I’ve contacted kayak several times before my flight from frankfurt to the US. It is ridiculous that Lufthansa sells a flight with a 45 minute layover from a connecting flight, I sent email and calls about my concerns and one person got back to me telling me he will see if he can change my flight and he’ll call me back and said that I should be fine to make it since Lufthansa sells that flight. I never got a call back and had to run through the airport and ask to skip in line at passport check to barley make it to my flight. When I know there was easier connection flights

Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

Food served in Economy on the international flight FROM US was terrible, and just a little better on all other flights that we took this time. But i noticed that food served on international destinations FROM US on any airline is terrible in general. Space between the seats is limited, very uncomfortable even for a petite woman. Child meals are too sweet, my kids ended up eating my salads, and part of my meal, because they didn't like their food. On the flight from US, kid's meal had 3 chocolate bars on top of other sweet things, which is too much. Give kids fruit bowl instead. I will not order child meal again."

She addressed me and others in a curt and arguably rude tone of voice and mannerisms. No further instruction was given for the gate check process, hence I rolled the small suitcase to the entry of the aircraft, where the Purser asked why I would wish to check the bag. When I recounted the story, he chuckled and said, bring it aboard, there is no reason to check that bag."

Contra: "There was 1 hour layout, but the plane was late. i was leaving the plane at the boarding time for my next flight. the gates very extremely far away from each other it took me 20 minutes to get from the original gate to the next one and i was running all the time. by the time i got there i had no place to store my carry on luggage anywhere despite the fact the storage compartments very occupied by small backpack which could easily be stored underneath seats. i asked a flight attended to help me but she answered she was not on duty and left (what the hell!!!) what was she doing on the plane then. i wound up with my luggage underneath the seat, my bag in my lap squeezed and extremely uncomfortable. overall one of the worst flights i have ever had. i was lucky it was only one hour long."

LOT put us up in a hotel overnight and booked us on a flighty the next day. The hotel was 1 hour drive, 50miles, from airport. I reached my final destination 13 hours late."

The flight time was almost an hour shorter than scheduled which was a pleasant surprise - it was great to have at least four of the cabin crew who spoke Hungarian. As the people in front of us didn't recline their seats, we had decent legroom. Food was good, cabin crew were attentive."

Also boarding is odd as you have to take a bus to the plane, which is slow, extremely crowded, and inefficient."

A intarziat plecarea ...

Zborul a avut intarziere la plecare iar cand a aterizat am asteptat sa vina autobuzul sa putem cobori din avion. Totul a fost groaznic decand am plecat din Buc catre Roma si inapoi. Nu ma asteptam sa fie atat de slab serviciile si timpul de asteptare atat de mare cu intarzieri. In plus sunt multe cerinte sa poti zbura: masca FFP2 iar echipajul nu are asa ceva dar noi suntem obligati sa avem, se cere test pcr sau antigen pt cei vaccinati, nu e normal asa ceva. Asta inseamna sa ne faceti pe noi cei vaccinati niste prosti pt ca ne-am vaccinat. Urat din artea voastra. Bani dati aiurea pt ca nu ne-a mai cerut nimeni asa ceva. O abusurditate. Ar trebuii sa ne dati banii inapoi, bani cheltuiti degeaba fiind vaccinati cu buster!!!!! Am fost taxati 40 euro pt 3 check-inuri pt ca nu am facut check in cu 3 ore inainte de zbor deoarece aplicatia nu a mers. Am platit pt ca serviciile voastre nu merg si sunt proaste. Cei care călătoresc alături de oameni cu probleme, viitoare mămici, etc så fie cît se poate de înțelegători și comunicativi! Niciodată nu știi unde te duce viața!

O mică parte din călători ar putea încerca så fie mai ascultători și disciplinați. Nu îi costă nimic și nici nu este imposibil!

I fly on the regular basis, first time I have to pay with poor wizz air!! If I know that - I will use Heathrow airport and British Airways for my flight to Riga! "Cheap flights " with wizz air : ticket -£73.00 + check-in £31.50 + coach to Luton £13.00 + coach from Stansted £13.00 + VERY POOR SERVICE! !!! NEVER EVER !!! My last time! !!! I will say to ALL my friends and posted in Facebook, Twitter and Instagramm! !! It's - ROBBERY!!!!!"
Pro: "Nice clean plane, friendly airline staff (as friendly as they get, we all know how they have that teflon attitude), OK food, I sat between 2 Bulgarian passengers which were very well behaved, one screaming baby nearby (as there always is) and no-one playing football with the back of my seat all the flight (you know who you are - hope someone does it to you), and no-one fidgeting all flight so all in all a good experience."
Contra: "Bit slow in opening the gate for people to get on. They expect to cram you like sardines on a hot staircase with no where to go when there is other people being checked in to board behind you, really stupid and possibly sadistic."
Pro: "The ground crew in Varna were a thousand times better than Luton. Excellent flight and service...even with an hour delay."

Totul bun.

