Change of the gate just before boarding. The automatically assigned seat was 3E for a person with 1 year old child. On board I found out that small babies can't be seated that close to emergency exit. System shouldn't assign that seat for a person with small baby.

One hour delay with no notice to the passengers
They considered my small backpack as a second piece of luggage and made me pay 45 euros as an extra charge. I had a small bag (40x25x20) and this small backpack, which was like a handbag. In the first flight they accepted this without any extra charge. On this flight they did not. I had to pay and now they should send me an invoice by mail. Please can you look after this? I need the invoice, for my re-imbursement. This policy by RyanAir is unfair. They say one price, but then it is another, and much higher!

Contra: "Ryanair announced that we could postpone the flights without any cost due to corona virus and when I tried to reach them/to change the flight date the change tax was still there."

They barred me from flight, removed my name from the system so that I can't board because they say that I can't travel with EU residence card with which I travelled to all Schengen countries with other airlines. They lied to me and didn't return my money too."

Contra: "Carcassonne is a tiny airport, be aware there are only vending machines after security, and not much seating. Announcements difficult to hear. Flight was fine, usual Ryanair."
Pro: "They denied the me boarding,I want my money back"

Contra: "Hour late departure , which is a frequent event... perhaps due to summer weather. Putting a two year old sitting alone, away from parents and insisting parents should make arrangements with other passengers. Standing outside the plane another fifteen minutes."

Contra: "It was required to check in prior to arrival to airport to avoid a fee. I did not have internet access still I arrived. I had to pay 55 euro for a simple check in. Not fair to folks who do not use data for internet nor WiFi. A email could be sent 72 hours but that does not mean people check all emails or they even have access to the web. It’s not a fair or smart business move, I will not book with them again."
Contra: "I couldn’t get the flight because I couldn’t find a good services from their representatives in airport. I went to 4 desks with no helpful. So, I change this airline to Easyjet. I’ll never use Ryanair."

Contra: "The airline made us go to the gate where there was no seating, though they knew the flight was an hour late, so we stood for an hour, before being told we had to check carry on bags in the hold, carrying computers,valuables, batteries, and drinks in our hands (not possible). Card payment on board was disabled. Payment in the currency of the departing country was impossible."
Contra: "We were forced to put our carry on luggage in the hold despite the fact that was loads of room in the overhead lockers. This is such a tedious new trend clearly designed to increase stress and anxiety around the boarding process (and extract more cash for priority boarding). Add to that the extra effort they take to seat you separately even when checking in together... unless of course you pay extra. Shame on you."
Pro: "It got me home."
Contra: "Firstly, there were no sandwiches (hot or cold) available on a late afternoon flight, so the remaining food options were poor. Secondly, my £7 Gin and Tonic that I'd hardly touched slid right off the frankly useless trays and into my lap. The flight attendant literally threw me a few paper towels to help. I spent the remaining three hours of the flight soaking wet."
Pro: "Cheap fair to Dublin. Liked that there was boarding and unloading from both ends of plane."
Contra: "BVA airport is like a 3rd world country airport. Toilets are disgusting, checkin process completely unorganized. It took an hour and a half to get through security. Seats on airplane were very tight, little legroom and did not recline."
Contra: "You charged me an extra 150 Euro because I did not receive your e mail and could not register on line my flight. I complained at Airport in Greece and no one would assist me. I am writing the NY Times and Washington Post about your strategy to take extra $ from first time flyers of your airline. Shamfull !!!! Contra: "It was not clearly stated anywhere that a boarding pass must be printed beforehand, as most companies allow use of mobile passes or downloading of the boarding pass onto the phone. Their website did not allow downloading of the boarding pass on the phone and I was charged a 15 Euro fee for "checking in" at the airport when I had already checked in online. I will not be flying with this airline again, the other airlines are cheaper when considering all the ridiculous fees and poor customer service."

Contra: "Rude gate staff at Otopeni Airport insisting I place my hand luggage in the hold until I informed them I had priority seats. The whole concept of priority boarding goes out the window as boarding was via a bus"

Contra: "The announcements over the PA system are garbled. I challenge you to sit in the body of the Plane and compare the diction on the Security announcement to that of Pilots/Cabin Crew This is particularly relevant when the Pilot recommends passengers to keep their belts fastened during flights. Cabin Crew fail on repetitive announcements -such as food service. It is almost like a race to see can they beat a time set by a previous Crew member on the flight out!!"
Contra: "The female staff member at the gate was extremely loud and rude and tried to charge £50 to get a luggage bag put into the hold after her colleague had approached and offered this service to my friend. She was extremely embarrassed and offended as the staff member insisted that she place the item into a bag measure. The interaction was unnecessary and unwelcome as my friend had not sked for the kind gesture made by the first staff member. As we were seated in the back row, we were subjected to the raucous behaviour of two of the cabin crew members throughout the entire flight which included discussing particular passengers on the flight including their seat numbers and their personal 'differences' with other cabin crew members whom they would be flying with today! The behaviour of the male and female crew members, both of whom appeared to be American, was nothing short of embarrassing for Ryanair and utterly unprofessional, even during service the couple appeared oblivious to the passengers as they carried on in their interactions with each other. It appeared that the only person who was actually working was the attendant at the front of the plane who I believe may have been the flight manager. A fellow passenger even commented that the couple must have been smoking something before the flight to explain this behaviour. Having flown with Ryanair on many occasions and having recommended them to friends and family in the past, we were bitterly disappointed with both these issues and would suggest that they re-examine their customer care!!"
Contra: "The air conditioner must have been broken, since it was spraying super hot air and cold air every half an hour. Boiling or freezing. I ended up ill."
