Gate agents in Istanbul had a very confusing set-up to get on plane. Gate agents not empowered to help passengers with all issues that arise. We left item at gate in Catania, & gate agent unable to offer any help or detailed guidance to help us work to get it back."
24 hour delay due to a crew member arriving 1.5 h late. People clapped for this? Obscene. Will never fly delta again. A simple error could have been resolved by holding connecting flights for 15 minutes. But no, not enough passengers to cross the 8-10 person threshold. Lost $800 due to this malfeasance. Never flying delta again.
Thumbs up for KLM crew, planes and Schiphol Airport, though short on staff and a little late everything went smooth, including the flight.
Overall a pleasant flight.

Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.
Travelling from Nigeria was a nightmare. Those thugs at the airport gave my husband and i hell because we had our boarding passes on our phone. We had to keep bribing and begging them to let us through. It is the worse travel experience I’ve ever ever had in my entire life. And I travel a lot

Waited in shuttle for 45 minutes before being taken to plane. My air conditioner fan for my seat was completely broken but had to pay for that seat as well. Avoid at all costs. Worst airplane very old and run down. Also the staff for Vienna airport is who you have to go to to pay fees for luggage and THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. Would avoid this airline at all costs."

Pro: "Short flight so the lack of enterntainmet was not a problem. Clean airplane, tidy and very friendly staff. Food and drinks very fine compared to duration of the flight. Deparure on time, same with arrival."
Contra: "As I said this flight was on time, but the previous, CDG - BEG was delayed one hour."
Pro: "Attentive crew, decent business class amenities, food was hit and miss. The selection of domestic wines and spirits was okay."
Contra: "The incoming flight was delayed until next day, with no effort on behalf of Air Serbia to communicate this. No space left for reproach, no effort of any kind of compensation. Once on board, the staff were great and did their best to accommodate this business traveller. The return flight was standard on terms of food and service, nothing special, nothing bad. The checking was another story, with lots of confusion and missed opportunities to make a difference. Mixed bag, overall."
Pro: "Flight crew are nice, reasonable service during flight"
Contra: "The flight was delayed at Rome, so the stop at Belgrade was short. Luggage did not arrive with the flight, only after two days they arrived to the destination. After two days the luggage arrived dirty and a bag of "Sephora" cosmetic company missing from one of the suitcase."
Contra: "The cabin temperature was too warm and we had to keep asking for water to stay hydrated. Not enough drinks were offered. It was a long, uncomfortable flight."
Pro: "Love the cabin crew and their professionalism. Excellent presentation and delivery. Captain and first officer were excellent. Professional, friendly and great skills. Great take-off and landing in the ATR 72."
Pro: "All good."
Contra: "They woke me up for a meal. My bad to forget earplugs or ask for some."
Pro: "It was a good flight over all, the service was non-stop"
Contra: "At JFK our pre booked seats were changed , and I had them changed back, there was some BS excuse for that I was questioning a flight attendant as to why the plum brandy wasn't on the menu,(national drink) I was told to fly first class the next time The flight back from Belgrade to JFK. I was told by the same flight attendant (Ana) that I was holding up the line, I was trying to put the carry on luggage over the seats. There was a 40 min delay in landing, the bathrooms were locked, once again the same flight attendant made a big deal of this, that I have to make it quick. The signs for the 1st class , bathroom should not be visible from the economy class seats because it confuses passengers, in the economy class, some of the passengers were sent back and not allowed to use the bathroom."
Pro: "Air Serbia has a great service and tasty menu"
Pro: "New interiors and uniforms for stuff , even the stuff is super smiley"
Contra: "Nothing , everything was just wright"
Pro: "Service was great on both legs of the trip"

Contra: "Checking in was quite annoying because BA canceled our return and over the phone but we still had to transfer all our information upon checking. Boarding rather chaotic. Random searches were not organized. Seats were okay. Food just edible. Mostly the staff was polite and there was one attendant in coach who was very pleasant. Shoulder length blonde hair, she was genuine and cheerful. It was an okay flight, but my experience was more comfortable and the feeling of being dealt with as a person was more evident on my flight to London w BA. I appreciate that the flight went well but American Airlines still has a long way to go in customer genuine service and experience."
Contra: "Was excellent"
Contra: "This was not a low cost flight such as Ryan Air, etc. I expect British Airways to provide at least complimentary water, which they did not! Come on! For $240 per ticket you could at least offer a free glass of water and a pack of peanuts."
Contra: "Delays in the food service occurred because the credit card machine stopped working. Rather than stop the purchase food options they continued which meant they could only reach row 16 by the time our flight began its descent. Since were in row 19, we were not offered any food or water, during lunch."
Pro: "Boarding and the flight itself were uneventful. Departure slightly early and arrival consequently early too."
Contra: "Paying for simple tea or coffee? I know a profit needs to be made but come on! I was missed completely by the cabin service the first time, and had to ask for tea on the second. I don’t know when they started charging for tea, but it was unwelcome, cool, and not particularly refreshing. I expect better of BA."
Pro: "Not much - inflated BA fare for mediocre offering; definitely not business class when compared to proper premium airlines."
Contra: "Cramped seats. Poor food. Disorganized boarding more soon to low cost budget carriers. Which is what BA competes against now, albeit for premium prices."

