Contra: "Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Contra: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

"Flight to Florence delayed. All passengers took a bus to Pisa (1.5 hours away) to fly Pisa to Paris. We missed our connection and flew next day. All information regarding the delay online was incorrect ("system not yet updated") . So calling Air France was useless as they could not assist. Not all flight delays can be avoided but many improvements are needed throughout this process."

Contra: "The Premium Eco seats are a catastrophe. They don't recline: the seats only slide down slightly but the upper part of your body doesn't move much. This makes for a poor experience, especially on a night flight. Except if you need the extra width, Eco has better value."

No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers."

Contra: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

Had to cheat my way through the priority line and run a sprint through security and beyond. Reached the gate to note that there was a delay of 5 minutes.... Grrrr"

Contra: "One of the engine was smoking just as we took off. This should have been checked beforehand that it was working correctly. The pilot missed the first landing, was going too fast and had to turn around. We circled the London eye 3 times. When we were actually landing it was extremely bumpy and on the way down the plane was tilting back and forth a lot. They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."

Contra: "The temperature for this leg of the trip seemed very cold. I wore 2 sweaters & a jacket plus the blanket. Hard to rate entertainment (I wasn't aware of any)."

Well, I can no longer complain: I was very kindly invited to move across that curtain. Of course, in short haul (2-hours+) A321 flights, all seats are created equal, business or main cabin... But the attention was there, excellent service, and gourmet food too. The whole experience was great. I'll go on flying Air France with fewer regrets."

I don’t know when they started charging for tea, but it was unwelcome, cool, and not particularly refreshing. I expect better of BA."

Pro: "Not much - inflated BA fare for mediocre offering; definitely not business class when compared to proper premium airlines."

Pro: "Liked that my wife and I could have a two seat row to ourselves."

Contra: "the older plane did not have personal air vents and it was hotter then I would have liked. Also being in the last row of a section allows us not recline as much while the people in front could recline more, which made for a cramp feeling during the flight."

Pro: "This was a BA codeshare but operated by AerLingus,supposedly a 4* airline."

Contra: "We rebooked our flight to another flight firvthe following day and that one got canceled too. They have not returned our luggage yet. They said within a week we'll get our luggage. The worst company on the planet. Do not fly them. Our vacation has turned into a nightmare. We had to repurchase tickets with a different company so we can get to our final destination. We don't know if we'll get reimbursed for any portion of this."

Pro: "Nothing good to say its an old plane, rubbish entertainment system no help by the British airway's staff not even in checkin when my girlfriend struggled to weigh bag the staff just looked and offered no assistance. Hardly came round to offer drinks meal was foul and the Sandwick was inedible. I will never fly British airways again I wrongly thought that they were a premier service how wrong was I"

Pro: "Well organized, taken care of for connecting flight when plane was delayed 2 hours."
Contra: "HEATHROW IS A NIGHTMARE, Not the fault of BA"

Contra: "Seats on the flight London to Barcelona weren't as comfortable but it's not fair as it's just the model of airplane. Although modern seats just weren't that good to try catch some sleep."

Pro: "Everything that BA is not; excellent crew & food"
Contra: "Nothing"

Pro: "The crew, they were very friendly and responsive when my seat equipment was found broken"
Contra: "My seat equipment was broken so there was no film for a long flight."

Contra: "Wheelchair assistance was not provided to both the passengers , even though it was requested during reservation. Baggage was lost and did not make it to Bangalore"

Pro: "We did land OK but JFK was snowed in and this probably caused the many problems we encountered. Iq always have bad luck flying in and out of that airport so I don't completely hold BA accountable. Staff we polite and efficient."
Contra: "We were stuck in the plane for an hour and a half after landing at JFK. On the ground they ran the engines so loudly my husband got a terrible headache. We mentioned the noise problem but were ignored. Once allowed to debark we were crammed into a long cold hall and waited another 1/2 hour before moving towards immigration clearance. To top it off the baggage conveyer system was broken and we waited another 45 minutes before they shut the building down. So we left with no luggage exhausted. One piece of luggage was left back in London. Not pleasant at all. We did get our luggage returned 3 days later. That was good."

