После этого около 5-6 часов ничего не предлагали, и почти за полтора часа до приземления в спешке предложили воду, напитки и второй горячий обед, в котором предлагалась паста с курицей или паста с сырным соусом и грибами. Я выбрала второе, на деле никакого сыра там не было, соус был как чистый майонез, только горячий, и грибов было два маленьких кусочка по сантиметру каждый. На вкус это были просто горячие макароны с майонезом. Да и зелень в салате уже была темная. Полтора месяца назад на рейсе Нью-Йорк - Москва еда была вкусная, да и до этого никогда претензий не было, в этот раз одни неприятные впечатления"

The crew was amazing, very friendly, they spoke Russian and English, food was excellent (they fed us like pigs, haha),great movie selection for on board entertainment. The airport in Moscow was easy to navigate, despite all the negative reviews I read before my visit there, I found my gate in no time and almost everyone who worked at the airport spoke English. The airport was super clean with a wide selection of food stores and gift shops. Good prices, too. I'm definitely flying aeroflot again."

They took an extra three hours to send our baggage through to baggage claim because their crew “refused to work in that weather”. Get a hold on your recruiting. And then my baggage doesn’t show up. All my woolens were in there and I have nothing to wear and it’s freezing outside. They do not give me ANY compensation of any sort. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and all just save a couple hundred dollars. Not worth the hassle! I’m still trying to get in touch with them to ask about my baggage but they’re unreachable."

Contra: "The planes are very tight. Ever since they updated their aircraft they added one or two rows and planes became so narrow! On the way to Moscow we didn't have an entertainment because they monitors didn't work for 30% of the plane. On the way back they delayed the flight for 5 hours because they plane had technical issues and they were changing it. We missed our connection from NY to Miami and since it was a separate ticket I lost those tickets. They didn't update us while we were waiting what's going on. A few times they would announce boarding on the electronic tableau, people would line up and wait for 40 minutes. The staff would just look and say nothing or smile and say "we don't know why you are standing, I didn't tell you to line up!" We had a special meal on the flight. They gave you exactly the same food twice. I was just laughing but other people who had special meals were really upset. If someone asked they would probably say "it's your problem that you don't want to eat like the rest lol! Next time when booking a flight I'll pay more but have a normal experience and not the torture "Russian style""
Pro: "I wasn't sure what to expect, but the airline was better than I thought. Good food (2 servings), decent entertainment, and nice amenities (pillows, eye mask, slippers) for economy class for an international flight. For the price I paid, I would fly Aeroflot again. I wish I would have gotten my Russian transit visa prior to my trip. I knew about it, I just didn't want to pay the $200. SVO airport is great and open 24hr, but having a 20hr layover is tough. p.s. Don't let a hotel/Airbnb tell you you don't need a visa - you do! I watched 2 girls have meltdowns in the airport because they had hotel reservations, but no visas. Sad, wet eyes does nothing for Russian airport officials."
Contra: "The staff, but you have to remember that Russian customer service is different from American. Some of the staff were really friendly and nice. I think they were compensating for the overtly rude ones, so it even itself out. Boarding at the airport isn't always clear if your flight is boarding or not. Pay extra attention to your gate and time changes."

Any simple question we had may it had been what was on the menu for lunch or a simple request for ice in our drink; we received with a rude tone. When our plane was about to land I had my eyes closed because I had been traveling for 24 hours and was still very tired and she (Olga, I believe her name was) yelled saying "MIS, WAKE UP AND OPEN YOUR WINDOW!" this was by far the WORST flight experience I have ever had. I suggest this particular flight attendant reconsiders her career choice because customer service does not fit her. It is safe to say that I will NEVER fly Aeroflot again. And will be spreading the word to my colleagues and friends as I too am in the travel business and know how important it is to feel comfortable and safe when traveling abroad."
Pro: "The flight was comfortable, or as comfortable as economy can be. I would say, it was as nice as Lufthansa, just with fewer drinks. We also got ice cream between meals."
Contra: "English is not the flight attendants strength. It was manageable though. The drinks came out before the food. That was a little strange and left my thirsty after my meals."