Cheap price ticket and understandable that they charge extra for everything including choosing seats but for 99.5% of all other airlines that default to assigning you a free seat if you don’t pay… they always seat you with you together if you’re a pair. Ryanair literally played musical chairs with everyone. Everyone was spending time moving around and asking if people were willing to switch so they could sit next to their friend. Wow way to make a point that you must pay or else.

Pro: "Nothing"
Contra: "Ryanair announced that we could postpone the flights without any cost due to corona virus and when I tried to reach them/to change the flight date the change tax was still there."
Pro: "Affordability"
Contra: "Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked."

Contra: "The passport check at Marseille is so poorly managed that they made nearly every passenger late and an elderly woman was humiliated as she had to climb under barriers. The response from the Ryanair representative? “You’re flying low-cost. What do you expect?”"

Pro: "Good flight with no turbulence. Checked luggage came out fast."
Contra: "They never gave me a printed boarding pass when I checked in and then once boarding the actual plane outside of WiFi range they made a big deal about not being able to show them a boarding pass. I had already shown two people before. If they needed to see it before boarding the plane then they should mandatorily give you a printed pass."
Pro: "Well heck it’s cheap at least. Make sure you pay for upgrades."
Contra: "You get nickelled and dimed for everything. Seats are cramped. Lots of drunk people. Miserable staff."

Contra: "Payed extra for priority boarding to keep our hand luggage with us, seemed a bit chaotic, sure it was just anyone walking on with their cases. Didn't really understand any announcements by cabin crew in the not so good broken English, they speak."
Pro: "The price was right but they sock it to you if your bag is over size or weight."
Contra: "You are only allowed to bring a small personal bag on board then check your carry on bag . The plane is old and used. They took forever to unload the bags and put them on the carousel."
Pro: "No quest when we boarded. Hand luggage was allowed inside the cabin and not placed in the hold as has been on the last few trips."
Contra: "the quality of the announcements is poor. The staffs accents are so heavy that the announcements cannot be heard and or understood."

Contra: "This flight was over one hour delayed, waiting in line to board with no information, after landing we took a long tour of the Frankfurt airport, meaning between landing and getting out of the plane was about 1 hour again and when I picked up my suitcase it was all broken! So not a good experience at all!"

Contra: "The price of the flight. I normally am able to secure a return flight for about 100 euros. This time I got a quote for 300 plus for a return flight. Going through an affiliated site helped me to get a slight reduction on the flight. I find it odd that on a Thursday or a Tuesday the cost can be 12.99 pound either way and yet on a weekend this goes up to a silly amount. The flight is still the same. I am still going to the same place. Having to book three months in advance to avail of a cheaper ticket is of no use to me. The girl checking us in on the outward journey had her back to us the entire time when making an announcement for boarding. She looked like she was sucking sour sweets. No friendliness about her at all. Passengers using overhead spaces different to where they are sitting. That's really irritating."
Pro: "I was able to take my guitar as hand luggage, which is very important. Even though guitars exceed the hand baggage limits, many professionals need to be able to carry on their instruments. Priority boarding is essential."

Pro: "Lots of legroom. The crew was very nice and friendly."
Contra: "The plane was late and boarding was delayed by an hour and a half which caused us to pay a late check in at our hotel. Boarding was not an easy, seamless process. They made me put my backpack up top, but at least it gave me lots of legroom. Having a mandatory check in several hours before your flight to avoid a fee for "normal" check-in seems not customer friendly."
Pro: "Boarding and deboarding were both a little hectic. Crew was pleasant and spoke both english and Italian."
Contra: "The cabin seems cramped, and seats not comfortable. My knees were hitting the seat in front of me, and I'm only 6'. Luckily my flight was only 1.5 hours."
Contra: "The airline charged me twice for my violin. I had already paid for my instrument when I did online check in. And I had to buy another seat for my instrument at the gate. The way I was treated by the staff was so impolite as well."

I assume it's because we had US Passports, while the others were local travelers. Warning: you will pay low ticket prices, but they will burn you on added fees. Consider all hidden fees when comparing prices."

Contra: "hassled us at every turn. charged us a fee of 135 pounds to board flight saying we weren't there within two hours of check in when indeed we arrived 2:30 minutes before flight and waiting for check in took over 45 minutes. on board staff were even more rude after their card machine broke during our transaction. We didnt have cash on us and simply thought the card with available funds on it would suffice during our travels. However we were held on the plane after arriving in milan and accosted by ryan air officials threatening to sue us because THEIR card machine broke and we didnt have cash. Then they had us escorted out of gate to the atm were we got them cash. the whole entire process was a night mare. NEVER AGAIN"
Contra: "Big unadvertised feea. You end up paying much more in the end & feel like you're trapped in a scam after you bought the tickets. See examples: - to print out your boarding pass at the airport -to check EVEN ONE bag -to get a cup of water - multiple small inconveniences & lack of service on every front, even compared to other stripped down no frills carriers Delays! Cheap seats with an ad for food purchase plastered on the back seat in front of you. Repeated attempts to sell extras - food, drinks, jewelry, perfume up & down aisles by embarrassed flight attendants Bad service & total disrespect for & misunderstanding of their customer and even their own employees. It's unbelievable. Skip this airline!"