Pro: "The crew/flight attendants were great and provided outstanding service (Gordon). The food was great too."
Contra: "It was very hot on the plane most of the flight which was rather uncomfortable."

Contra: "Not social distanced full flight"

Contra: "Very long wait, though good communication. Rather bumpy flight."

Contra: "Counter at Asheville, point of origin for the flight, was unattended at recommended arrival time. Attendant, when he finally appeared, seemed, to this traveler at least, unengaged, abrupt, even rude, certainly not as welcoming and helpful ad other UA counter attendants at busier airports and at more demanding times. The word lazy comes to mind. The same individual handled the gate. His demeanor there was similar. If it is UA policy to leave counters unattended, an explanation should be posted; if present policy requires one individual to handle counter and gate duties, perhaps more help is needed. This experience, all the more frustrating when a passenger ruses early so as to comply with recommended arrival and boarding times, combined with the fact that the incoming flight significantly delayed AVL to Washington depart setting the tone for a mostly mediocre experience crowned by a painful trek from terminal A to terminal C to catch the connection to PVD. Not a best effort by UA. Outstanding flight and cabin crews saved the day."

Pro: "Nothing"
Contra: "Everything. My booking confirmation was with United Airlines only to get to the airport to find that they had subcontracted the flight to a budget airline. Eurowings. The food very substandard. If you were on a basic ticket, you were only entitled to water and no food. So people are travelling on long haul flights without being offered anything as standard. Passengers on these tickets were not aware that they would not be served.any food which is probably unethical. They offer to sell you food if on a basic ticket"

Pro: "Spacious seats"
Contra: "Better wheelchair services. Fended for ourselves."

Pro: "The whole experience was fine, as expected for today’s standard."
Contra: "Boarding would be better if the window seats go first, followed by middle seats then aisle seats."

Contra: "The delay was over 2- 1/2 hours on the run way to honolulu.."

Contra: "I hate it after you land you have to take the stairs to the tarmac and then board a bus in the cold"

Contra: "Need to upgrade blankets th something that could actually provide warmth."

Pro: "I have always loved flying Lufthansa however we didn't fly Lufthansa, we were on United for both legs of our flight. Like all American opperated airlines they skimp on comfort in order to pack more people on their flight. I hope we are on Lufthansa on our way home at least."
Contra: "We were on United, see above."

Pro: "On time. Very nice flight attendants."
Contra: "Nothing."

Pro: "I paid for extra space and it satisfy my needs."
Contra: "The personnel service during the flight was mediocre. In my opinion they don’t know what is customer satisfaction. They have to show that they like what they do with a simple smile. They are not doing the customer a favor . That is their job a good customer satisfaction"

Pro: "A flight attendant went out of her way to bring my wife some nuts from first class, since she said she missed having the packages of nuts and pretzels in economy."
Contra: "The stand-by for business class upgrade process is anything but clear."

Pro: "GOOD"

Pro: "It was a fine flight. I only had cranberry juice, but it hit the spot."
Contra: "It was a full flight but I expected that it would be that way after Thanksgiving."

Contra: "Being lied to and saying it was weather related instead of the truth of it was a mechanical issue so United didn’t have to pay for hotel!!!"

Contra: "We specifically booked this flight so that we would be able to be with our daughter for her 1:00 pm appointment at the Huntsman Cancer Center in SLC. Our flight was cancelled the night before and later rescheduled with a 3 1/2 layover so we missed her appointment completely."

Pro: "Trip OK."
Contra: "If you need to cancel a flight wit Air Canada or Southwest you will have one year to use the cost of your flight as a credit. You must to be completely sure to fly with United. If you have to cancel, NO refund will be made. I try to change my flight to Canada and they impose a PENALTY of $200 per passenger!! (almost the price of each ticket). So, avoid United, unless you have no other choice."

Pro: "Flights were fine once we got off the ground."
Contra: "Flight was delayed 6 hours, not due to weather. Really unfortunate that I had to spend an entire day of a long weekend sitting in an airport. Wasn't reimbursed at all for any of the mess, but I guess that is life!"