The transit employee assured me my seat was empty in front but I think she didn't give a sh... She said I could get an exit but that I'd have to pay more. Something tells me that the bumpkins that were in the exit rows probably didn't pay extra... Informed Anastasia the hostess twice the obese guy on my right was literally sitting on me and she did nothing to assist with my comfort--why do they say to tell them and they'll do all they can when they don't? For most of the flight my arm was crushed by Igor's (that was his name, really!) obese arm and fat pannus. It was awful and though there were seats just ahead of me, i was refused. I said "so I just have him sit on me and be uncomfortable" she responds "uhh yes". Thanks Anastasia, you're a keeper (of uselessness). Ektarina was a clueless hoot too. She served the Russians to my left and right first and me last (I was in the middle seat), how do you just go from the window guy to the aisle guy then the guy in the middle? I've NEVER seen that ever. She's like "what would you like?" I'm like "what do you have?" She responds "you don't have menu? Uhh..." No genius, you nimwit, you didn't give me one, had you i wouldn't be asking. She came back and asked in russian something about drinks, I said "what?" And she looked at me then turned away. Are you serious? What a rude twit. An Olga comes by at the end, speaks to the two russian guys on either side of me with a smile, says nothing to me, and walks off. Wtf? I think she was asking if they were happy with the service, no wonder she avoided me. The food was horrendous. The worst plane food since 1989. Think of the most disgusting russian dishes and turn it into plane food from the 80s and voila, cuisine a la Chernobyl. I mean how does any carrier manage to serve 80s quality food?! Then they take forever to get the trays so you're stuck looking at the disgusting slop still in your kennel area. Air circulation system is non existent, you don't have any individual vents and they kept the plane a roasting temperature with me being even more hot thanks to the guy sitting on my right arm. No wonder there's an odor of armpit, beet, and onions. I had the honor of leaving my ethnic goat scent to the BO stew. Circa 2001, I Flew to India with them, got stuck in Moscow for 3/4 day with no hotel space, the worst cafeteria meal, & a bunch of grumpy employees who didn't care. It was cool in that this-is-what-the-ussr-must-have-been-like way. The plane I swear was a former army plane and cigarette smoke emanated from the cockpit. I vowed that my family nor I would ever fly them again, I stuck to that until this flight only to learn vows should not be broken. I'm a frequent traveler and have been on the poorest countries national airlines and without hesitation Aeroflot is the absolute worst."

Pro: "Flight departed and arrived on time. Boing 777 was in very good condition. Good service on the plane. Good entertainment system with choice of free movies and music. I used to fly only Delta to Russia in the past but after this trip I am convinced that Aeroflot is better."
Contra: "They changed my seat that I reserved online to a different one. It was actually changed to a better seat but the bottom line is that they changed it without asking me."

When I and several other passengers question the desk at the gate about the bringing a large vicious dog into the plane, we were told they were to busy to deal with us even though they were just standing there doing nothing. I have never seen such rudeness towards passengers as I did at that gate. I will take a ship across the Atlantic before I go through Warclaw again."

They had to take off their luggage everytime they got off the plane and they are 80 years old. There were no escalators or elevators. The airlines lost one of their suitcases and promised it the next day and they have not received it yet. Horrible flight."

Contra: "Messed up security clearance arrangement. Total confusion about secondary clearance requirement, only informed at boarding at gate that a lot of travelers needed secondary clearance. No objections to secondary clearance, but procedure a joke. Machine was half way down the terminal. Half hour wait, and you could have left your carry on with somebody else, get cleared by machine, pick up your bag again and get on board."
Contra: "Had to ask if I get some food too, because I was asleep and as I woke up everyone had food just not I. After 10 minutes I asked for some food. Also the personal could have gotten more times around to bring water. I had window seat and didn’t wanted to disturb my neighbors so I didn’t get up to ask for liquid but other passengers I saw getting up and getting their own drinks by the personal."

Pro: "Easy check in, accommodations for a seat preference, kind crew service on board, good food, free entertainment-good selection of movies and music, at no extra charge. on time going to WAW, and 30 min. early coming back to EWR. Flight coming back was cancelled due to technical difficulties, but no problems with rescheduling, LOT rep. was very helpful. No forced charges for checked-in and carry-on bags-BIG differentiator ! used 787 Dreamliner."

