Final leg of our long journey was from ORD to AUS and it was good
Contra: "It was full, Ben if Lufthansa said on their website that they keep physical distance for passangers! Liars!"
Pro: "The audacity of your gross negligence in a time of global pandemic."

Pro: "The crew. The punctuality."

Contra: "The woman seated next to me was the mother of one of the flight attendants. She had terrible body odor that nearly brought me to vomiting—and this was a 10 hour flight. She was also brought all kinds of amenities from the attendants from the 1st class cabin—not really appropriate."
Contra: "I had ordered pre flight online duty free shopping. Got a confirmation e-mail telling me that articles were reserved for me and I should approach crew members on board for the articles I had reserved. Reality however was that my pre ordered articles were not registered in their system :-("
Pro: "Crew good, food good, plane clean"

Contra: "You, Kayak, sold me economy tickets. When I checked in online I saw it for the first time that our tickets were Economy Light. So even though we are Frequent Flyers, we payed $220 for three checkin luggages. I intend to dispute this case."
Contra: "I din't like the fact that Lufhtansa company uses double standards for the countries where they have their flights. From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."

Contra: "getting fine from DC to Munchen and Munchen to Bucharest, 7 h delayed but we get to Romania. - when waiting for the luggages, guess what? Both luggages are missing. -made the complainment, now we are waiting to show up in Romania and to be delivered at home. -went to pick up the rental car, because of the plane delay, they gave our car away. -after trying several companies, we found a car, 3 times more expensive, but we have a car....yeeyy"
Contra: "The food on Lufthansa is terrible. Many crew members are rude and unaccomodating, even in business class. I will never pick Lufthansa if I have to fly business class again."

Really!!?? Make sure that +$1200 are spent well. Rude or inattentive crew members shouldn’t be on flights that are that long...I had to nsist to have a miserable cup of coffee. Movie selection was poor. USB port didn’t work. Shame on you!"

But it took more than 20 minutes while mid way waiting for clearance to leave for the plane. The service bus did not turn on the AC while we waited even though we complained. We were suffocating. There was no entertainment on the plane."

Contra: "Walked all over the terminal looking for signage for Croatia Airlines. Information services sent me to the right location, but it was marked Air France. I asked serval Air France employees for Croatia Air. None new that Air France was the CA carrier. Finally found one who bothered to look it up on her computer and low and behold, AF was the carrier!"
Pro: "Not much."
Contra: "It was one problem after another during check in. And it was difficult to find help in English so I couldn't really tell what was going on. In the end I was tucking to get checked in because they were insisting I use a kiosk but I was telling them that the kiosk said to see an attendee. It was not efficient and I felt like a burden asking for help when there was nothing else I could do on my own."
Pro: "All crew I interacted with was great, friendly, and helpful."
Contra: "Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good. I did not find the seats comfortable."
Contra: "The leg-space is very narrow The chair is very tiring No entertainment at all Food was tasteless But most surprising was that we were on stand by for our connecting flight. Though we bought the tickets months ago and we got our luggage checked in all the way to the final destination."

I did not fly back to United States thru British airway from Milan to London. London to San Diego on February 5th because my roommate and I got stuck in Egypt, Italy on February 1st as Egyptair at the airport denied us going to Milan due to Covid situation in Italy. We both were tested Covid negative on February 1st. We wanted to fly on British Airway to London on February 1st but not availability. We do not want to stay overnight in Egypt and take another Covid test. Other planes were not available for us to go home on that day except Qater airline. We purchased Water air tickets at Cairo airport and flew home. I called British airway last Friday to cancel seat reservation from Milan, to London to San Diego. I asked for refundable but he said it is not British Airway responsible to get refundable. He said it is my travel agent under AmaWaterWay’s responsible. My agent emailed me today that I did not let British Airway know that I cancelled flights. I feel I should get refundable. I like British airway service as I flew from San Diego to London and from London to Cario on January 19th. Beverly Greer

I don’t know when they started charging for tea, but it was unwelcome, cool, and not particularly refreshing. I expect better of BA."
Pro: "Not much - inflated BA fare for mediocre offering; definitely not business class when compared to proper premium airlines."
Contra: "Cramped seats. Poor food. Disorganized boarding more soon to low cost budget carriers. Which is what BA competes against now, albeit for premium prices."

Even if One presses a button to request for some water, no one comes to the seat; this habit of BA continues for the good part of the last decade. Reminded me why I stopped flying BA! 4. No wifi even in Business class! Someone in senior management of BA needs to fly SQ, Cathay, Qatar, Emirates and learn what can be improved. Most of these airlines have better service in economy than business on BA!"

Pro: "I expected a wonderful experience with British Air but unfortunately our flight from Edinburgh was delayed , missed our connecting flight from Heathrow. We were put up in a hotel by BA and arrived st Heathrow to find our replacement BA flight was delayed because of fuel issues. Still sitting and waiting."
Pro: "This was my first time on an Airbus A380 and I must say that I'm still in awe of how an aircraft this large can be so quiet and smooth, let alone get in the air. Boarding was smooth. Entertainment was great and the food (depending on what you got) was okay. The inflight crew was nice and helpful."
Contra: "Economy seats are very uncomfortable. I am 6'4 and there isn't that much space. It's even worse when you have a kid sitting in front with his seat reclined all the way back - so the little room I had to start with became even worse. Not to mention he kept rocking his chair back in forth, passed gas about 5 times, felt the need to stretch his arm behind him 3 times so his hand was blocking my screen. I really never got comfortable in my seat during the 11 hour flight. For a plane this large, i would of expected a little bit more comfort, especially when I felt it on AA 777"

Pro: "The staff were all very friendly, and even though we did not get seats together at check in, the gate agent managed to find us seats together which made the trip more enjoyable."
Contra: "I was disappointed to find that there were absolutely no entertainment or connectivity options on board a 2 1/2 hour flight. It's pretty much standard across carriers now to have at least internet access and a portable device entertainment option. I also did not enjoy paying for even the most basic beverages on the flight. Coffee, tea, and soft drinks should be included. You'll save a pound, but lose a customer."
Contra: "flight was cancelled and they abandoned us"
Pro: "Liked that we were on time and boarding was organized. The food was excellent considering it was cabin food. Like the fact the crew kept asking if we wanted water, juice through out the flight. They were very attentive and quite nice."
Contra: "Seats are too close together and there is not much leg room or elbow room. Not too many movie choices as the majority we saw on the flight to London. We experienced turbulence during the flight and there was no communication from the pilot found that a bit odd. Just to set everyone's mind at ease I expected something to be said from the cockpit."
Pro: "The connecting flight got canceled and 24 hours latter we are still in the airport trying to get to our final destination."
Contra: "We rebooked our flight to another flight firvthe following day and that one got canceled too. They have not returned our luggage yet. They said within a week we'll get our luggage. The worst company on the planet. Do not fly them. Our vacation has turned into a nightmare. We had to repurchase tickets with a different company so we can get to our final destination. We don't know if we'll get reimbursed for any portion of this."
Contra: "Flight booked last minute and once payment taken showed a one hour delay. Became a 1.5hr delay and missed the birth of my child because of it. Devastated."
