My experience, like my previous Delta experiences was absolutely enjoyable. From the quick boarding, super friendly gate agents, and flight crew, to the free on board entertainment, Delta has won me over once again. Oh and did I mention how great it is to board a flight, relax and watch a good movie, take a small nap, and deplane at your destination! Awesome!!"

I checked Lufthansa app and found that only flight that was shown was flight Toronto-Thunder Bay. After 3 hours of phoning I found that flight from Munich to Toronto wasn’t available for date that was given us in email. Only option was day earlier or later. Left us to take day earlier and we could not changed last flight( Toronto- Thunder Bay). We had to come on Aug 22. and stay in Toronto for 27 hours and than take a flight to Thunder Bay on Aug 23. We lost a day of our vacation, had to stay at hotel. Not good experience at all. We still don’t know whom to complain about that."

From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."

Thumbs up for KLM crew, planes and Schiphol Airport, though short on staff and a little late everything went smooth, including the flight.
The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

Contra: "A delay was not ideal but nothing to worry about since the flight arrived on time."
Contra: "We were rebooked, which understandably happens for any number of reasons. However, we were not informed or asked about our preference until our luggage was checked through! The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."
Pro: "The service provided by Jet and Air France was excellent. The wheelchair service did help very much"
Pro: "I like that they still feed you and provide alcohol for free, even on a 40 min flight (unlike BA)."
Contra: "At one point during the flight I took a video out of my window with my camera, a member of the cabin crew barked at me in French. In bewilderment I asked her in English to repeat herself and she sarcastically repeated what she had said, in French, I asked for her to speak in English (which she had done to me previously on this Paris to London flight) yet again she scolded me in French. I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."
Pro: "Movie selection was awesome! Food was good too."
Contra: "Too many interruptions. Every time there's an announcement, it interrupts the movies and some of the announcements were completely unnecessary and there were so many of them, it was like constant interruptions, really annoying."
Pro: "Panamá airport is a disaster, unorganized and dirty"

Contra: "Poor communication. Did not know was airfrance the booking was completed with Austria airline. In the ticket was not the information. Also, airfrance could not find me in their systems I was late to board the plane. Terrible messy and confusing time for me."

Contra: "Airport handling is catastrophic. A lost bagage created the twins to be locked. Half an hour and we could not enter. Delays and huge mess in front of police checkpoint. No announcement and no care for passengers approaching departure time. And to top it all no announcement of any delays. Had to cheat my way through the priority line and run a sprint through security and beyond. Reached the gate to note that there was a delay of 5 minutes.... Grrrr"
Contra: "Left a little late for no apparent reason."

Contra: "Paying for simple tea or coffee? I know a profit needs to be made but come on! I was missed completely by the cabin service the first time, and had to ask for tea on the second. I don’t know when they started charging for tea, but it was unwelcome, cool, and not particularly refreshing. I expect better of BA."
Pro: "Not much - inflated BA fare for mediocre offering; definitely not business class when compared to proper premium airlines."
Contra: "Cramped seats. Poor food. Disorganized boarding more soon to low cost budget carriers. Which is what BA competes against now, albeit for premium prices."

Pro: "There was a guy snoring before we even took off in the air and the cabin crew told him it waa disturbing some passengers and I was so grateful for that!"
Contra: "I missed the food trolly when I went to the loo because the journey only took an hour!"

Contra: "The flight left late. It was one of the most turbulent flights I’ve ever taken-multiple people threw up, including my son 5 times. The in flight entertainment didn’t work and service wasn’t great."

Contra: "Because of the weather in London the flight from Budapest was delayed over an hour. By the time we made it to the connection flight in London they closed the gate and never made it our next leg. We got rebooked and made it to New York where we were supposed to get a hotel room. Never happened. Sleeping on the floor in the terminal."
Pro: "This was a very full flight and the crew were exceptionally patient with everyone. Much appreciated."

Contra: "The ground crew was very curt and non helpful. Apparently there was a rule that laptops had to be in the checked baggage. The ground crew could have been more courteous with passengers for whom this was a great inconvenience. In my specific case, the person checking me in labelled my bad "Long Stay" instead of "Priority" because they misread the instructions on the computer. The person would not listen to me and would not re-check his potential error....I fly British Airways all the time and that did not seem to make a difference in his demeanor"

Pro: "Checking in online 24 hours prior to departure I received up-dates thrice regarding the delay of the flight which was very convenient. I had also learned about the protections that I enjoy as a passenger checking in online. The flight caught up in terms of timing as I had to catch a connecting flight to the continent from London. I was very pleased, also with the courteous flight attendents, the food, the entertainment selection and sufficient leg room in economy class. Overall a lovely experience, indeed!"

Contra: "We rebooked our flight to another flight firvthe following day and that one got canceled too. They have not returned our luggage yet. They said within a week we'll get our luggage. The worst company on the planet. Do not fly them. Our vacation has turned into a nightmare. We had to repurchase tickets with a different company so we can get to our final destination. We don't know if we'll get reimbursed for any portion of this."

Pro: "Only 40 people on the flight. Fast flight Nice to Heathrow. Got in 20 min early. That is what happens when the flight is almost empty. But then we had to wind our way from Terminal #5 to #2."
Contra: "No free food or drink. One guy on board could afford the 16£ champagne at lunch time. Must of had a craving."
Contra: "No complimentary drink / snack / sandwich on a ~2 hours flight that travels at lunchtime."
Pro: "nothing the plane got delayed four times with no warning and then got cancelled when we all got lined up at the gate for the plane (we stood in line for 15 MINUTES BEFORE ANYONE TOLD US SHIT)"
Contra: "I didn't like that the plane got cancelled after hours of sitting in the airport, I didn't like the lack of communication between British airways staff and (would be) passengers, I didn't like that it would've taken me literally three hours to speak to a representative, and I am going to get a refund. I ended up taking an 80 pound train to London that took two and a half hours, and I expect the airway to pay for that too. This was bullshit and I hate this shirt air line."
