Contra: "You, Kayak, sold me economy tickets. When I checked in online I saw it for the first time that our tickets were Economy Light. So even though we are Frequent Flyers, we payed $220 for three checkin luggages. I intend to dispute this case."

Contra: "I din't like the fact that Lufhtansa company uses double standards for the countries where they have their flights. From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."

Both luggages are missing. -made the complainment, now we are waiting to show up in Romania and to be delivered at home. -went to pick up the rental car, because of the plane delay, they gave our car away. -after trying several companies, we found a car, 3 times more expensive, but we have a car....yeeyy"

On board announcements said Lufthansa would rebook passengers with connecting flights and tell us arrangements as soon as we landed. No sign of Lufthansa reps at arrival gate area and zero directions on where to go. Had to walk miles through Frankfurt airport , go through immigration and security again without any direction one where to find Lufthansa and when finally found Lufthansa service counter it was understaffed with long lines and confusion. By time we learned rebooking, we almost missed rebooked connections. So much for German organizing and efficiency."

That flight is chronically late or canceled. So I felt very lucky, especially after a long flight from Israel. The crew was nice however."
Contra: "I have already indicate that in part. The planes are shabby and the seats are fairly uncomfortable. The good thing about this particular flight is that the person at the gate who organized the boarding, changed my seat to one where there was no one else sitting next to me."

But it took more than 20 minutes while mid way waiting for clearance to leave for the plane. The service bus did not turn on the AC while we waited even though we complained. We were suffocating. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service."

This airline will need to work hard to earn my trust back because i felt physically and emotionally unsafe throughout the experience, many times."

They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."

Contra: "We paid for Business Class from JFK to TLV. The flight to Tel Aviv was in a small plane with 3 across seats that hardly reclined. We are most unhappy and will complain to American Express Platinum Card."

Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly."

Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!"

Contra: "Not being connected to a jet (boarding) bridge, despite the aircraft being parked right in front of the terminal, next to one of these connecting bridges. We had to take the bus circle the terminal for what felt like an unnecessary expense-cutting choice made by Wizzair."

Contra: "You must check in few hours before the flight. Checking in at the airport will cost you 35€. Besides that, the boarding took almost 40min and the seats are not comfy at all. That said, i would rather pay extra $50 and fly with normal company."

Contra: "The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."

Contra: "To find a way to enforce people to only put their baggage in the compartments above their own seats. If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats..."

Contra: "My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet."

When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

They claimed the fee was for checking in in person---and then they also claimed it was too late to check in online. There is no information in my flight confirmation from Flightnetwork.com, which i purchased on kayak, indiciating that such a fee would be charged. Many other passengers had the same experience."

Contra: "So noisy flight. I have never flown before in a such a noisy flight. Totally nightmare! Kids screaming and yelling and parents couldn't handle the situation all passengers were looking. Crew didn't ask if they need any help.."

Contra: "We arrived at a field in Israel with 2 backpacks and did not charge us extra, but on the way back they decided to charge us at the last minute for the same cases we had arrived with. Nothing we said helped and the attitude was cold and hard. The flight was good"

Contra: "Boarding luggage no more that 32 cm, all comune boarding luggage are 34-38, they did on purpose to charge u €40 more on ticket, I saw at List 20 people charged for that."

Pro: "No food or entertainment on this flight,"

Pro: "I use Wizzair very often .flight is always good.Pilots and crew are very well experianced.so if turbulences there is still trust in flight crew .today is very misty and cloudy in London .Very good landing in these bad conditions.i want to Thank all team of the crew."
Contra: "Turbulences.It is sad that wizzair charges very high cost large cabin bags (especially on holidays time is bags different price than other months.)but other companies as Easyjet and ryanair allows one big and one small bag for free on board"

Then the flight attendant continued to swipe my card when it was declining since I had restrictions on it. In which in return had my card shut off. Never will I fly Wizz Air again."

Contra: "Priority check in isn’t really much of a priority since we all end up in the same place at the same time before boarding"

Contra: "Ryanair announced that we could postpone the flights without any cost due to corona virus and when I tried to reach them/to change the flight date the change tax was still there."

