We paid Lufthansa for reserved seats months before this flight. Apparently this was not forwarded to ticketing as the clerk at check-in gave us seats at the very back of the plane next to restrooms and storage. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep at all on our overseas flight. We sincerely hope that our accommodations are better when we return to the US on October 11th.
We connected to this flight very late, in fact at departure time. We were last to board. The crew was very empathetic and welcoming. The plane was impeccable. We flew economy, so it was a bit cramped. We were served a snack that was more than expected these days. All in all a good experience.
I was surprised that I had to pay for soda! In my mind a coke should be free.

Zborul a avut intarziere la plecare iar cand a aterizat am asteptat sa vina autobuzul sa putem cobori din avion. Totul a fost groaznic decand am plecat din Buc catre Roma si inapoi. Nu ma asteptam sa fie atat de slab serviciile si timpul de asteptare atat de mare cu intarzieri. In plus sunt multe cerinte sa poti zbura: masca FFP2 iar echipajul nu are asa ceva dar noi suntem obligati sa avem, se cere test pcr sau antigen pt cei vaccinati, nu e normal asa ceva. Asta inseamna sa ne faceti pe noi cei vaccinati niste prosti pt ca ne-am vaccinat. Urat din artea voastra. Bani dati aiurea pt ca nu ne-a mai cerut nimeni asa ceva. O abusurditate. Ar trebuii sa ne dati banii inapoi, bani cheltuiti degeaba fiind vaccinati cu buster!!!!! Am fost taxati 40 euro pt 3 check-inuri pt ca nu am facut check in cu 3 ore inainte de zbor deoarece aplicatia nu a mers. Am platit pt ca serviciile voastre nu merg si sunt proaste. Cei care călătoresc alături de oameni cu probleme, viitoare mămici, etc så fie cît se poate de înțelegători și comunicativi! Niciodată nu știi unde te duce viața!
O mică parte din călători ar putea încerca så fie mai ascultători și disciplinați. Nu îi costă nimic și nici nu este imposibil!

I also saw plenty of carry-on luggage way bigger than mine come on board and go into the overhead bins just fine. Kind of pissed me off. The price to check bags is SO SO high, but with the limited weight you can take in the carry-on, you almost have to check a bag unless you're doing a short 3-5 day trip."

Contra: "We started boarding and were taken to a hall to wait. Then we were taken on a bus and then we finally boarded. The waiting period was very annoying. They should have started boarding when they were actually ready to board. Also, not enough luggage space for the amount of passengers."
Contra: "Seats don't recline. No leg room. Cattle car feel!"
Pro: "Now that I know how to do the booking, I would certainly use your airline again as I really appreciate the low fare."
Contra: "Buying the ticket online for the first time was confusing so I did not reserve a seat, pay for extra luggage or print out my boarding pass until almost too late. Please list the above much more clearly for first time users."
