The food was very good, , The two meals that comes with one's Ticket still also comes with complimentary beverage service .... and even a warm moist towel is offered towards the end of the flight ... not bad for a seat in coach ...."

Pro: "The most difficult problem I have to deal with in airline transportation occurs when the fellow traveler in the seat in front of me decides to drop their seat back into my lap. The seats are so close together that when the seat in front of you is all the way back the following happens: 1. You can no longer view the monitor on the seat back. 2. You cannot eat or write from your tray top. 3. You have great difficulty getting out of your seat. 4. You have great difficulty keeping from severely injuring the occupant of that seat. The way to deal with this is to get out of your seat. Stand in front of the offending passenger and as politely as you can as him or her to refrain from dropping the seat back so far. But the airline should not put you in this situation."

Pro: "Not anything to rave about. The in-flight entertainment was bland - fortunately the flight was only 2 hours. There were various TV screens that could be seen, but no way to listen. In this case it wasn't a loss because I noticed that they were showing cartoons, even though there were no children on board. The snack was a simple sandwich, a little smaller than the size of a hotdog bun. Supposedly it was an artesian Swiss sandwich, but I think they could have done better. Overall, I'm happy with Swiss Air, and would definitely fly with them again."

We were later diverted for a person on the flight who had health issues all the way back to Canada when we were practically over Ireland. We flew back I believe an hour and a half back only to not have proper fuel equipment which took fueling forever and caused our crew to go past their duty day which made use get diverted again to Iceland for a new crew and even more gas. We were held on the plane for a total of 8 additional hours! We were never allowed to get off the plane, we were given very minimal food and drink the additional 8 hours, and when my girlfriend asked what was going on your information person in Copenhagen said they had no idea what was going on with my Flight and had no idea where it was."

We were not accommodated with hotel vouchers or provided with alternative travel options to our final destinations and missed flights. SAS did not cancel the flight after the first 4-hours of delay which is illegal by EU Standards. None of us were able to leave the airport as we were not told any information about potential flight departure times and it would have been $2000 to re-book with a different airline. No answers were given by SAS over the phone and their staff seemed unaware of any problems."

Contra: "SAS has one of the worst boarding procedures and not enforcing it. Flight was delayed an I almost lost my connection in CPH. and it has the narrowest legroom of all Star alliance flights. my flight from stockholm was delayed and there was a massive queue at border control and no SAS or CPH airport staff to organise to get PAX through faster so they dont miss their connection I had to fight my way through the queue otherwise I would have lost my connection"
Contra: "No one from the flight crew gave us the border card. We waited in the border line only to be told once we reached the front that we needed to leave the line to fill one out. No guest on the Oslo to Edinburgh flight was given one."

Had to stay in the airport over 11 hours due to this delay and had already had a 16 hour layover from the day before. I realize that unexpected delays may occur, particularly in cases where passenger safety is in question, but delays of more than 5 hours cause major inconvenience and I felt stuck in the airport with my bags and having checked out of my hotel room already. Just compensating for lunch is not enough. In the future a partial reimbursement for the flight, access to the priority lounge or a more comfortable facility such as a hotel would provide the passengers with compensation proportional to the inconvenience."

Contra: "They wanted to charge us for two small carry one weighing 12.5 kilos each since we had not maked on purchase time that we had luggage to check in. Some $ 75 each. I do not remember online purchase page having any section to make down the luggage at the time of purchase. On the flight we were in hot plane for 1/2 hour with no air conditioning dehydrated only to find out that our dring water allowance was 2/3 of a small plastics cup. Yes, believe it. It is the truth. They will refil hot tea once or twice but no cold water. One much purchase if they like which was not so cheap. Attendant said they have limited cold drinking water allowance on board for reason. I am thinking , I guess , it would have made the plane weighed too much. Stingy airline like the others in Europe such as AirBerlin. I get the feeling that Americans are at this disadvantage and not swedes since we saw many other passengers carying carryon the same size as us."
Pro: "From Toronto to Warsaw we flew with Air Belgium even though we paid a ticket for Polish Airlines and everything was horrible. We waited an hour without any explanation before boarding and another hour and half after boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and there was no leg room. Flight from Warsaw to Belgrade was a lot better, however 2 out of my 3 luggages were lost. Crew on both flights were lovely."

Pro: "The flight was good. Budapest is an easy enough airport to deal with though why LOT only has one desk available at check in for economy passengers is questionable. The second desk for important passengers did become available when there was no one in line there, but still. Flight crew, staff were all helpful and approachable. Captain gave passengers relevant information and cabin crew did the same. The Flight was problem free no turbulence no delays just well run and well organized."