Pro: "I went airport for boxing pass they changed 165 £ if some one dnt no"

Contra: "To not wait 10 min outside waiting for the bus to pick-up the passengers."

Contra: "The advertising is not good; in fact ,the conditions are of a low cost but the prices are of luxury."

Pro: "The crew was very nice and helpful,and our seat confortable,the food and dring very good"

Contra: "it was announce a delay of 1h which in the end it was 3hours without any further announcements... they offer vouchers for drinks and food but they did not announce accordingly, I found out only when I was boarding..."

Contra: "There was only 1 polite cabin crew member. People were shouting and walking all around the plane through out the flight and the cabin crew did nothing to stop this. It made the early morning flight impossible to doze off on."

Pro: "Smooth flight (thank the weather Gods)."
Contra: "Extra fee for a boarding pass, extra fee for pre-paid checked bags, total confusion @ check-in. RyanAir blows."

Pro: "The crew was taking care of us and understood our disappointment although they don’t have any responsibility about it"
Contra: "The company delays those flights every time between 2 to 5 hours and I’m getting really annoyed about it. I’m thinking to use another company for my next trip"

Contra: "I was already checked in and when I got to the counter they told me that I was not checked in even though I had my boarding passes printed. Almost lost he plane. They lost my luggage’s and very very very bad customer service. Would not recommend it."

Pro: "Great connection. Efficient birding. Pleasant staff. Got the delux package which gives you extra leg room, extra baggage and priority boarding which came to about $125.00 for the entire ticket for a three hour non-stop flight from Barre in southern Italy to Madrid. Great value! Pleasant flight. Much better than I was expecting!"
Contra: "€21 to print out my boarding pass. They tell you that you have to print out your own boarding pass when you book on line but since I was traveling I didn’t have a printer."

Contra: "Bought the 2 bag priority but they forced us to check one of the bags any way (on the way back we were able to bring bag on flight so it was nothing to do with size of the wheels as they suggested) - staff was unfriendly. Seats were dirty. Had to pay extra for checking in early to my return flight since I am not EU/EEA citizen and can't use mobile app and wouldn't have a chance to print my return boarding pass - and although according to the plane plan I chose a window seat my seat had now window. Never again."

Contra: "Brand new bag a bit damaged..."

Pro: "Beautiful views of Santorini and the Aegean from my window seat"
Contra: "My original flight was cancelled due to high winds and I was rebooked on this flight, having to spend an extra night on the island and thus missing my on going flight to Vienna the next day."

Pro: "Price. Dirt cheap prices is only reason that makes me book this flights."
Contra: "U get what u paid for. Check in is slow and only 2 counters are working. During the flight they will try everything to pull money from you. Seats are fixed to one back position."

Pro: "The seats are roomy enough. The plane was very clean although it had just landed before."
Contra: "The flight was already late when we boarded. Even so, everyone on the plane was switching places between themselves causing additional chaos, with the flight attendants’ approval."

Pro: "We got there in time, cabin baggage was accepted but the lady at the customs opened up my bag to check it and just threw the things back inside, I had to open my bag again and put them back where they were."
Contra: "I purchased the tickets at a good price but when I had to check in, I had to pay extra for early check in and another 7€ for a seat! Considering I bought two tickets for myself and my boyfriend, I ended up paying 40€ more just for check in and seats. This was a rip off. Then the boarding took much more than expected, we waited for 50 minutes standing up in a queue after the gate was announced, we boarded the plane late. The seats are super small and uncomfortable."

Pro: "Departed and arrived on time; quick luggage drop-off and security checks; smooth flight."
Contra: "Somewhat cramped, non-reclining seating"

Pro: "Ryanair prices are good. You do have to keep in mind to pack light as they do charge for any bag that cannot be brought onto the plane."

Pro: "The fees as absurd. The staff in airport and on plane are rude. I should have spent $15 more to fly Alitalia and had a free check-in and a free bag. Ridiculous, had no idea they charge for everything... if u have a non-European Union passport to check-in, there's a different fee for that!!!"
Contra: "Late boarding, and unfriendly, almost nasty crew. Was a 6am departure and the whole plane of people wanted to sleep as you can imagine, and announcements were made almost the entire hour and fifteen minute flight! The fees for everything were ridiculous... surprised I didn't have to pay to breath! Never again onRyanAir for me! NEVER!"

