Lebanon is known for its superb services in its hotels and restaurants, however, this is not reflected on its airlines services which is below average. Here are some of what the MEA need to do: 1. Allow ticketed travelers to evaluate MEA’s staff performance during their checking in process and on-board services, 2. Facilitate fast track lane at passport control rather than making business travelers wait sometimes 50 minutes to leave or come through passport control 3. Work with passport control management to improve the communication skill of passport control staff who mostly behave as if they are doing the travelers a favor for processing their passport immigration services. If tourism is important to Lebanon the above points need to be addressed. Hope these notes will help."

The launch menu was to choose between chicken and fish , we chose chicken but were surprised that no more chicken is available .. because we were sitting nearly on the last seats .. so they were out of chicken , being allergic to sea food we missed our launch.."

I had to pay 23 extra US Dollars for every Kg, summing up to $160 for 7 Kgs!! Those additional belongings were crucial and important to carry, it very well understood that a certain capacity is only allowed onboard, yet being considerate and understanding in terms of customers' needs and priorities is as equally critical and important. I think the way the airline approaches the "Extra Weight" issue needs to be revisited, keeping in mind both sides' interests and concerns."

International gates are usually closer than that. On the flight: 1. The armrests pull up, which is great if you're traveling with family or a significant other. But, in my case, it was an overweight and obese lady, who didn't fit in her seat and just slipped into half of mine. I was stuck with half a seat with her arm bumping mine for a 12-hour flight. I landed with a bruised arm. It was a round trip flight. When I had submitted a complaint, Lufthansa refunded me a 100$, which is nice of them, but I think they should have upgraded me for my return flight instead to make up for the first flight being uncomfortable. 2. I paid for the internet service and was charged double for it. Again, had to submit a complaint and was refunded the money. Check-in: The online system wouldn't allow me to check in online because my passport wasn't biometric."

Waited in line at the airport, was not in the system, finally a ma smasher figured out our ticket was with Tarpon airline, found that deal and waited in that line. 3. Was told we had to pay for the suitcase.... Hmm. I thought that was one of the reasons we were paying 4 times as much as a RyanAir ticket. 4. On the return fight couldn't check-in online. 5. At the airport we were told to go the Aegean desk. 5. At the Aegean desk we were told we had to pay for the suitcase again, had to cross the airport to do that. 6. Finally found that desk, not called "Aegean" like we were told, but "GlobeGround" 7. Plane was delayed. 8. At the a Athens airport we were told Taron shouldn't have charged us. What's going on here?"
Pro: "plane packed full but staff still managed to look after passengers needs"

Contra: "My flight was cancelled and I wasn't notified. I found out when I tried to check in on line. I could not check in and could not buy an extra piece of luggage. I had to pay extra at the airport. Also at check in the employee made a mistake and charged me twice. Then told me I will get a refound."
Pro: "Flight was canceled and had to stay 3 more nights took boat to Athens. Missed work at home . It cost me over 1000.00 dollars. Reservation was never made by you. I will never use kayak again. Being a senior I became very stressed in a strange country"

Pro: "Comfortable airplane, excellent food, great service. No in-flight entertainment but I didn't expect entertainment on a regional flight. Overall this was a great travel experience. It's easy to see why Aegean Airlines is a top rated carrier!"

Even airline representative wasn't able to find any mention about no checked in luggage. Ticket price was twice more expensive than the lowcost ones. For me it felt like a scam. Especially they had very few passengers and it seems they're doing this intentionally"
Pro: "Nothing!!! I wait for 21 hours in the airport for a 45 minutes flight!!!!!!!!!"
Contra: "We lost a day and all the expenses such as tours, hotels, etc. that we payed before and nothing was covered by the airline, we were just offered to get our money back from the flight but they never gave us a solution. Some of the people in AEGEAN airlines were extremely rude and had no empathy for us, it was an awful day!!! because we had no sleep cause we where there at 2 am in the morning cause the flight was at 5:15 and we did that because we wanted to be for the whole day in santorini so you can imagine how frustrating and upset we were, they just gave us a snak for 6.50 Euro and 10 hours later We literalaly had to figth for our Food, We will apriciate if youu can do something about it or get us a refound, we where 3 people: ana Marrufo, Estefani Escoffie and pamela Ramayo"

Thumbs up for KLM crew, planes and Schiphol Airport, though short on staff and a little late everything went smooth, including the flight.

My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"
Pro: "Decent meal (warm Pasta all'arrabbiata), nice little muffin for dessert and standard drinks (coffee & tea were a bonus, as they didn't serve any on a similar flight, from Barcelona to Amsterdam), friendly cabin crew."
Contra: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."
Pro: "The aircraft felt clean and quite spacious (decent legroom). Cabin crew was friendly and everything went as expected. Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Contra: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Contra: "It was rainy and necessary to walk outside to access the plane; the staff should give their customers a heads-up so that jackets can be donned. Additionally, the check-in queue seemed rather sluggish."

Contra: "We had booked business on our flight to Milan, and it was extremely disappointing that on this sector they put us on the last seat in the back of the plane. There were plent of seats on this flight that had extended legroom. A bit of a mystery, why Westjet elected to put usin the last seats on the plane?"
Contra: "Fewer entertainment options than the delta flight. I got excited with that first flight."
Pro: "KLM Is an impressive flying experience. We enjoyed the comfortable seats, the in-flight entertainment, and the food. The flight attendants are top notch as well."
Contra: "The only complaint I have regarding my most recent flight was the incredibly rude service staff whom we experienced at the front counter at check-in. After a harrowing cab ride to the airport in which our driver continuously ignored my request to follow the GPS insisting that he knew faster shortcuts, we arrived 40 minutes later than intended. Additionally he dropped us off at the wrong terminal such that we finally arrived at the KLM gate an hour later than we had planned. This was especially frustrating as we are traveling with two small children and made every effort to be punctual and leave early to be sure we got there with time to spare. Not the case today. All of that I could deal with, but when we arrived at the KLM counter, and I apologized to the attendant staff member that we were late and explained that our cab driver got lost, she responded by chastising us first in Spanish and then in broken English. She made sure to make it clear to us that it was our fault and we should not blame the Argentinian cabdriver. The cabdriver was not actually Argentinian, but that is totally besides the point. I was totally taken aback to be treated so rudely as a greeting at the airline counter. My wife share the same sentiment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Thank God, every single airport personnel and of course KLM staff member on board was incredibly kind and accommodating of our children subsequent to this. It saved what otherwise could've been a terrible experience."