Also both flights departed late even though TAP reported them as "on time." Contra: "TV didn't work. A female attendant made me store my hat but didn't make a male passenger."
Contra: "TAP Airlines stranded us in Lisbon. They were late flying us from Vienna to Lisbon and then canceled our seats on our connection to JFK. Instead, they rebooked us on the next day's flight a full 24 hours after, refusing to rebook us on earlier flights on other carriers. Their customer service was as bad as I've ever experienced. Multiple agents admitted their company is terrible and doesn't care about its customers. The indifference to our situation was surreal. Lesson learned."
Pro: "Plane was good, service on board pretty good."
Contra: "Flight was delayed and we were never notified despite receiving multiple emails to ‘upgrade’ our flight. While checking in we attempted to upgrade 3 tickets to first class and were sent to 3 different areas in the airport with our luggage, having to wait in line each time. Didn’t provide vegaterian options on board. Weren’t given a gate ever after landing 5 hours late and were kept on board for half an hour making us miss a 2nd connection we had to rebook after the initial delay. A frustrating experience hat could have been made better with just some communication about what was going on."
Contra: "We were never prompted to pay for our check in baggage at the time of purchase and so when we showed up we were forced to pay 85 euros for one checked bag for an international flight on top of a ticket that already cost more than $250. The luggage restrictions were never shown previously. Will never fly TAP Portugal again."
Pro: "Entertainment was fine"
Contra: "Boarding was a mess, my seat recline was messed up so the button didn't do anything, but if I leaned back it would too... Flight crew was also not particularly friendly."
Contra: "They charge $100 to check a bag. Never again."
Pro: "There wasn't anything special to like compares to other good airlines. I would say crews attitudes and foods were alright."
Contra: "Doesn't have a USB cable to charge the phone and there were no perfume or toothbrush for the long journey. Also no apple juice."
Pro: "Very friendly personnel at gate."
Contra: "Arrogant crew. Hid in galley behind curtain for most of the flight. For several hours not even the offer of a cup of water! No possibility to charge electronics in economy class. Charge of $ 75.00 for first bag on an international flight?!? We're not talking about a budget airline, but THE airline of Portugal!"
Pro: "When boarding the fligh TP 209 on October 27 2017 I found that my seats that I paid for well in advance are taken by other pasengers an I am given a totally different and very bad seats. What did I paid for, after all. Why push people to buy seats and then do not provide. I did not get the service I paid for and will Be requesting my money back for the complete flight."
Contra: "The stuard I tried to discuss the matter did not even try to help, instead he only smiled in return and suggested to file a complaint. That was totally unaccepltable."
Contra: "Tap said that they could not find my seat (even through I paid Kayak / Webjet) and my tickets were cancelled. I lost my flight back and had to stay two days extra in a hotel and lost a day of work. Will never buy here again"
Pro: "There was good variety of films and food was decent."
Contra: "(1) TAP has terrible customer service and support. Was told on check-in that flight did not include checked luggage which is bizzare/unreal for an international flight especially since I also paid to upgrade my ticket. Even in explaining to me the person on the phone was rude. This was very disappointing as I had such an amazing trip to end on this sour note. (2) The boarding process took forever. They made us line up about 45 minutes before we actually boarded. So we were all standing around as opposed to being seated in waiting area. We did not board until after our take-off time. (3) Seats were really tight, uncomfortable and don't recline much."
Pro: "We were late because of delay of the first part of our fly : Zurich - Lisbon, but the fly Lisbon- NewYork waited for us."
Contra: "Our TV didn't work. There is not possibility to charge phone on the fly."
Contra: "Same as inbound flight"
Pro: "Fast boarding. TAP crew was nice as always."
Contra: "Cabin was freezing cold, all 8 hours. There seems to be no balance for the cabin's temperature in these long flights. Make sure you have a jacket and a blanket."
Contra: "Some delays at the airport but service is excellent."
Pro: "The food was good and there was a decent variety of things to watch."
Contra: "Having another TSA check at our gate at the last minute just because we were going to New York, the whole process made our boarding time late and our take off time pushed back even though they had 3 hrs to figure it out. The main flight stuardess in charge was rude and kept giving attitude to people when they asked questions because half the people on the flight didn't understand Portuguese. I wasn't allowed to pick my seat on the website so we ended up in a middle row. The person i was traveling with is over 6 ft and could not comfortably fit in the seats. Thankfully no one sat on the end so we were able to spread out between 3 seats. The entire experience made us not want to fly into Portugal again."
Pro: "The trip back home to NY from Lisbon was great, flight staff was attentive and courteous, the plane was clean, the entertainment made the time go by fast and the warm blanket and pillow provided a comfortable experience."
Contra: "Unfortunately my girlfriend is a celiac and we forgot to pre-order a gluten free meal, so she had little to no food options for her to eat. The sandwich offered right before landing could be made with gluten free bread or even a corn based tortilla."
Pro: "Good entertainment system"
Contra: "Flight crew could have been more polite"
