the whole experience was the fact that they were other passangers on there school trip. Yes they are just still kids, but from the very start of them boarding, thats when everything just went downhill. The kids was just screaming, shouting, and sprinting into there sits. Even after being told to quite and calm down, all them were still screaming and shouting at the top of there vioces throughtout and non-stop for the whole flight (even after landing and getting into the bus). The worst fact of all is that, there was just far too many of them for everyone to handle (by the flight crew, and the trachers). It was also the first thing in the morning so it’s not like everyone would most likely be well rested already."

Pro: "Good flight with no turbulence. Checked luggage came out fast."
Contra: "They never gave me a printed boarding pass when I checked in and then once boarding the actual plane outside of WiFi range they made a big deal about not being able to show them a boarding pass. I had already shown two people before. If they needed to see it before boarding the plane then they should mandatorily give you a printed pass."

Contra: "Flight was delay, and I don't see crew doing the best to make the people confortable. Or happy to flight"

Contra: "1156.64 When we arrived at the airport the clerk at the desk would not look up from her computer to help us, we went to the window and she continued to refuse to check us in. When we handed her our passports she bluntly stated that it was too late to check in because it was 10:00 and the cutoff was 9:55. We asked if she could make an exception due to our issues with transportation or if she was able to help us rebook a flight and she said no. We had already paid for this flight and had checked in baggage and paid separately for the two bags and she told us there were no Ryan air flights for our destination. We promptly rebooked with another airline at a separate airport and consequently had to pay for another form of transportation to the airport as well as a new flight and another two checked pieces of baggage. I have traveled all over Europe, the US, Canada, Central America etc. and never in my years of travel have I felt so belittled and disrespected especially considering I was a paying, respectful and loyal customer. It goes without saying I will never use this airline again and will be strongly recommending other airlines to friends and family."

Contra: "Being split all over the aircraft because we refuse to give in to Ryanair extortion to squeeze more money out of us. Clearly would have been able to seat us all together. Won't buy another coffee or food until this policy changes."

Contra: "Their website is difficult to navigate, if you are overseas and do not have access to a printer, they will charge 15 Euros to print your boarding pass at the airport. The seats cannot be reclined. It is not inexpensive, as they will make you believe, a charge of 40 euros per checked baggage.... you are better off taking a regular airline, sometimes."

Pro: "Fast boarding. I exchanged place with a stranger with no problem ."
Contra: "There's not a lot of space for your legs but that's an airplane problem and not really ryanair only. They took off the little basket space from the seat in front of you so you have nowhere to put away your stuff which is very annoying. You have ton pay for everything on board, absolutely nothing is free and it's ridiculously expensive."

Contra: "They took my carry on away and then we had to wait for all of the bags to come through. Not fair"

Contra: "Everything about this experience was terrible. They charge you for bags that will clearly fit in the overhead bin and under your seat. None of the boarding crew communicated with each other, so even though two members approved the size of my bag, the woman checking boarding passes didn't believe them, so she kicked me out of line and I had to pay anyway. They even sell scratch tickets to passengers on the plane, how cheap and sleezy can an airline get??"

Contra: "The difficulty getting my boarding confirmed. It worked in the end but it took a long time and it was frustrating."

Contra: "The check in crew forced me to check a bag that I was able to put under my seat on a previous Ryan air flight two days before this trip. They would not even let me talk to cabin crew to see if there was room. I eventually took out all my valuable belongings and brought them with me onto the plane. After having a very rude interaction with two different people. One even said "don't tell me how to do my job." Then when I got on the plane there was plenty of room for my backpack. The floor was incredibly dirty with chips on all over the ground. We then sat on the tarmac for half an hour. I could not believe how rude the check in crew was, they would not even listen to me explain that I had put the exact same backpack under my seat two days ago. Completely absurd."

Pro: "How helpful they were"

Contra: "Baaaaa they treat you like sheeple. And they try to sell you perfume and cosmetics like it's an Armenian used electronics store. Yuck."

Contra: "I've had three flights with Ryan Air this week and every one has been so unorganized and stressful. The boarding process is slow, and a lot of getting in line and standing for long periods of time. Even with open seats they don't boom groups together (when they book at same time). I assume to get more money to switch but this just leads to masses of people trying to swap seatings during boarding. The landings on all three were rough, I fly a lot and have never had an issue and these landings were concerning. One they came into fast and had to pull up quickly to avoid landing."

Contra: "Ryanair is a cheap airline so not much can be expected."

Pro: "They wouldn't let me get my boarding pass 1 hour before my flight because they said I was late. Absurd. Poor customer service. Not professional at all."

Contra: "Plain had technical issues so we waited for 45' standing up outside in the cold until they got us back inside and wait another hour for a new plain to come,"

Contra: "We have been here 2 weeks and bought lots of things here in Portugal, we were overweight, had to pay extra! Most baggage was carryon on the entire flight, maybe some leeway for supporting the economy since we had to pay for the baggage to be put on."

Pro: "The plane landed safely, but a bit rough."
Contra: "Paid €80 for 2 bags, then the agent told me that I could have saved over 50% if I had prepaid. It would have been nice to know that. The seats were incredibly cramped, even though I am not tall. The plane sat on the runway for about 40 minutes."

Pro: "All went well,enjoyed every moment,thank-you too the crew and our save flight with Ryanair"

Contra: "No reminder was sent prior tothe flight to remind us that online check in was mandatory. Never did Ryanair inform us that failure to comply is subject to a substantial monetary penalty. In our case the charge for not checking in online represented about three times the original ticket price! Long lines at the gate, long lines outside, no jet bridge, and forced to check carry on luggage. This was our first and LAST Ryanair flight."

Contra: "I checked in online or so I thought and when I got to the airport they charged us 45pounds a piece nearly $200 simply to check-in. I qualify as an experience flier (likely 1600-1700 flights) over my career. While $200 doesn't ruin our vacation it was clearly theft. Services theft."

Pro: "Fust flight"
Contra: "Little space between chairs"

Contra: "Will never fly Ryanair again. Pre-boarding crew were rude and demeaning to passengers. They were literally making people pull their items including clothes onto the ground to see if their carry on met the required measurement and watched as people struggled. They have ridiculous hidden fees for everything and constantly try to sell you items on plane."
