The monitor I was watching was about 14 cm from my face. I never put my seat back, but I sure as hell will now. This flight was over seven hours, that is to long to be contorted."

The food was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised that I could have wine with dinner or any time the attendants offered beveragess. The attendants were always professional and helpful. They all were fluent in English as well as several other languages. It was a nice touch when the attendant wore white gloves when he or she was collecting passengers' trash after meals and/or beverage service. I loved the cheese that was served at dinner. The warm croissants served at breakfast were a very nice touch."

Didn’t like hour delay for paperwork but pilots informed us we made up much time & would be only 20 min late

would have preferred to have healthier/gluten free options for the snacks. We asked and were told that cookies or gold fish were the only options.

Overbooked flight led to a 30 minute delayed departure trying to get 3 volunteers to accept $1000 vouchers and a next day flight. This was an older configured aircraft without charging ports and with headphone plugs in the armrests. Bathrooms were tinier than most. Crew was friendly. Food was limited to a small snack bag and a mini cola.

First class and crew checked on me once to distribute food but never came back to collect garbage. Found myself getting up to throw away trash because they collected it from everyone around me. Also never came back to ask if I wanted a refill on my drink or if I was content; I was watching a movie so I was awake.

I've flown quite a bit over the last 15 years. One of the things that is getting out of hand is the way planes are boarded. Something has to change with everyone standing around the gate waiting for their group to be called to board. Not only that, but I see people who are not in a specific group attempt to get on the plane when it's not their turn and get on anyway. I think the plane needs to be boarded from the back of the plane to the front AND some of these bags people are taking don't fit and it takes up valuable overhead space. What I love about Delta is their crew is very professional and nice in which to work. What I found upsetting about this flight is I used some of the Skymiles to purchase ComfortPlus seats. ComfortPlus was called, we got on the plane and found we were not in ComfortPlus. Very upsetting when you're looking for that extra few inches of leg room.

There were some delays due to weather but Delta was able to get me home within an hour of my original itinerary.

When I checked in at Cork the ground staff could only give me a boarding card for the first flight. For the second one she said I would have to go to the Delta counter in Amsterdam. It was difficult to find a counter there or staff as check-in was all by computer. The computer kept saying 'error' when I put in my code. I eventually was directed to a KLM desk (nicely hidden). I was told that my seat no longer existed. At this point the flight was ready to board. Thankfully the KLM ground staff were extremely helpful and reassuring and upgraded my ticket to economy comfort. On the way back, I could only get a boarding card for my first flight. The second two I had to collect at the boarding gate of the second flight."

I will never book kayak again, it looks everything was fine, but when I got to the airport the informed they inform me that I have a reservation but not a ticket. I try to contact kayak never can go through anyone after over 1 hour of trying we discovered thar although they took our credit card information. The card was never charged and we have to buy a whole new ticket.

The flight was delayed by 4 hours, we lost all our connection flights and what started as a 17 hour trip turned into 28 hour trip

From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."

Unfortunately we missed the connection for the flight to Newark, which we were expressly told would be held for us... they shut the door 30 seconds before we arrived, with the plane still at the gate. Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."

We arrived early, then sat on the runway for almost an hr. I then missed my connecting flight.

Contra: "My only gripe is that paying for an assigned seat is only allowed 48 hours before takeoff and costs at least $30, twice what Spirit charges to allow you to select a seat during booking, so it is worse. No one watched us to ensure that we didn’t use the overhead bins (a stipulation of the fare) but we did comply anyway. We chose to take our chances and were assigned seats at the gate 16 rows apart and both in the middle seat."
Pro: "I liked the way the AA gate supervisor too charge of the problem and solved it, with great deal of personal imvolvement and follow up. Also check-in crew was very much the best. I would say that AA showed the best of passages care to me. Truly outstanding."
Contra: "Because of a mixup, though not of AA doing, I was literally forgotten at the gate. However, AA personnel showed the very best of can-do attitude and got me home for Thanksgiving. I am very proud of everyone working at AA at the TPA airport."

Pro: "Tiny airplane but single flght crew managed my and from what I could see fellow passengers needs commendably. Whilst I didn't like needing to hand in my carry on (without much warning so I didn't have time to pull out a magazine to read) on the plus side it was stored well as my suit carrier came out unscathed and you get your bags curb side as soon as the plane lands so you don't have to wait for the rest of the bags to unload."
Contra: "Because the airplane is so small there is not much room to move in the aisle (thankfully most people just sat down for the short flight), also you have to hand in your carry on baggage so that it is stored with the main bags."
Contra: "Horrible experience in the ground system, they charged me $240 for my bags and the staff are really confused."

Pro: "I flew first class. Philadelphia airport is horrendous. I chose to fly first class to avoid lines and make flying by my lonesome go more smoothly. There are no special lines for first class there are absolutely no perks to flying first class out of Philly. The first class flight attendant was rude. They ran out of hot food by the time they got to me so I was served yogurt ... I don't eat yogurt. I waited 40 minutes for my luggage to arrive at baggage claim. The flight to Philadelphia from Tampa was a good experience. They had first class lines. The airport was cleaner. The flight attendant Steve, was kind and professional. I was served a hot lunch. I'm a diabetic and when my blood sugar went low he got me orange juice quickly. I waited maybe 10 minutes for luggage at baggage claim. However with the horrific experience in Philadlephia I may never fly American again. Definitely will never fly out of Philadelphia again. I was told by the woman who I sat next to on the way home that she hates American and usually flys Delta for her business trips."
