Contra: "United had fewer movie options, fewer meals, and worse food than the Lufthansa flight we took when we traveled to Frankfurt. It was also delayed two hours due to mechanical issues. I will have to pay more attention when I book next time to avoid United flights."

Contra: "You, Kayak, sold me economy tickets. When I checked in online I saw it for the first time that our tickets were Economy Light. So even though we are Frequent Flyers, we payed $220 for three checkin luggages. I intend to dispute this case."

Pro: "Priority boarding for parents with children was a huge help. Provided extra blankets and most of the crew's friendliness was very appreciated."
Contra: "Provided bassinet is much too small for even a 17 months old. Also very hard bedding made it impossible for the kid to sleep. We observed same with the other parents. Alone with that, the height of the bassinet makes it easy for the kid to get distracted. WORSE PART: Our daughter couldn't get comfortable to sleep and got fussy, so I took her for a walk which didn't help much. Since it was bedtime 11pm with 0 to little traffic, and to avoid her crying from disturbing everyone I resorted to one of the bathrooms with her. She did fall asleep for about 1 hour until one the FA came literally BANGING on the door. Very rude even after I calmly explained the situation. So sorry for such people with no compassion nor understanding in their hearts."

Contra: "I din't like the fact that Lufhtansa company uses double standards for the countries where they have their flights. From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."

Horrible experience specially that one of us was 80 years old. Will never fly with Lufthansa again. None of my friends will. Dreading my flight back. Kasia Bradley"

So it's one thing that you have to cancel the flight because of fog; but rebooking us the next day on a flight through New York that doesn't exist, was way below the standard of care I would expect from any airline. Apparently, the NY to LAX flight that KLM booked us on, was only one leg of the flight to Sydney Australia; and according to some airline agreement, only Australian nationals are permitted to take that flight! Running around at JFK from terminal four, to terminal seven, to terminal eight, back to terminal four, to get a flight out, was a bit much considering how tired we were – not to mention hungry, since KLM neglected to provide the kosher meals we had requested with plenty of time – BOTH going to and returning from Europe."

Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers."

People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."

Flight attendant said she would "call to have it reset" but it never worked. Fortunately, there was an adjacent empty seat that I moved to on my own initiative and without the flight attendant offering a seat change."

Contra: "Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services.."

Then bad info at airport which led to multiple trips through security trying to make weight on a bag that should have been checked but was told didn't need to. Ended up missing flight, having to rebook at full fare and no one knows where the bag that was checked is. STAY AWAY!"

Finally got on the plane and it took forever to take off so we were basically sitting in a sauna for 30+ minutes."

There was plenty of room, I had breakable stuff in my luggage, didn´t get the chance to choose. No entertainment AT ALL. Confort: no leg space at all. Not an AirFrance plane, subcontracted. Lousy food."

Pro: "Entertainment selection. Flight was short and pretty comfortable"
Contra: "Flight was too packed. Limited restrictions with COVID."

Pro: "Crew was very nice and helpful"
Contra: "It would be really nice and good for the environment to utilize less plastic bags and find ways to recycle more. When I think of the amount of plastic used in every flight I cringe knowing where all that plastic would end up."

Pro: "Transportation of my pet with no issues"
Contra: "Nothing"

Pro: "We ask for help with a 80 year old woman that needed assistance signed up for help o get her from one terminal to her next carnet flight no one accepted her."
Contra: "Only saw what was supposed to have happened but didn’t no help from the air line period."

Pro: "The entertainment program was exceptional."
Contra: "The crew wasn't very friendly and gave the impression they were tired of their jobs. The afternoon 'snack' pizza disguised as a hot-pocket in a small box was served 40 minutes before landing. This snack wasn't enough and wa served far too late for a flight that lasted 11 hours."

Contra: "In flight entertainment was broken"

Contra: "Paid for upgraded seat for complimentary alcoholic beverages and was told they would not be served. IFE was finicky - many broken screens. Deplaning was pandemonium."

Pro: "So ridiculous airline didn’t though in costumer at all"
Contra: "Nathing"

Pro: "Quiet , comfortable cabin and crew was quick to board everyone"

Contra: "Debbie in Business Class made the trip even more special than ever! 1. Congratulated everyone on board for thanksgiving for those who follow that tradition 2. Spoke so kindly on the PA system in both English and fluent in Spanish 3. Kept my coffee hot fresh and always was smiling even those had to work on a holiday We will always fly AmericAn because of flight crew like Debbie..... 1000% super star for AA!!!"

Pro: "cabin attendant was excellent"
Contra: "terrible plane because overhead space is extremely limited and the curvature of the plane limits legroom for window seats."

Contra: "No video working"

Pro: "The boarding was fast."