Contra: "Forced to check carry on bag upon checking into gate despite being among first to arrive and having proper size. Then saw many with larger bags enter after us. There was room in the overhead bins. Frustrated that no reason was provided for mandatory checking of baggage, especially when having alliance priority status."
Contra: "Decent seat comfort. 2hr fly. Great Alp scenery."
Pro: "Easy to board promptly"
Contra: "This is by far the worst business class experience ever. Really bad. Never seen business seat so tight. 2x4x2 configuration in business is just not acceptable."
Contra: "BA 884 and BA 885 (a 3 hours flight!) had no water , coffee and food at all !!! PLEASE HELP US !!!"
Pro: "Boarding was swift and timely, seats ok"
Contra: "There was an engine problem and they told us while we were taxiing. Went back for more check nd fierce several trials they had to repair the problem. This cause a delay of two hour during which we had to sit in the plane and no drinks or snacks of any kind were offered. But what’s worse there were vague, confused and misleading information given both by the captain and the crew regarding the connecting flights. As matter of fact, although I arrived with a two hour delay and had only one hour for my connection, I followed the instructions and run like hell(literally)to the boarding gate. I made it for a few minutes. The personnel was very friendly and helpful and they made all they could to check me on the flight just to find out BA had cancelled my booking even before my arrival to London. I made it home and they apologized but this is not how I expected BA to handle a delay(which I understand can happen)."
Pro: "I liked the plane layout, 2/3/2 across. The stewards were fine given what they have to deal with. I made it back without incident."
Contra: "Seating and service on planes has become so awful that I worry about my safety as an older person. If something happens on a flight like this, where there is no room, stressed stewards and disgruntled passengers, what would happen? If you are tall, there is no room for your legs. Seat my not go back."
Contra: "horrible seating"
Pro: "I loved the side compartment next to my seat in the upper deck of the airbus. This was an amazing airplane to fly in and I hope someday to afford the opportunity to experience First class. The cabin crew was very attentive and our attendant, in particular, was helpful. He made sure that we had our special meal and the whole staff was very attentive."
Contra: "The seats were way too close. I even paid for an upgrade. My legs were get cramped and the width of the seats were awful!"
Pro: "So nice to be able to lie down fir the long distances. The food was quite good for airplane fare."
Contra: "Where do they get these movies? Surely there are good movies that are a few years old they could offer."
Contra: "Food cost was a surprise. No biggie, just glad I brought a snack"
Contra: "British air sold seats on american but couldnt - or wouldnt- allow us to Book our seats ahead and together. We had to wait til boarding day and airport checkin. Shame on them. If theyre going to make money code sharing, then they better deliver!! Then the american flight's ent'mt didnt work nor reading lights. Hopefully you had a fully charged smart phone!"
Contra: "They made me check my bag at the gate even though it met the size requirements. As a result, I missed my connecting flight to Germany and had to purchase an additional flight the next day as well as purchase a hotel room to sleep in that night."
Pro: "Plane captain very informative"

Contra: "A two hour flight and they ran out of time to serve drinks. Maybe if BA reversed their ridiculous decision to charge for drinks, it wouldn't take them so long."

Contra: "Lost luggage - no one cared despite it clearly being lost at check in going down a broken bag shute. Plane was late. BA is losing their upmarket appeal trying to compete with cheaper airlines."
Contra: "A lot of stress: our 1st leg IAD to Dublin was cancelled, than we got 2 set of tickets rebooked. On the way back there was a stress since we had a "problem with the ticket" Apparently the Aer Lingus made all those mistakes."
Pro: "Plenty of leg room"
Contra: "Food Options were limited, Due to extra security in Gatwick with a 1 hr Layover, we were nearly left behind. To finish it off British Airways lost our luggage. I am very disappointed with British Airlines. This is the absolute worst experience flying I have ever had. I do not recommend anyone flying British Airways."
Pro: "The connecting flight got canceled and 24 hours latter we are still in the airport trying to get to our final destination."
Contra: "We rebooked our flight to another flight firvthe following day and that one got canceled too. They have not returned our luggage yet. They said within a week we'll get our luggage. The worst company on the planet. Do not fly them. Our vacation has turned into a nightmare. We had to repurchase tickets with a different company so we can get to our final destination. We don't know if we'll get reimbursed for any portion of this."
