Both legs of the flight we had the people seated behind us kicking and shoving our seats. One gentleman was kicking my seat for a couple hours and made a scene on the outgoing flight. The stewardess addressed the gentleman and explained that I had to decline my seat because the seat in front of me was declined. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me, so every time the gentleman kicked me, it not only hurt my back, but my knees. The couple behind us on the return flight jumped the line to get onto the flight, kept kicking our seats and then pretended they did not understand when we asked that they stop. I think the pilot should address the issue upfront so this toddler like behavior does not go on. I am not sure if it is common behavior, but not something I have experienced on an American carrier."

Delta operated. Missed connecting flight due to single late crew member in dfw. 1.5 h late. Missed work and incurred costs of over $800. Delta failed to hold connecting flight(s) at gate and it actually left EARLY. Fail. Never again.

Thumbs up for KLM crew, planes and Schiphol Airport, though short on staff and a little late everything went smooth, including the flight.

Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.

The flight from Rome to Ams was delayed. The flight from AMS to Moscow was missed. - We spent 2h in a linewaiting for the service desk to rebook the tickets - Then, we spend more than an hour to get the hotel - Then waiting for the shuttle another 30 minutes Unexpectedly poor and slow service. The next working day is ruined with the flight in the middle

being a flight attendant and using spécial fare I apreciate being treated equally to the other pax, the fact that the crew, when I informed them of my status, went to check if I had a good seat ( no one beside me, to be able to get good rest.) Those are important gestures towards the person. I look to more flights with KLM

Upon purchasing the ticket, it stated that, checked bags would be $30 each, so I expected to pay only $30 for my second bag, being as my first checked bag came with the price of the ticket….instead, I was charged $75 for my second bag and not $30, like the price I saw… :-( very disappointing.. I was tricked.,.

Wrong advice was given by AF counter for the boarding by asking me to exit airport and then enter again , otherwise was ok .

With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

Very pleasant, on time and I would like to particularly express my gratitude to Michelle, the flight attendant who was not only very kind and friendly but also went out of her way to help me find and retrieve the airpods I had lost while asleep.

The crew. The boarding at The airport in Buenos Aires was a disaster. Got to the airport 3 hours before and only got to the gate 30” before departure

Unlike other airlines, did not allow for basic economy flexibility for new COVID spike. Disappointing.

Contra: "My charger port wasn't working for my phone, and the movie in wanted to watch wasn't working either."

I had to walk to my room outside, and had leave in the morning in the dark as well. I was traveling alone. Please put your passengers in a better hotel, closer to the airport. I did not expect that from American Airlines."

Contra: "Everything, the staff was rude especially at the gate. I was forced to check my bag not because of size but because I was in Group 6 boarding and I got on there was plenty of room on the plane. I had even explained I needed to do work and would have to hold everything in my arms."

Contra: "I had selected my seats ahead of time and they weren’t kept. Day of I tried to buy a seat and it told me there were tech issues and I had to go to a front desk to check in/purchase. Well all that got me was the very last row, middle seat. No recline and seriously no leg room or breathing room once the person in the row ahead leans back. Crew was not helpful. Not to mention, the security line was outrageously long and I got to my flight just before it left only to find out my seating arrangement and be presented with more disappointment. Took over an hour where I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes in this airport (I fly often). Didn’t have time to go to BR or grab a snack Then my second flight was (again another middle seat) way too warm. The attendants said “there’s nothing we can do”. I was so nauseous and uncomfortable the whole time."

Contra: "I find this fairly serious! All people were boarded on the plane In a timely manor. We were then informed that one flight attendant had not made to the flight and we were to wait until the flight attendant arrived. We waited over 20 minutes for the employee to arrive to work rather late. This put out over 200 people for one irresponsible employee. In my business that employee would of been fired unless there was a very serious reason. So a full plane of passengers were inconvienced as well as many people that were helping the passengers what maybe 300 + for one employee! Doesn't make sense!"

Contra: "Online check in for one of our two passengers was impossible. Simply never worked. At airport check in desk, manual data entry errors during airport check in caused issues during customs at the end of the flight. Also we were not seated together initially even tho reservations were made months in advance. Airline online check in was pushing us to pay extra for seats together."

There was no rep waiting to help upset customers so we had to wait TWO hours in line as there were only 2 girls at the counter when there are 6 counters. They were completely unapologetic and although they set us up on another airline to fly back, the whole experience was completely unsettling. AVIANCA NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!"

