Pro: "More leg room than the International flight. Reported may luggage missing...the rep. was excellent. Too bad I din`t get her name. According to united I will get my luggage tomorrow before noon on June 2nd 2018"
Contra: "Lost my second luggage wishes I paid $60 for it and no one couldn’t help"
Pro: "It was a good flight, no turbulence."
Contra: "The flight was delayed several times by 15 minutes. Not sure why they could not tell us how long the flight would be delayed all at once. They track the flight and know when it will land, don’t they?"
Pro: "They actually checked sizes of some “carryons.” Of course, it’s a cash cow for the carrier. The checkers should get 20% of the fee collected for checking oversized carryons at the gate."
Contra: "There are faster, more efficient ways to load and unload passengers."
Contra: "Entertainment system broken. Plane was old and dirty. Super crowded. Staff was unhelpful and rude at checkin and messed up my reservation."
Contra: "I had very little time to make my connection in Newark. Other airports/airlines have given me a short connection pass which has allowed passengers to make their connection with less stress. The security line inNewsrk was ridiculous. I spoke to a TSA agent who couldn’t have cared less if I missed my flight and a United representative who told me to “just try.” In the end, I had to ask other passengers if I could go ahead of them. While I made my flight with a few minutes to spare, the process could have been much easier and the United Rep could have done more. He could have just called the gate at the very least to let them know I was coming. Apathy is not an indication of good customer service."
Contra: "Delayed Swiss flight 8 tue 12 dec 2017 led to catastrophe"

Pro: "Having a direct flight across the country was a good thing. That was about the only positive, well that & we did land safely."
Contra: "Ticket agent said I could take my bag on the plane. Gate agent told me my bag not I were going on the plane unless I paid $50 to put the bag below if I wanted to get in the plane. Very matter of fact & rude. I was just about the last person they let board so there really wasn't a chance to discuss with them. No WiFi on a cross country plane, lame. No access to the headrest video screen w/o paying for it, lame. Snotty unconcerned flight attendants as well. Overall one of the worst flights I've had in memory. I would pay more next time to fly another airline."
Pro: "I had no problems the gate agent was very nice and I did get the basic economy which that only did I have to pay for my bags but I also got the last seat in the back in the corner which is OK I guess I’ll pay more attention to the fair I still probably saved a little money but I don’t know that I save that much I think that sometimes the boarding agent needs to pay attention to the carry-on luggage for sure bring a lot carry-on luggage which doesn’t allow for others to have carry-on luggage who were in the later groups and then they get penalized with their bags being checked as there’s no more room and they’re not basic economy but other than that I like taking United they have nonstop service between Orlando in Houston and it’s been a wonderful experience most of the time and I think the airlines do a pretty good job considering the traveling public themselves to be very challenging at times professionalism and courtesy works both ways and unfortunately people buy tickets and think that it’s a one-way street. they then run to the media who loves to make it about the big guy versus the little guy anyway good job united and I will continue to fly you when you’re the most appropriate carrier to get me to where I want to be."
Contra: "Nothing I just need to pay more attention to my ticket purchase I didn’t realize it was a basic economy until after I bought it which meant I had to pay for my bags which added $50 to my fair which wasn’t that big a deal but then I got a seat all the way the back in the corner which really wasn’t that bad either but if I went to Carrynon a bag I was allowed to do so"

Airline claimed we bought the basic ticket which doesn't allow you a seat choice, or boarding passes without a checked bag and there was no mention of this basic ticket upon the purchase. Then after you take off they explain you need the United app to watch their entertainment, but you can't download it without purchasing a $24. WiFi. They charge higher prices but act like a discount airline. My last trip with them."
Pro: "Friendly staff. Flight was on time for departure and arrived 5 minutes early."

Contra: "I did not like how my boarding pass for a ticket I had paid for long in advance had a 'see us' note about my seating. The counter attendent waltzed in after boarding had already started and treated the issue like it was a joke. I ended up seated in between two hot messes of people which made the flight seriously uncomfortable, there were no other options supposedly for me. There weren't even options for me to pay the outrageous pick a seat option when I was doing my preflight check in 24 hours in advance."

Pro: "I liked 2 of the 10 people I asked for help getting my 78 year old mother to our gate and making the flight"
Contra: "I felt it Ridiculous that I had to get checked luggage, go out of secure zone and come back through. There was NO interest in helping us make our connection; had one person actually say, "I am sorry, it is United, they could care less". No one was helpful, no one cared, and the experience was horrible"

Contra: "Crew was not particularly friendly. One man was brusque when I asked for water to fill my small bottle. Rare since most crew members I've experienced have been very pleasant. Snacks were pretty paltry. Ned to serve some biscotti."
Contra: "I was thoroughly disappointed when I realized that I had to pay to get any type of entertainment on the in-flight screen. That feels like zero effort on the part of the airline to make my flight enjoyable."
Contra: "After United made me miss my connecting flight, I got an alternate flight to a different airport, but not apology, no offer to upgrade, nothing. Already frustrated, and with my knees hitting the seat in front of me because the seats are too close together, a flight attendant scolded me when I dared put my leg in the aisle (which I often do on other airlines without incident). Once on the ground, I went straight to United's baggage office to see if my bag had followed me, and encountered two of the rudest people, cutting me off whenever I said anything more than they needed to enter into their computer. If your job is in customer service, be friendly, apologize when things go wrong, understand that your customers are your reason for being in business, and be helpful."
Pro: "Everything thing from checking in to landing was great. Had to change flight due to bad weather conditions and Lynn was extremely helpful."
Contra: "The carry-on luggage has gotten out of control. More and more people and bringing carrying to avoid the baggage fee.. just incrude in price of ticket.. it slows down the process at TSA, boarding amd getting off the plane.."

Contra: "We were delayed over 3 hours. I don't think I've ever flown with United and not been delayed. Plus they never offered us food on the flight, only whatever was complimentary. Just not a great experience."

Contra: "The flight was delayed almost 2 hours. Then the guy on the front desk was really rude .. Maybe because I'm Latino? I mean he was super friendly with a white guy and a African American girl .. But with me .. Rudeness and bad service .. I said "hello , how are you?".. He didn't answer .. I told him when I did my checkin my boarding pass had "See agent" in the seating section .. He just took the ticket and gave me the last sit available on the plain even though I arrived almost 3 hours before the original departing hour .. I don't know .. It might be the only available sit or it was just a racist thing .. Who knows .. Really disappointed with United. I'll go back with Ameican Airlines."
Contra: "Kayak failed to alert me that MCO has an A & B bagge pickup areas and did not indicate which area I would find my luggage."

Didn't think the staff were friendly or helpful at all. Wouldn't recommend this airline to my friends because of those reasons. Need more improvements."
