Short flights there is no food and no drinks, such as coffee juice, only water.
24 hour delay due to a crew member arriving 1.5 h late. People clapped for this? Obscene. Will never fly delta again. A simple error could have been resolved by holding connecting flights for 15 minutes. But no, not enough passengers to cross the 8-10 person threshold. Lost $800 due to this malfeasance. Never flying delta again.

Boarding was two-step, checkin then wait then enter the aircraft. Aircraft was very old, seats worn and even ripped. No entertainment. Feed was very basic - a warm sandwich in a plastic wrap… crew was ok, a bit cold and stern but otherwise polite
Luggage handling. Arrived in Johannesburg without my luggage. Communication regarding lost luggage is basically non-existent.

Flight to Florence delayed. All passengers took a bus to Pisa (1.5 hours away) to fly Pisa to Paris. We missed our connection and flew next day. All information regarding the delay online was incorrect ("system not yet updated") . So calling Air France was useless as they could not assist. Not all flight delays can be avoided but many improvements are needed throughout this process.
Contra: "There was no amenities pack given in Premium economy. The food was ok. It would have been nice to have been offered another bread roll. Seat comfort was fine, but I kept getting hit by the separating curtain as the flight attendants went back and forth from economy."

With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."
Pro: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

Had to cheat my way through the priority line and run a sprint through security and beyond. Reached the gate to note that there was a delay of 5 minutes.... Grrrr"

Contra: "Our gate (E38c) shared the same walkway (or whatever the place between the terminal gate and the plane door is called) with four other flights. It was a long and poorly-marked sidewalk amidst ongoing construction. The crews had to make sure everyone boarding each plane was on the plane heading to the correct destination. There was essentially nothing stopping people from any of the five flights getting on any of the five planes. Other than that, it was a good flight with great crew."

They were not rude to me personally, more just disinterested and apathetic, but I did witness one of the flight attendants being downright rude to another passenger. This was not a British Airways crew, but an American Airlines crew, and they treated us like they were doing us a favor by paying us any attention rather than treating us like it is their job to serve passengers courteously."

Contra: "Surprised by a snarky employee at gate check for my connecting flight home today. I fly with AA nearly every week for work. They grabbed my bag from me and insisted it be checked. I said I didn’t want to pay for checking and that it contained fragile items. It was a little over-stuffed for the scale. When I went to open it and remove some bulky items to put in my purse, they snatched my suitcase away and refused to let me touch my bag. I find this to be completely unacceptable. They had the gall to suggest I go to an airport store, buy a “suitable suitcase,” and take a later flight home. They made a scene and called a supervisor who kindly and promptly let me in my suitcase. The employee then spoke negatively about me loudly to nearby colleagues and refused to make eye contact. After the supervisor let me in my bag, I got on the plane with my suitcase. At one point, this employee made me feel like I was going to be kicked off of my flight; this was so unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. AA - your employees are better than this."

Contra: "Terrible food and entertainment on the flight to and from Santiago. Felt squizzed like a sardine in the can in the middle row. I will never choose Boening 777 for overnight flights. Transfer in Toronto was confusing. Delayed arrival caused problems in retrieving luggage and made a stressful experience getting to Chicago flight on time - not mentioning sluggish US border check in Toronto. For my next trip, I would rather pick another airline and transfer airport."
Pro: "The plane was unable to board on time ,the cabin was too cold. That was a hitch well managed but with a seat near the rear of the aircraft only food option was cup of soup rehydrated with hot water or snacks. May be better food provision could be implemented."
Pro: "Finding my luggage and sending it to me was the best part of this flight."
Contra: "Weather was the issue in Toronto on December 29, 2017. However, We're in Canada, Toronto specifically and we've dealt with weather like this NUMEROUS times. For Air Canada to cancel flights 2 times in a row without any further communications with any of us... To tell us when we'd be rebooked, how, etc. is horrible. I work in the transportation industry which is American based and we can handle this much better than Air Canada. Awful... Wendell/Gate Agent said he couldn't rebook my flight until the 31st, but when I got home I called air Canada and she was able to rebook me on the 30th with no issues. Nonsense. Wendell didn't care, he was tired, yawned in our faces like it was acceptable. Awful service. I'm flying with Air Canada on my way from India in the next couple of weeks I hope I get better service. Otherwise, completion will be my only option."
Contra: "delayed by 5 hours"
Contra: "Seems like you are using a old plane- Seats for fabric, ver y close together- dis apppointed with this trip - both ways .."
Pro: "The crew was so attentive and respecful! Kept pouring wine as we wanted (without saying a qorf or requesting it) this is how business class should be. I love air canada business class. Super hyper recommended. Food was ok, in spite it eas a short flight. Crew was very very nice. ❤️"
Pro: "Lots of leg room! Quite and relaxing."
Pro: "Can't keep to their schedule. I was supposed to arrive home at 15:50 pm. Try 1 am. Every time our plane came in they sent it to another city or switched our gate. All if their flights were delayed. Customer service was non existent. We were treated worse than animals."
Pro: "I liked the friendly crew members"
Contra: "1. Could not reserve seat on the return flight and still got charged for it. 2. My seat did not have the new outlet for phone jack and USB charger. I had to use old headset outlet on the arm-rest which did not work. 3. Planes delayed on both directions."

