Lost 2 check in bags at chicago, no customer service at all. Playing phone tags. Missing critical medications
Staff was great and very helpful. But in Mumbai airport had a tough time to get wheelchair and some misunderstanding in getting wheelchair for me and for my wife. It took them almost 2 hours to give us wheelchairs
The economy seats were ok in terms of comfort. Food was terrible and much worse than on prior trips on Qatar and other middle eastern airlines.
The flight was great. As far as the food is concerned it would be great to get little things like salt, pepper a small cube of butter (when bread is provided) with the meal.
I request for vegetarian food but they are asking me what kind of food you want. Service is slow.
I am deaf & travel alone to India & back to Seattle via Doha by Qatar Airways. They did an awesome services, very friendly and helpful. Since we wear masks all the time during the flights, How can the air-hostess communicate with me? I came to an idea that we communicate each other through texting on my phone which was very helpful! One negative comment is that there are no closed captioning for English movies & dramas on TV. It need to add accessibility for deaf people to enjoy watching during their flights. I will fly with Qatar Airways again in the future.

The weird thing is, I was never told about this rule on my journey from the US to India."
Contra: "During check-in, I observed inconsistent application of rules with respect to hand luggage. My carry-on and laptop bag combined were 12 kgs and was told that I had to pay excess baggage fees. While, there were quite a few people on the plane whose hand luggage was clearly above 12 kgs."

From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."

If one reason I had to choose to drop Lufthansa from my future consideration then that would be worst food and drinks. I would strongly recommend that they should assign people who need additional time to board at the back of the plane. It will help them to go back of the plane faster and avoid gridlock in the middle. Another advantage is it will help other passengers leave plane faster at the end of the ride. Boarding process will be come significantly faster by filling the plane from back to front by loading passanger with children and who needs time at the first loading area at the back of the plane. I was not allowed to board flight since I have Indian passport, why is airlines selling tickets when people who has Indian passports is not allowed to board flight.

Seats were dated (seat cushions), plane was dated, inflight entertainment systems dated (compared to most other airlines). Crew goofed up on food. I had a seat change which I informed the Sr Purser who came to take food order, his colleague who came to serve drinks. Still the server gave my food to the other passenger who had requested to change seats. Which resulted in no food for me. They clamoured some meal fro economy class and served so shabbily (only a pic can show how shabby it was - unfortunately I can't attach one here). In spite of all this the purser showed no remorse or offered no apology. I think I made a mistake in choosing BA, should have never come back to them."

Contra: "The lack of food. Little service on board. Nothing free. Check in process was chaos and people were rude."
Pro: "The connecting flight got canceled and 24 hours latter we are still in the airport trying to get to our final destination."
Contra: "We rebooked our flight to another flight firvthe following day and that one got canceled too. They have not returned our luggage yet. They said within a week we'll get our luggage. The worst company on the planet. Do not fly them. Our vacation has turned into a nightmare. We had to repurchase tickets with a different company so we can get to our final destination. We don't know if we'll get reimbursed for any portion of this."
Contra: "Has taken up mobility/special assistance while bookkong but didn't get any assistance after landing at London Heathrow airport. Entire transfer at Heathrow airport for catching up next flight to Phoenix, USA lot of struggle had done because of it."

Contra: "Preference given to passengers with large hand luggage to fill up the racks Being rushed to board, it makes passageners rude Paying for food - happy to pay more on my ticket as it's BA Cabin crew generally disengaged, not attentive. They could sell a lot more food and drink. They don't seem happy generally, I feel sorry for them. Paying for food in Ecomony"

Pro: "Staff was very professional and courteous. No much waiting time for check in. Separate area for security clearance for British Airways passengers was very helpful and noteworthy."
Contra: "Carry on baggage at Mumbai Airport shown different dimensions than traveling from London. No proper communications for delayed flight and boarding was not organized. In flight food from Mumbai - London route was very much unsatisfactory."