Pro: "The food dish was pretty good and there were many options for food."
Contra: "Space - there was zero and we weren't able to upgrade our seats. Big bummer on a long flight!! Also, our flight attendent would give us half full glasses of water... I didn't realize I needed to buy a few bottles of water before getting on the flight to be stocked. She sid this with all beverages. There was zero organization in the boarding process."
Contra: "Some not so friendly crew members on this flight. There was one tall, blonde flight attendant who wore so much perfume that I could taste it every time she walked down the aisle. You can't have that in an enclosed space. In this day and age of so many people having food allergies to nuts, why would you serve a dessert with almonds?? My daughter almost ate it because there was no warning label. It scares me to think what might have happened at 12,000 feet."
Pro: "it had a feet support the toilet was big it was airplane food, still better than most companies I know from Europe, Asia and the USA."
Contra: "the head rest was too hard"
Contra: "The movies could have been better. Food was average."
Pro: "The staff were very pleasant, extremely helpful and stylish (the airline's choice for attire is clean with great usage of Portugal's national colors). Thank you for the enjoyable ride home."
Pro: "Entertainment! Loved having such a wide selection of things to watch on the screen at my seat. Such a nice luxury to be able to watch a movie, a show, check the status of the flight/plane/distance/time/map, and more."
Contra: "The food wasn't that appetizing. It actually gave me upset stomach for the rest of the flight. I was in the bathroom 3x during the flight and I usually don't use the restroom more than once during any given flight. I didn't like that when asking for a drink of water, they only give a half full cup of room-temperature water. On an 8 hour flight, I get dehydrated and could drink 2 water bottles alone. I don't like to be a nuisance to the attendants so I only asked for water twice. I just wish they would provide small personal bottles per customer. I also have never flown on TAP before so I wasn't aware of anything like how to call an attendant using the touch-screen or even that watching movies was free. It should be said over the intercom at the beginning of the flight."
Pro: "Great service on board, very attentive crew. Great food (Yes, it was good), modern aircraft."
Contra: "The boarding process at Terminal could be easier and simpler. They told us to set up lines way before the actual call."
Pro: "everything was great"
Contra: "they had some video problems early in the flight but had it fixed about a third into the flight"
Pro: "I had a flight from Madrid --> Lisbon airport with a final connection from Lisbon --> NYC JFK and we were delayed in Madrid therefore arriving at boarding time of our other flight in Lisbon. The crew was so professional and prepared that when we landed in Lisbon there was a bus that brought about 25 of us who were connecting with final destination to JFK to the closest door to go through passport control and board onto our flight to JFK that they held for a good 30-45 minutes until all of us made our connection. Very professional and organized. Much appreciated that I didn't miss my final connection! Love flying TAP and will continue to do so!"
Contra: "attendant kept waking me up to put my seat belt on while i was sleeping"
Pro: "Clean planes. Reasonably comfortable seats."
Contra: "Boarding process with passport control in Lisbon seemed redundant. The transfer concourse doesn't allow access to VIP lounges."
Pro: "The plane was clean. The blanket was unusually large, for a plane blanket, so u could be nice and warm. The food was good and varied. The staff was friendly and every time they spoke to you had a smile on their face, as if happy to see you:)"
Contra: "I cant think of anything. It's a long trip that can be tiresome. So you can tell the airline tries to make it as pleasant as possible ."
Contra: "Lobster appetizer was dry, hard, and tough. Steak dinner was prepared nicely, but of medium- low quality meat. Announcements are not heard in headphones, which in emergency situations could be dangerous. Noise reducing headphones supplier are effective in the noise reduction function, but not high quality audio resolution, with some dialogue intelligible. Business class seat wasn't a full recline as are those of most competitors, but it was comfortable. I didn't see any snack offerings that most other airlines have available between meals."
Pro: "Big space between seats. Best screen entertainment."
Contra: "Food was only average. Especially fish."
Contra: "Being sat in a middle seat. With that being said, it was OK. No problems."
Pro: "The service was excellent. The help on board was extremely professional and polite. There was plenty of leg room and the bathrooms were fairly large too."
Contra: "some chaos at boarding, with redundant passport control. Upon arrival, we were held for 45 min at JFK, as the gate wasn't ready and the crew had the engines running and fumes penetrated the cabin that made me almost sick. I guess that's not much of a TAP fault, but it was a bad finish of an otherwise uneventful flight..."
Pro: "took forever to get to international I am elderly and I was totally wiped out no help anywhere, on the flight itself only the steward was nice the ladies were very grumpy and never smiled."

Pro: "My check in was by far the easiest it has ever been on any of the international flights I've taken over the years. This was my first flight with TAP Portugal and I will certainly by happy to fly with them again. The next time, I'm going to take advantage of their offer to stop over in Lisboa."
Pro: "Easy check in, easy boarding, more or less comfortable (as much as you could hope on an airplane) and quick, on time and safe flight."
Contra: "Crew was a little chilly, but not rude."
