Not enough time between boardings. Seats are horrible
Lied and said the plane had left when I could see it at the gate. Every flight was delayed and lufthansa was the reason I missed my flight, but they had no remorse. They are declining in customer care and on timely departures
Food was absolutely terrible…old plane.. small seats

Pro: "Crew was nice"
Contra: "The aisle between seats is too small. There is barely any room for a cart to pass through. If you have any arm out on the aisle arm rest you"
Contra: "The least leg room in any flight I’ve taken. We had requested vegetarian and the flight from Frankfurt to Nairobi gave our meal to other passengers.they told us we had to eat the best dish or nothing. This on an 8 hour flight."
Contra: "More food choice and more snacks should avialable during flight time Both serving food is very bad"

Contra: ". The economy seats on the Lufthansa A350 were extremely uncomfortable and seemed excessively narrow as well has having cramped legroom. I could not get comfortable let alone sleep, and my backside felt like I had been sitting on a park bench rather than a long haul coach airline seat."
Contra: "We were delayed thirty minutes due to slow service. Zero entertainment and only a brownie for a snack"

Pro: "Kayak would not allow me to change the ticket - referred me to FlyUs. Horrible customer service. I needed to return on Sat Jun 15 not Sun Jun 16. Would not give refund (i agreed to that when buying) but would not refund the tax, which i feel legally they have to do."
Contra: "Won't be using FlyUs or Kayak again for future purchases. Will go to the airlines directly. Too much red tape and horrible customer service for me to do this anymore. I fly a lot and have over 20,000 miles with Kayak, but those days are over."
Pro: "The food and drink were the only two enjoyable moments of this flight."
Contra: "The crew in Cluj airport could not care less about getting the plane boarded and departed on time. For 20 minutes crew stood around in the airport talking to each other and using their cellphones. Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

Contra: "Lufthansa lost our bags at Heathrow for over 2 hours. I waited with my toddler for two hours in a terminal with no food options and our transport waiting. While on the flight, there were no food options appropriate for a toddler and no gluten free options for myself."

Pro: "The plane was nearly empty, so there was a lot of space to spread out. The entertainment options were almost limitless and the food was plentiful and tasty."
Contra: "Since it was an overnight flight, I planned on sleeping, however, it seemed the flight attendants were coming through all the time. While I appreciated dinner and breakfast, it really wasn't necessary for that time of day and the length of flight. I also tried to upgrade and even though the premium economy clear was almost empty, they did not accept my bid. I would have understood if the flight was full but it wasn't. I'm not sure why they wouldn't want the extra money from me?"
Pro: "Food on flight lags a bit behind other major airlines. Crew very nice and helpful though."
Contra: "Boarding process at Tegel is archaic and inefficient. Gate area too small and without access to shops/restaurants/etc."

Contra: "Crew in Lufthansa are racist. Don't want to elaborate here but trust me for this. Bad quality food. They don't even have sufficient food for everyone. I didn't get two meals on one flight. Loo's are not maintained. Crew too rude. Had called a flight attendant for service but didn't show up until an hour (exactly an hour). Later I had to get up and take it. Can write an essay on my whole journey."
Pro: "Friendly crew"
Contra: "Boarding is always a nightmare. First class, and the high flyers are called first. Then premium economy, then economy. A mad rush of people scramble down 2 flights of stairs, then are crammed on a tandem bus that drives out to the plane. You then cross the Tarmac in all types of weather to board. This flight boarded from front and back. Making finding your seat a nightmare as people were traveling in both directions in the aisles. You would think you were in a third world country."
Pro: "I appreciate the taxi, in Munich airport, to my next connection."
Contra: "I disliked the late departure."

Pro: "I like the Tampa airport MUCH better than Miami or Orlando that are chaotic and offer less assistance to the traveler. I hope you continue to offer flights to and from Tampa from Frankfurt."
Contra: "I would like for long flights if the staff would remind and encourage all travelers that there is time for rest and quiet. Some people are loud by nature or because they come from a certain area and talk all 9 hours of flight, very annoying, disturbing the flight of others with unnecessary continuous conversation."
Contra: "AUSTRIA AIRLINES, (YOUR OTHER COMPANY), WENT THRU MY BAG IN O'HARE, FLIGHT 66 TO VIENNA. THEY TOOK OUT ALL OF MY HOUSE, AND CAR KEYS , AND MY REMOTE CONTROL FOR MY PICKUP, (ALL ON ONE RING), AND DID N O T PUT THEM BACK INTO MY BAG. I WILL N E V E R FLY AUSTRIA AIRLINES, OR LUFTHANSA AGAIN! I SENT AN EMAIL TO YOUR CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPT...customer.services@lufthansa 3 times and they failed delivery."
Pro: "Attitude, attitude, attitude...when it's positive and customer friendly it shines...this depicts my experience on all of my Lufthansa flights concerning the cabin crew(s). Smiling faces genuinely concerned about the passenger experience aboard the aircraft. In contrast, on a previous International flight via a US based carrier...there too was lots of cabin crew attitude...but not the pleasant type."
Contra: "I actually lost money because of the misinformation -- was told there was a modification on my flight details and that I had to call the Lufthansa office. I called in and was never told that anything was wrong. I kept trying to check in online and got blocked at every trial... Cut a long story short, I showed up for my Lufthansa flight to only be told I didn't have the required visa for one of my layovers... I missed my flight, got no refund for it and got zero help in finding a solution to my problem. You could do better than that, Lufthansa."
Pro: "The entertainment was great"

Pro: "United needs to update their aircraft equipment. No in seat entertainment for their long haul flights? Shame on them. They also need to take notes from the crews of Lufthansa. This crew was frantic and seemed unprepared during all of their cocktail and meal services."
Pro: "loved the service, crew, comfortable seating and food. Loved the idea of direct flight to Tampa."
Contra: "Frankfort ground crew service- confusion delays in boarding. Too far to walk from arr. gate to departure gate. Too many stairs to climb to reach the bus. again more stairs to climb making it a torture for seniors like us. No assistance unless booked as wheelchair assistance. We have travelled all over the world including developing countries and have seen better airports than Frankfort terminal that we used on multiple trips. we really need to reevaluate if we want to take Luftansa again! Thank you"
Pro: "This was a very new plane and had extra leg room even in coach."
Pro: "The flight was relatively empty, so I got to stretch out across three middle seats and sleep for the entire duration of the flight. The crew did a wonderful job of serving the food and clearing away very quickly. They were very friendly overall."
Contra: "The entertainment system wasn't the best I've seen -- but I barely had a chance to use it, so I'm not complaining."