Contra: "2 hours delay , a crazy woman attendant tryng to push and broke my hand luggage to find space for other's people's ones arrived late and without a priority bording like i bought, disgusting service, the same women hit my arm twice passing with selling box"

Pro: "We got to our destination on time."
Contra: "The fees and policies are ridiculous! Pay to print a boarding pass, pass for bags, pay for each thing in a different line. In order to do this, get to the airport 5 hours early, or you will miss your flight!"

Contra: "I check in my flight from my phone and add extra luggage ( more $$$ on top what we already pay from our flight ) and I get the confirmation. The day we flew back and the check in station in the airport they didn't find out online check in but they knew we add extra luggage. The ladies that helped us was rude and disrespectful. Waited customer service ever. I'm the end we had to pay $60 each to get in our flight. It was a ripped off. I'll never fly we them again."

Contra: "the waiting on the run way for people to board"

Pro: "The seats were very comfortable"
Contra: "I wish the air conditioning worked"

Pro: "The attention when checking in in the counter was great. Also at the gate. The gate had no services other than bathrooms. The plane was confortable and the flight was uneventful. they offered food in the plane but I fall sleep and could not buy it on time."
Contra: "you can not buy food or drinks close to the gate and you do not know that when is your first flight with them. We had to walk a lot when we checked in and when we arrived. You have to be prepared for than and not carry heavy stuff."

Pro: "Nice staff"
Contra: "I was charged extra for insurance even though I didn't buy it. This feels like a trick. No soap in bathroom"

Pro: "The cabin crew seemed prepared enough to host redneck passengers and other species that often choose traveling low cost (of course)."
Contra: "I purchased priority boarding for nothing. There was no such thing at the gate. Boarding was chaotic."

Pro: "Flight was excellent!"
Contra: "Too much flight crew communication during night time: Rayan air time for souvenirs shops, coffee breaks... At night a little less break ins will be fine. I know it´s a company policy but if you don't do check in first, I think 45€ its a little bit expensive. :)"

Pro: "although the crew had to make an unscheduled flight, they were very nice"
Contra: "the airplane had a technical issue (they told us it had a flat tire during landing) but they didn't manage to change the wheel and we had more than 4 hours delay. We had to wait for another plane to land in Timisoara (from London) and they scheduled that plane to take us to Bucharest. They should be honest from the beginning instead of telling a lot of lies - it may avoid a lot of conflicts between passengers and crew."

Pro: "Ryanair is charging passengers 45 € if no make online check in !!!!"

Pro: "The briefness of the flight"
Contra: "The plane smelled a bit musty and of urine- almost like that of an old folks home. The crew wasn't that pleasant either. Glad it was a short flight."

Pro: "Cleanliness, polite crew, on time departure and landing. Good price."
Contra: "Priority boarding line....weird spit behind columns @ the gate, like we were hiding... uncomfortable spot, no chair / bench to sit for elderly passengers."

Contra: "Advertised Price is a facade.... Too many add-on prices once you get to the airport. no thanks.. never again. I will tell a freind! They are super expensive! I think they charged me for my oxygen in the airport and on board! ...RIP OFF AIRLINE!"

Pro: "Low fare ,on time experience comfortable seats.Very nice crew on board."
Contra: "We are travelers, sometimes there no way we can print the boarding passes I think its not fair to be penalized, or charged extra, since we had it of the IPhone. I just think is un unfair surcharge. There are too many restrictions ,makes it difficult at times to adhere in this fast pace era."

Contra: "Me and my colleague were obligated to pay a 45,00 euro fee per person for not doing the check in online. This was our first and last time flying with Ryanair. I was in vacation for the last week before the flight and did not have any internet/mobile access (no internet and no mobiles for vacation). At the check in the operator told us to pay a 45,00 euro fee for not doing the check in online. I appologize but no more Ryanair for me and all of family, friends and acquaintances."

Pro: "They wouldn't let me carry on my beach umbrella, not cool. Otherwise fine."