Pro: "There was enough leg room and boarding was done reasonably quickly."
Contra: "The flight was delayed by 15 minutes without explanation."
Pro: "The customer service phone number was impossible to get through on in order to take to someone within 24 hours of my flight in order to make my Special Meals request as I have Celiac's Disease. I was unable to make this selection at booking as when you book through a third party like Expedia, which I did, you cannot access the same internal tools required to make that selection. You can ONLY then call once you have checked in before the flight in order to let the airline know of your Special Meal needs. This is not only a terrible policy as it undercuts those who ARE ultimately still buying tickets to their airline, and that the airline is CHOOSING to sell. It provided me with an extremely subpar experience of the airline but left up to the last minute with doubts about my ability to board a 13 he international flight without the reassurance that I would have ANY meals aboard and no other options should that be the case. Right before my flight departed I was reassured that the information we had requested Expedia relay to the airline internally the day before, who we called when we couldn't get through to the airline, WAS able to convey this Special Meal request and I was going to have food on the flight, so I then did not purchase a bunch of snacks in the airport to have as options. The first meal in, no Special Meal was provided and I had to explain then entire situation all over again. They assured me they would figure it out and get me taken care of. However, no one who assisted me conveyed this to anyone else on the flight and every time food was dispersed, same situation. This was stressful and exhausting and the options provided me were modified to be gluten free, such as an entire plate of fruit for my snack, instead of the protein heavy snack everyone else received, because there truly wasn't extra for that type of dietary restriction. This was stressful and I was very hungry on the flight. One of the attendants got me a few chunks of cheese from first class, but otherwise, it wasn't great. I would advise travelers with Special Meal requests NOT to fly with AirCanada."

Contra: "Our plane was delayed for 5 hrs. On top of it, they brought in a smaller plane with 100+ less seating than original one which caused us losing our reserved seating. They refused to give us our seating arrangements up until the boarding time. All the other passengers had boarding tickets but us. So our family couldn’t sit together. I had a super pleasant experience with Air Canada prior to this trip so it made me so sad. On the other hand, crew were fantastic. We missed our connecting flight but they took care of us so I was happy in that sense."

Contra: "Food was grose. Seat was located on an emergency exit and supposed to be "preferred". Worst seat ever. Right next to the window is very uncomfortable since your stuck to the wall if the plane. Theres no window on that row. But this specific seat is awkward and very uncomfortable."

I had to find & clear customs before I could even go to my gate. Getting thru customs was like being in a maze. I showed my passport 4 times in the process & finally someone helped me to fill out the electronic form. I made it to my gate in the nick of time just as they were ready to close the door. They radioed ahead to let 2 more people on that plane. Then I get on and someone is sitting in the seat that I previously purchased. The flight attendant didn't make them move either. Air Canada's practices suck! I will never fly Air Canada again."

I know first class has wash cloths and that was an easy request. And the fact that she never came back to see if we needed anything or to tell us she did not have a cloth for him. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will think twice about flying Air Canada again. Thank god for good citizeans willing to help strangers in a time of need."

In realit, the stewards on the flight just gave us a card with a customer service number, said call this number and they will get you accommodations. So no one was at the gate to meet us and no one ever answered the phone!! We were on hold for 48 minutes. We were stuck in the airport for ten hours, through the night, until another flight could be arranged. We had to find someone on United to get us on a new flight. My daughter and I were at the end of 24 hours of flying and expected that what we were told would be carried out. I was not impressed with the way this was handled and no apology or compensation from Air Canada for the delays and sleeping on the airport floor!!"
Contra: "We left 2 hrs. late. I had only 45 min. to catch my connection in Frankfurt. Had to run through that huge airport with a broken toe!"

The flight crew works slower then I have ever observed in my over 200 flights. Took them 1hr 40min to serve what they called "dinner", Delta and others knocks it out in 30!!! And don't get thirsty, You'll die of dehydration before you get a drop of water. They treat ice like its gold. 2 cubes for each drink. If u ask for more u get one more cube. Lol. It was just a horrible experience! I will never fly Air Canada again."

Contra: "The flight for Montreal was half empty and than there was a flight to Toronto Hallf empty as well, and the flight Toronto to Montreal was half empty...by coincidence our flight Halifax-Montreal on Sunday at 19:15 was cancelled due to technical issues. However it was obvious that AirCanada didn't care about the passenger time or valued it...instead of flying 3 empty flights they cancelled our flight and maximize capacity on the other planes...not happy we didn't get any voucher and we wasted 4 hours of our time and didn't have dinner until 1 am"