Contra: "-majority of tvs were shorted out and not working -plane was heavily delayed so didn't make second transfer flight -one attendant gave us wrong directions to next gate at LAX -LAX airport was under heavy construction which delayed gating gate to gate -Customer service offered no options to how to get to San Diego -now we are in debt with a car rental, gas, and having to go back to the airport twice for the baggage -most likely won't be using United Airlines again"
Pro: "Entertainment options were excellent, and the screen worked really well."
Contra: "The crew was somewhat sloppy in their service of meals and drinks."
Pro: "We been flying discount airlines out of Bellingham for the last few years. How ever with the exchange rate now we decided to fly Air Canada this time. OMG what a difrence great seats more room and great service"
Contra: "Long line and few staff at immigration. Need twice number of clerks"
Pro: "Flight attendants were attentive and professional. Comfortable flight, given it was 10+ hours long."
Contra: "I have never flown an airline that served dinners without offering a vegetarian (typically pasta) option as a standard meal. Had no idea that I would need to request this, so I did not have dinner on the flight, as the meals were either chicken or beef. At this point in the 21st century, a meatless diet is a widespread life choice, for either ethical or health reasons. I would really like to see a pasta option as a default. Thanks for taking feedback."
Pro: "Very nice crew. Meals came out at great times. Food was good but not great."
Contra: "Boarding process was a bit slow and started late, making our flight delayed, which made us miss our connecting flight."
Pro: "I liked the aircraft and the amenities of the plane. Blanket and pillow was nice. It was fairly comfortable."
Contra: "The crew was not pleasant and seemed to dislike their job. Boarding was late and a hassle in the airport. Food was terrible.. sorry but it was."

Contra: "Boarding by zones is an excellent idea; but it does not work very well. Peole still making lines and standing in front of the gate when their zones have not been called out. Making boarding very difficult and confusing."

Contra: "I did not get airline miles credit on my United account as requested. I would like to be contacted about this."
Pro: "The crew tried hard to give me more salad and bread since they didn't have a vegan option and meat was mix with the hot meal."
Contra: "In order to have a vegan or any special meal they ask you to call 48hs before. I've done online but the site I used for booking didn't pass the options requested. Then at checking counter they can't add it not even the return flight. This option should be able to be added anytime! Then why they can't put the meat aside for the hot plate so at least we could eat the rest. Also when preparing vegan or vegetarian meals you can just give cookies and cakes or white pasta! Any meal should be balanced, as for vegen meals it also have to have some vegetal complete protein combination."
Contra: "we pre booked seats at #14 because our daughter cannot walk without help, we took her to and from the plane by wheelchair to make it easier, they bumped us to seat # 32 , the very last one, that is a long walk, at check in the woman there was rude when we told her of our situation and that we had seats, she said there was nothing she could do because the plane was full, she was not very helpful at all, and asked if we wanted to take another plane. Our whole family has been traveling with air Canada, but I think it's time for a change. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Contra: "They need a better system for boarding. It took forever to get us all on board. And it was hard to hear which zone they were boarding since the passengers were so noisy. there should've been lanes for the different zones so they could usher us all in orderly. It was a chaotic mess without lanes. There was no entertainment if you didn't download their app onto your electronic device. No snacks were offered either. I didn't pay for a meal but it would've been nice to have some pretzels or something like that. The controls for the lights, and attendant call button were on the hand rest. It was very uncomfortable since it was a raised section, and more than once I turned on the light without meaning to do so. I won't fly Air Canada Rouge ever again, if I can help it."
Pro: "It was about as good as you can hope for in cattle class. Middle seat in the bulkhead row is not worth paying extra for."
Contra: "Power outlet at my seat did not work."

Pro: "My scren was´t working ok, and the screen of my sister seat was in ¨wait please..¨ half of the trip. The boarding wasn´t on time but the crew memebers where really nice. Overall okey"
Pro: "The fact that the plane landed safely"
Contra: "The service was horrible. They kept changing boarding gates on us. Luggage didn't arrive. A little delay. The service was poor as well"
Pro: "The seats were very comfortable. Food was surprisingly good!"
Contra: "There was 1 crew member who once spilled ice over me & laughed it off saying he was just checking to see if I"m awake. Then another time spilled OJ on me & didn't even notice or apologize or offer a napkin so I can clean myself off. Also I had wanted to upgrade my seat for this flight but was unable to because there was no representative at the huge airport in Shanghai. Nor could I do it online. That was a huge inconvenience!"
Contra: "almost all planes were delayed...this one was delayed by 2.5 hours. After being up for 20+ hours traveling from abroad, it was a bad experience to have to wait so long for planes to arrive for last leg of journey"
Pro: "The service was friendly, eventhough I was forced to check in my carry on."
Contra: "I checked in 5hrs early to find out that I had to check in my carry on. To my disappointment, as I finally boarded, I noticed that LOTS of people had carry ons that were either the same size or larger. As we landed, the passenger next to asked me to help take her carry on down from the top storage area (as it was extremely heavy). Her bag could've been 50lbs! The plane was over burdened with people's carry ons. What disappoints me the most is that I checked in early, but my carry on did not make it aboard the plane while other people's carry on did!"
Contra: "The seats in coach were ridiculously close together. When the person in front of me reclined their seat, there couldn't have been more than 6 inches between them and my nose. Felt like Spirit Air had purchased Air Canada."
