I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Our original flight plan had 4 hours. so, because we are a family of 7 with a baby, we had to buy a hotel room to rest, costing us a lot of extra money we had not planned to spend. We contacted KLM for help with the cost but were rejected. We also lost 5 bags somewhere between Chicago and Lusaka, but after 2 days, we received them."

Plane was an older 747. I will not flight long hault with KLM again."

The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

Contra: "Bought a ticket two weeks ago to travel to Romania. Didn't have internet to check in, so I went to the airport to check in. When I got there because I was within 3 hours of boarding they had given away my ticket and made me a last priority boarder. I happened to get really lucky otherwise I wouldn't have gotten to fly on a flight I had previously paid for and was on time to."

We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."

At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."

Contra: "Late"

Pro: "Flight attendance service was great and smiley"
Contra: "Nothing much"

Pro: "Seats were perfectly adequate, about what you expect on a budget flight. Flight attendants were very pleasant."
Contra: "Boarding involved a long wait standing on the tarmac in the sun."

Contra: "The application doesn't allow to add carrier bag check in and we paid high fee in the airport"

Pro: "Price"
Contra: "Despite long delay, there were no announcements by the staff about the delay until we were already almost 40 minutes past our original departure time. No water or food was distributed to the passengers despite the delay. Delay was not wizzair's fault but there was no customer service to speak off."

Pro: "I like the bubbly upbeat attitude of the flight attendants interacting excellently in English and other languages and also how they dealt with an angry passenger."

Contra: "we didn't get food at all. i purchased a cabin baggage for 40 dollar, and when i went to the check in i paid another 110 euro for checked in baggage although i had only one baggage!!!"

Pro: "The don't say the truth"

Pro: "The seats are big enough even though they do not lay back BETTER than British Airways it really is !"
Contra: "The flight attendant needs to be more friendly and clear speaking in English language"

Pro: "They robbed me saying low cost wizz sucks up airline Took my 30£ for not checking on line I already post on social media about it so the whole world knows about wizz suck airline in the world"
Contra: "Rude people on the counters racist cheating in the name of low cost never ever recommended to even my enemies that much cheaters robber other customers said is all lie"

Pro: "Horrible. Website won't take payment for baggage. Charge over twice as much at airport. Black list this company."

Contra: "I had a standard carry on bag which in Wizz air world turned out to be a large bag. Not only did I have to pay and additional £40 at the airport for it, I had to take it on board with me too. This bag has been on many other low fares airlines without a problem. The Wizz air carry on limit is unrealistically small and is thus merely a money making racket."

Pro: "On time"
Contra: "Preview print passwords"

Pro: "Getting out of the plane"
Contra: "The crew (starting from "Julya" at customer service) was rude. Some of the with terrible English. The size of "small carry on baggage" is RIDICULUS I tried and tried on line, but was never able to do the check in and I had to pay for that and a small luggage. Worst trip of the year."

Pro: "Nothing"
Contra: "Everything"

Pro: "Excellent experience. On time departure, on time arrival. Friendly flight attendants. Excellent overall experience."

Pro: "All services were provided as expected"
Contra: "The only downside you get when traveling with a low cost airline is that you cannot control the quality of your fellow passengers. The ones next to me were smelly both due to ling time, no see with soap&water and also some wine was involved in their breath, I think. But this is the way you get cheap air transport costs, so it is fine."

Contra: "There was a bit of delay. The boarding was very slow."

Contra: "Delay more than 5 hrs"

Pro: "I flew from Dubai to Budapest. I cannot complain much about the flight since the tickets were so cheap. But the fact that their seats don't recline is very uncomfortable."

Contra: "Seats are old and the synthetic leather worn out. Need refurbishing."

Contra: "Ground services are generally rude and irritating."

Pro: "On time flight and decent boarding process (not too much fuss over baggage size and weight)."
Contra: "Seating policy - it’s ridiculous to charge passengers to be seated together, even if they’re flying on the same booking. It only leads to on-board seating “trades” and negotiations to get people to agree to swap seats. Embarrassing!"

Pro: "Flight left on time. Reasonable price. Friendly staff."
Contra: "Priority boarding didn't really work."

Pro: "It got me to where I wanted to go"
Contra: "The crew were more interested in flirting with each other and seemed oblivious to much else. Once we landed loads of people got up, the aeroplane then started moving again and people were falling into each other - not a single member of cabin crew said anything or encouraged people to sit down"

Pro: "They denied the me boarding,I want my money back"

Contra: "Diverted"

Pro: "Although I had a 40 minutes flight, it was really good. The crew were very amiable and fun. All amazing!"

Pro: "Crew were friendly and did their best in a bad situation"
Contra: "Flight was delayed. Gate was disorganised, like hearding cats and the poor crew were missing essentials from their food and beverage carts. Like milk for their coffee."

Contra: "We missed our flight because ryanair had originally put gate A7 when we got there (we arrived about an hour and a half early). And then later, they changed the gate to A9. When we realized what had happened the plane had already boarded (although not yet taxied) and they would not allow us to board. We had to buy another immediate flight and spend 100 euros each unexpectedly. Terrible experience."

Contra: "Checking bags was a disorganized nightmare."

Contra: "Delyed flight for 1h30min"

Pro: "Friendly crew."
Contra: "Hour late departure , which is a frequent event... perhaps due to summer weather. Putting a two year old sitting alone, away from parents and insisting parents should make arrangements with other passengers. Standing outside the plane another fifteen minutes."