Contra: "The meal service is a bit inconvenient. First round, they sell food. Second round, they give out complementary drinks (tea, coffee, water, no juice or soft drink). Third round, they give out a complimentary snack. It takes ages (more than half way through the flight) for free snack to come around! I would rather eat my bar before getting my drink. If you could reverse the order I think it would work better. That is, give out the free snack, then the free drink, and then lastly sell drinks and snacks to those still hungry."

There were at least four other LOT employees standing around who could have pitched in. I had a window seat with a large man next to me who overflowed into my space making it uncomfortable to just sit. I couldn't even cut my meat without bumping him. Because LOT upgraded random people before the flight, I would suggest they wait until they board and see who doesn't fit in the tight space and move those people."

Contra: "Checking in online was a nightmare as the site kept freezing, there was a mix up with my priority and cabin baggage, I was told by the webchat team that this had gone through but not on my boarding pass, when I got the the airport the Ryanair staff were extremely rude to us, they sent us to the back of the queue I front of everyone and then told us we would have to pay to take our bags with us, they then had to be out on the hold. When we got back to Birmingham we then had to sit on the plane for around 15 minutes as there was not a slot for us. I spent hours of my 2 day break trying to sort check ins etc, I would never fly with Ryanair again."
Pro: "Quick and on time"
Contra: "Rubbish carry on policy and constant sales"
Contra: "it was announce a delay of 1h which in the end it was 3hours without any further announcements... they offer vouchers for drinks and food but they did not announce accordingly, I found out only when I was boarding..."
Contra: "Unfortunately, I fell asleep the minute the flight took off and I woke up after the plane landed, so I didn’t get to experience anything in-flight. It will be nice if you get onboard WiFi in the future though"
Contra: "There was only 1 polite cabin crew member. People were shouting and walking all around the plane through out the flight and the cabin crew did nothing to stop this. It made the early morning flight impossible to doze off on."

Contra: "Bought the 2 bag priority but they forced us to check one of the bags any way (on the way back we were able to bring bag on flight so it was nothing to do with size of the wheels as they suggested) - staff was unfriendly. Seats were dirty. Had to pay extra for checking in early to my return flight since I am not EU/EEA citizen and can't use mobile app and wouldn't have a chance to print my return boarding pass - and although according to the plane plan I chose a window seat my seat had now window. Never again."

Contra: "The flight was already late when we boarded. Even so, everyone on the plane was switching places between themselves causing additional chaos, with the flight attendants’ approval."

Contra: "When I got to the airport they made my family pay 200 Euros for not checking in online! This is basically robbery, since I had no choice but paying it without ruining the trip of a lifetime. I've never encountered such a fee from any other airline. It's true that they sent an email warning a couple days before, but I was already traveling, so didn't check my email very carefully. I chose Ryanair in order to save money, despite their planes being less comfortable (seats don't lean back at all) and I don't mind too much having to walk onto the runway in order to board the plane. I very careful to to exceed their very strict carry-on weight limits. But in the end it still wound up being the most expensive and frustrating option."
Pro: "We got to our destination on time."
Contra: "The fees and policies are ridiculous! Pay to print a boarding pass, pass for bags, pay for each thing in a different line. In order to do this, get to the airport 5 hours early, or you will miss your flight!"

Pro: "For any of those who hadn't realized, ryanair has changed: gone are the annoying squeezing of one bag into another at the gate, gone are the battleaxes who used to humiliate you...now it is ine of the most pleasant services...love the fact that you can take an extra small bag on board, & the flight attendants seem to always be super nice now...& all that at prices which enable me to travel frequently. Well done ryanair!"

Pro: "The attention when checking in in the counter was great. Also at the gate. The gate had no services other than bathrooms. The plane was confortable and the flight was uneventful. they offered food in the plane but I fall sleep and could not buy it on time."
Contra: "you can not buy food or drinks close to the gate and you do not know that when is your first flight with them. We had to walk a lot when we checked in and when we arrived. You have to be prepared for than and not carry heavy stuff."

Contra: "the airplane had a technical issue (they told us it had a flat tire during landing) but they didn't manage to change the wheel and we had more than 4 hours delay. We had to wait for another plane to land in Timisoara (from London) and they scheduled that plane to take us to Bucharest. They should be honest from the beginning instead of telling a lot of lies - it may avoid a lot of conflicts between passengers and crew."

Contra: "Me and my colleague were obligated to pay a 45,00 euro fee per person for not doing the check in online. This was our first and last time flying with Ryanair. I was in vacation for the last week before the flight and did not have any internet/mobile access (no internet and no mobiles for vacation). At the check in the operator told us to pay a 45,00 euro fee for not doing the check in online. I appologize but no more Ryanair for me and all of family, friends and acquaintances."