Pro: "The seat is uncomfortable"
Contra: "Nothing"

Pro: "Boarding from Dallas was very good but when landed in London there was no service provided to me as I requested. I asked for wheelchair and help claiming my luggage due to health problem but when I asked at the airplan gate if some body will help me the answer was wait over there with a rude way and ended by walking to the passport area and claiming my bags by my self, my bags was not there and I was going back and forth to follow directions been given to find my luggage. I was very exhausted and tired and asked people around me for help."
Contra: "There was no help at all especially from the British airway. Unlikely there was very rude answer by telling me if you need help you can hire somebody to help you at claiming bags area. This answer was not expected at all and I was very disoppointed as I made a request to have a wheelchair from London. This request was ignored in London. I was very tired and placed my self to a risk of injury because I hade recent surgery to my right shoulder. As a British air way and this was my first experience I will think carefully next time to use this service again. One of my luggage was damaged and this bag was new and this was my first time to use it they told me at customer service this just a scratch and there is no liability for this kind of damage. hopefully some body can investigate this and do something"

Pro: "We left a few minutes early"

Pro: "Love flying with AMERICAN AIRLINES."

Pro: "Made it to destination"
Contra: "Gate changed without any notification"

Contra: "LATE!!!!"

Pro: "I was lucky enough to have some really sweet flight attendants and was surprised (though maybe I shouldn't be) that we got a small meal."
Contra: "The economy class seats are just so uncomfortable and as soon as someone puts their seat back it is difficult to see the screen in front of you without putting your seat back as well. I suppose there are worse airlines..."

Pro: "They boarded quickly, left early, arrived 40 minutes ahead of schedule. The staff were very friendly and efficient."

Pro: "The trip was easy and the time very good set!"

Pro: "That our pilot was giving us updates as to why we were slightly delayed."
Contra: "Our flight attendant didn’t know what food we were getting. When someone asked in front of me, she said “I’m not sure it could be either turkey or ham”. If you serve customers from all walks of life including Hindus, vegetarians, Islam, Judaism, it should be expected that the flight attendant know if that is turkey or ham. Another thing is that there was no final check by the flight attendant. We landed with tray tables down, seats recline, and people were still on their laptops."

Pro: "The entertainment"

Contra: "Food in general"

Pro: "Friendliness of gate staff"

Pro: "The flight left on time. Pleasant crew."
Contra: "As usual, the seats for a 6'4" guy are not good."

Contra: "Poor breakfast option for lactose intolerants."

Contra: "Itinerary did not mention the British ran through AA. It Mede me confused. Back and force between two check in desk."

Pro: "The staff were friendly."
Contra: "Bag drop was unnecessarily slow with long processing lines. The gate area and on-boarding process was a zoo. Business Class seats (opposing design) were spartan and relatively uncomfortable. My upstairs 50B seat viewed directly into the wash room which made sleeping impossible. Food was not good. Overall, this is the weakest Business Class experience of recent memory especially for a newer wide-body aircraft."

Pro: "Great service. The staff was great."

Pro: "Crew did the best they could considering the situation."
Contra: "There were multiple delays, leaving half my flight with missed connections in Phoenix."

Pro: "Entertainment aspect of flight was excellent. Good was not bad and staff attentive."
Contra: "Check in was terrible. There was confusion and it was terribly disorganized. I arrived 2 hours before my flight and almost did not make bag drop due to the long line (atleast 50-80 other people in the same situation). Then had to rush through security and the terminal to make boarding. Cleared second passport check to be told when the flight shelf have been taking off that the flight was delayed. I get sick when I fly and it helps to eat and due to all the check in delays I could not eat. So when the flight was delayed for mechanical reasons I wanted to go eat to be told that for the next three hours that I would be stuck I could not leave to walk around get a meal or anything. The communication for the staff was poor and their attempt to keep their customers comfortable was lacking."

Contra: "Delayed!!"

Pro: "Everyone was quick"
Contra: "Small seats"

Pro: "Great crew and new plane."
Contra: "The seats are so small and almost no leg room. Very uncomfortable."

Pro: "the crew and the people at the desk for boarding were great. the app helped me keep up with the changes"
Contra: "delays and changing gates"

Contra: "It was ONLY this leg that was messed up. The AA staff in PHI had no idea where the incoming plane was. Got snippy with other customers asking about it. First said it was delayed 50 minutes and then they were surprised when passengers were disembarking from them. Then the plan couldn't leave the jetway because it was stuck -- which was blamed on the City of Philadelphia and we ended up being nearly 4 hours late."

Contra: "The boarding was seemed unintelligent. Why would a passenger in a window seat have to wait until the other middle and aisle passengers board. I got on the plane and had to wait for the other two passengers get up and step into the aisle so I could take my window seat. I was in group 7 and apparently they were in a lower number group that was allowed to board before me."

Pro: "Ground delay but we still got there in time and I made a close connectionshort flight"

Pro: "CR is awesome"
Contra: "AA is screwing up with the flight times, bring them back"

Pro: "Gate agent at DFW helped with a seat change so my wife and I could sit together--excellent seating in the exit row"

Contra: "On my flight from San Jose to Arizona there were no t.v , so it made for a painful five hour flight."

Pro: "On time"
Contra: "Lot of movement"

Contra: "On a 5.5 hour flight, a snack would have been nice. Crew needs to be friendlier like in the old days."
