I’m not sure why I was only allowed one suitcase per passenger on the way to Karachi Pakistan. On the way back they allowed me to have two suitcase per passenger. This cause me a lot of issues because I was planning to take some valuables for my parents and I was not able to because I was only allowed one suitcase per person. They should allow tooth suitcase on each way. Also I have to purchase suitcase in a different country than my original destination

Turkish Airline airconditioning is very poor; however, I have requested them several times to run the airconditioning but it wasn't helping at all. They also take so much time to provide the on-boarding food. I have made reservations for business class and I was expecting a better service but I believe they failed in that.
Too much security checks, front desk or Turkish airlines at Pakistan karachi airport are horrible!!! They will try to rip you off!! Take out money from you!!

FlyDubai staff in general is less courteous and cooperative than emirates. 3. T2 is minimally maintained terminal with even basic amenities missing in some parts of terminal. 4. It also feels less secure."

Contra: "Transfer between flights was on a short timescale and I received several warnings from pegasus about delays at the airport, because of this I purchased a fast track via their site. This was a total waste of money as there was only one Peterson dealing with fast track and long queues, this meant that ordinary queue was dealt with faster."
Contra: "I was delayed in London, and thus missed my subsequent flights to Ankara and to Erbil. Arriving in Istanbul, there was a massive crowd at the transit desk with two Pegasus agents. They spoke little English and did not attempt to create an orderly queue. Instead, they were helping random people. Given that persons on the delayed flight were losing potential time to catch other flights, it was extremely unprofessional and rude to go about managing the issue in this way. I was quite exasperated and was told to calm down by Pegasus officials. Ultimately, I was delayed for one DAY, and forced to flight out the next night at midnight. If Pegasus had been consistent in managing passengers from a delayed flight, I could potentially have gone on to my final destination without a 24 hour delay."
Contra: "It's the worst airline ever, delays (NO EXCUSES), non-comfortable seats, very bad customer experience..."
Pro: "Great team and great pilot everybody to the baggage people were excellent!"
Contra: "I was stopped at both airports for not having my ticket in the system although I checked-in in advance and paid extra for seating; it was very stressful and uncomfortable"
Pro: "I am glad that the Pegasus team changed my flight to Bishkek (after I missed the flight to Almaty because of Pegasus delays from Lviv) but I wish Pegasus had given me the difference in price of flights back on my card."
Contra: "The first leg of my trip (Lviv to Istanbul) was delayed without warning. It made me miss my flight to Almaty and the next flight wasn't for two days. None of the Pegasus crew (on the flight from Lviv) seemed to care that I had a flight very soon after landing, even though I was a female passenger alone. They wouldn't call the gate or look up if my flight to Almaty was delayed once we arrived."
Contra: "the staff at the disk was so bad they charge me for extra weight more than what it should be they try to change the currency from turkish lira to euro then to my country currency just to collect more charge???. also when I paid by my visa card they didn't give me my recipt which mean they did something dicey."
Contra: "The landing was so unstable I was scared to death. The flight was over 1 hour late. The staff's English was not understandable at all even for a native speaker."
Contra: "The flight was delayed and that's normal for them I guess .. worst cabin crew ever."

Contra: "I booked my flight throw kayak.com. After that I got scam emails with my information, book number, direction, and my name asking for more money! Witch mean that our information is not secure ."
Contra: "Flight was delayed over an hour sitting on plane. Flight attendants were rude."
Contra: "After the experience with the Pegasus flight from Kuwait to Istanbul I didn't expect anything hence was not disappointed. Right before the boarding was finished the boarding lady came into the plane looking for me, checking my passport one again and even taking a photo of it (with my consent). She left with no single word of explanation. Once again: this is a joke but definitely it's not customer service."
Pro: "After my entire nightmare the flight attendant gave me a free coffee."
Contra: "I came four hours before my flight, about 4 a.m.. two and a half was spent sending me back and forth because they couldn't agree on what was an appropriate price to charge me for extra baggage. The girl at the baggage counter called Pegasus and they told her the amount. When I got back to the baggage counter, the man there started checking my bags then the supervisor started yelling at me and him, because of a "miscommunication" between the other girl and Pegasus. I heard the other girl explain, and it was no communication. The supervisor as she called herself was extremely rude and short tempered with EVERYONE. Plus, they wanted to charge me 215 dollars for one extra bag. Really? I finally took a few things out and got away with under 90 dollars from the 20 dollars they were going to charge me before. I would have been happy to book with another airline that would have easily come under that price, and I barely got to my gate on time. I booked with Turkish air prior and it was 200 dollars round trip and I was very happy. My bags and food were free. When I got to Turkey to change flights, we had to get off the plane we were on and get on another, and my flight was over two hours delayed. We had to stay at the gate, and so I couldn't buy food at the airport. I would have gotten to Frankfurt at two so the small breakfast I had would have been ok, and now I had to buy food on the plane because I had planned also to meet a friend for dinner outside of Frankfurt before another flight (actually the entire reason I was flying with Pegasus in the first place) and now I wouldn't make it. Can you imagine spending all that money plus a hotel and the entire reason you went is just gone and you have to deal with all of this? So I go to buy food on the plane and I'm told my credit card doesn't work. The funny thing is, previously I checked my bags with the same credit card, and afterwards I rented a car and hotel with the same card. I knew my credit card worked. I made her try it again and nothing. So I just had to live on the small amount of yogurt I had had that morning. There was no apologies or anything for everything we went through except when my credit card wouldn't work the flight attendant gave me some coffee for free. I'm not a complainer and actually travel quite a bit (I've been traveling for 3.5 months straight all over europe and the middle east). This has been the only negative experience I've had. I truly believe that Pegasus does not care about keeping customers. I really feel like I've been treated like dirt, and that I was tricked into booking with them. I've always booked with Kayak and will continue to, but I would reconsider working with Pegasus if I were you. The other discounters like Ryanair are just fine. But this experience made me extremely angry and I will never book with Pegasus again."