Pro: "Nothing"
Contra: "United cancelled my flight. Terrible customer service"

Pro: "The flight was fine. No issues at all"
Contra: "My experience would be fine except when I went through security and they checked my luggage, they opened my suitcase in front of everyone and riffled through my clothes out in the open. I don't care that they needed to go through my bag, I care that there was no concern for privacy."

Contra: "Incredible long walk passengers should be told when you have such a distance to walk. Passport sign in is not very user friendly should be a better scanner and easier questions they are confusing"

Pro: "Super Bowl Perks!!! & great service tight"
Contra: "As usual with all flights, tight seating"

Contra: "Tryed to book flight home on your web sight but would still not go through after the 3rd try. We went to houston Airport to make reservation and was told by United ticket it would be an additional $100.00 to book at counter. We called our bank to see if there was a issue with our card. The in return call the card issurer to see if there was an issue on there end. No problem was found. We forced to pay double from what was posted on your web site inorder to get home."

Pro: "Frontier and spirit are illegitimate companies. Please stop selling their tickets"

Contra: "I didn't get any food mainly because of the cost. I did get a complimentary drink. I did not get any entertainment but was under the impression there was a cost. Too short of a flight for that."

Pro: "The crew was very nice as we got on."
Contra: "As usually United over booked and even though I brought my ticket in advance I some how did not have a seat assigned to me when I checked in. Most of the plane had boarded before I had a ticket in my hand. The agent was rude as she could be because I didn't understand how that's possible for me not to have a seat. I think that it's absolutely ridiculous that it's even possible to over sale a plane since there's obviously only a certain number of seats. I think it's ridiculous that people have to offer up their seat and take another flight, I chose a flight time because that's when I wanted to leave and get to where I was going for a reason. No other industry is allowed to treat their customers this way so why does the airline industry do it? Also there's no tv or movies for us to watch while in a 4 hour flight."

Pro: "How helpful and polite everyone was.. This is only my second time to fly and was a good experience. Thank you"

Contra: "Long delay"

Pro: "I recently flew Icelandic Air, on a Winglet. It was tiny, and no service like United. United was pleasant, wheelchair right there except one time. I like the Boston to SF flight, aisle seat, huge aisles, no one looked uncomfortable, bathroom kept immaculate, and small plane to Burbank excellent, I even had whole aisle to myself."
Contra: "The flight back to Boston, as mentioned. But Icelandic Air had tv screens on back of seats, so during the very long journey, you could track your flight, look at movies, for free, and beautiful,music selections. I wish United had that. My cell phone was not working great, so had no entertainment"

Contra: "6 hour delay with no explanation or communication."

Pro: "Flying in America gave me no problems. Things only got terrible after we left Denver."

Contra: "I was really upset when I was told at airport that my direct flight was changed to connecting flight. Plus I requested a wheelchair due to medical issues on my hip and I was not provided any wheel chair on Vancouver."

Pro: "Attendant attitude"
Contra: "Noise in the cabin. Food was only two options, none vegetarian. Bathrooms locked all the time."

Pro: "Nothing good"
Contra: "They changed my direct flight to a connecting flight. My bag didn't make it either."

Pro: "I liked that I actually got there"
Contra: "Where do I begin? From the delayed departure to the rude attitide of the flight attendants, to being stuck on the ground in SFO waiting for a gate to pull up to for an hour, this was a logistical nightmare. What should have been an hour flight turned into 3 or 4. Never again. I'll stick to JetBlue"

Contra: "One of the stewardesses had a terrible attitude. She was rude to people and rolling her eyes at them. She also seemed to be rude to her fellow co workers."

Pro: "They gave us free entertainment"
Contra: "We took two hours in taking off"

Contra: "Our seats and boarding passes were given to two other people! How can someone else board a plane with our names on the boarding passes?!"

Contra: "In two weeks I've flown from EWR to San Fran and Lax and both return flights got cancelled. Also i paid for a direct and got moved to a one stop. Not cool"

Pro: "The pilots and flight attendants were excellence..."
Contra: "The boarding procedures are too long and unorganized."

Pro: "I saw a really good sunset"