Pro: "Crew was nice"
Contra: "Baggage policy is very unclear. Boarding procedures are slow and inefficient. Seats are uncomfortable. Air didn't function and the flight was very hot."

Pro: "They were professional and efficient"
Contra: "It was required to check in prior to arrival to airport to avoid a fee. I did not have internet access still I arrived. I had to pay 55 euro for a simple check in. Not fair to folks who do not use data for internet nor WiFi. A email could be sent 72 hours but that does not mean people check all emails or they even have access to the web. It’s not a fair or smart business move, I will not book with them again."

Pro: "Nothing !!"
Contra: "Had to pay for not checking in 2hrs before 55 euros per person, After booking information there isnt clear enough notification asking for prior check-in. Flight attendants allowed anyone and everyone change seats before takeoff .. simply seems like Ryanair has no procedures and rules to follow... flight attendants look like they are on life support.. no smiling or kindness whatsoever... Seats were really uncomfortable, cant even recline the seats. Landing was scary. Budget of all budget airlines.. simply a joke and a waste of money ... vueling or easyjet is a 100 times better"

Pro: "The flight was fine"
Contra: "Check-in on Stansted airport was completely messed up. Nothing was convenient. We almost missed the plane. They charge for everything. No good procedure in place"

Contra: "An hour delay"

Pro: "No frills but got us there safely on time."

Contra: "As usual with ryan air it's all about the cash. Missed my flight because of lip balm and a baggage check and then when I asked for help. They basically did nothing. I will never fly with you again. Luckily managed to get a B.A flight for £95.00 the same day and Ryan air wanted £413.00"

Contra: "The rest especially the quick boarding ( 1h30 to wait )"

Pro: "The price of the ticket is really cheap and I keep that in mind when I review the flight"

Contra: "My biggest complaint was the way they handle random seating. My husband and I were on the same record locator and had the same last name, yet he was in the middle seat in the front of the plane and I was in a middle seat in the back of the plane. What gives?"

Contra: "No pockets in seats Crew training appears inadequate"

Contra: "The airline made us go to the gate where there was no seating, though they knew the flight was an hour late, so we stood for an hour, before being told we had to check carry on bags in the hold, carrying computers,valuables, batteries, and drinks in our hands (not possible). Card payment on board was disabled. Payment in the currency of the departing country was impossible."

Contra: "All along the way Ryan air was a disaster. The only thing positive to say is that we arrived at our destination alive and reasonably on time.the lead up with the computer games they played with me and my money put them right down at the bottom regarding service and expectations ."

Pro: "The staff was very considerate and helpful. Many of them spoke multiple languages."
Contra: "Boarding was a nightmare. They didn't have space for all of the luggage on the plan, making all passengers check their bags elsewhere. The process was slow and tedious. The staff was kind, but have no sense of urgency. The plane was dated... The seats were worn and uncomfortable. Very cold flight and no offered amenities"

Contra: "The plane arrived in Palma late, the gate was changed twice, we were told before boarding that there are no drinks on board and that we should buy drinks before boarding in the nearby shops. The plane took of with more than 70min delay. Announcements from the crew were not understandable, After landing in Stansted, the gate was not ready (due to the ground crew again) and we had to wait 10min before the gate. Luggage took forever."

Pro: "Staff"
Contra: "The landing very bumpy"

Pro: "It got me home."
Contra: "Firstly, there were no sandwiches (hot or cold) available on a late afternoon flight, so the remaining food options were poor. Secondly, my £7 Gin and Tonic that I'd hardly touched slid right off the frankly useless trays and into my lap. The flight attendant literally threw me a few paper towels to help. I spent the remaining three hours of the flight soaking wet."

Pro: "price"
Contra: "low cost feel"

Pro: "The ticket was cheap and to an airport that had easy access to public transportation."
Contra: "I found out later that I had to print out my ticket or face a 50 euro fee and they do not give free water on the flight."

Contra: "Uncomfortable seat. We paid to check our bags as they were oversized according to Ryan's website however we saw many people stowing bags much larger than ours in the overhead bins."

Contra: "Baaaaa they treat you like sheeple. And they try to sell you perfume and cosmetics like it's an Armenian used electronics store. Yuck."

Contra: "You charged me an extra 150 Euro because I did not receive your e mail and could not register on line my flight. I complained at Airport in Greece and no one would assist me. I am writing the NY Times and Washington Post about your strategy to take extra $ from first time flyers of your airline. Shamfull !!!! Contra: "We were unable to print our trips prior to arriving and the check-in counter lady gave us an attitude asking why we didn't. Oh I don't know.. maybe because we don't travel with a printer. Took us over an hour to get to security because of the terrible management of the check in counters at Palma."

Contra: "A printed boarding pass is required, however, no where at the airport to print them. The second rep took pity on us and wrote out boarding passes. The first rep couldn't care less."

Pro: "I can't think of any."
Contra: "Rude gate staff at Otopeni Airport insisting I place my hand luggage in the hold until I informed them I had priority seats. The whole concept of priority boarding goes out the window as boarding was via a bus"

Pro: "Staff was friendly."
Contra: "Two hour delay and told nothing."

Contra: "In order to ride the plane, I have to walk outside. It is very cold."

Pro: "I hated everything"
Contra: "I will never fly with Ryanair again. They ripped off all my money. If I would have booked 2 tickets with British airways would have been much better and cheaper."

Pro: "The flight attendants were very funny and friendly. They were proffessional and helpful."

Contra: "We have requested the empty exit seats and the stewart behave by ignoring us."
