When I and several other passengers question the desk at the gate about the bringing a large vicious dog into the plane, we were told they were to busy to deal with us even though they were just standing there doing nothing. I have never seen such rudeness towards passengers as I did at that gate. I will take a ship across the Atlantic before I go through Warclaw again."

Contra: "WE tried to Check in online and it gave us a bit of trouble. I think it was because of the connecting flight, it kept checking us in to the second flight but not the first one."

Contra: "I purchased my ticket through Kayak on priceline.com In the description of the fair it was specifically stated that I'm allowed 1 checked in bag. The airline did not send me the standard check in and flight information email, so when out of concer for my flight, I logged in a few hours before to find out that all the good seats were already taken. When I then proceeded to online check in, I was dumbfounded to find out that I do not have any luggage allowance. When I called their English language help line I was connected to a prerecorded message and then promptly connected to a Polish speaking person. Lucky for me I speak some Polish, but if you do not you would have a problem. The person then proceeded to inform me that the flight from Poland to London that I was taking is considered by the Polish airlines as a local flight and for that reason I'm not allotted a free checked in bag. I fly a lot all over the world and this is the first time something like this has ever happened to me. I will now permanently stay away from Lot. They shouldnot be considered a major airline, but a cheap flight air. This way when booking a flight you would know to not expect much from them."

The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

They, without a doubt, knew the rescheduled flight time but strung us on anyway - I believe this was so they could save money on hotels"

Contra: "The agent lady on the desk did nothing to help us get on our flight. She refused to identify herself. We intend to sue the company for the damages caused to us because of this bad attitude."

They barred me from flight, removed my name from the system so that I can't board because they say that I can't travel with EU residence card with which I travelled to all Schengen countries with other airlines. Contra: "Onboarding was like for animalls. After we pass throug the gates, were sticked into the tunnel for 15-20 min in hot air..."

Contra: "No service. In order to make up the low fare they force you to buy their services-food, lottary, seats- and because they pay less at the airports , they are last on the list for take off and landing."

Contra: "Niente.....organizzazione pessima il crew,unica spiegazione e che una giornata troppo affollata!!!! Pessina orgazione...neanche aqua oferta...tutto sulla nostra sofferenza."

Pro: "On time flight and decent boarding process (not too much fuss over baggage size and weight)."
Contra: "Seating policy - it’s ridiculous to charge passengers to be seated together, even if they’re flying on the same booking. It only leads to on-board seating “trades” and negotiations to get people to agree to swap seats. Embarrassing!"

Pro: "Cheap easy way to fly"
Contra: "Creamed way too many people on bus at airport. Boarding way hectic and crowded"

Pro: "For a Ryanair flight, this was perfect! New aircraft with Sky Interior, the crew were cheerful and had something from the catalogue I requested but couldn't find on previous flights, we arrived early in Oslo and deboarded within minutes! Absolutely no complaints from me for this one."

Contra: "A little late to take off, the interior of Ryanair planes is perhaps the most visually offensive environment that I experience in my life. Flew BA not long ago and remembered how nice a flight can actually be. Oh, also Ryanair staff seem like they’re recruited on their ability to be uncommunicative and not to care about it. Amazingly consistent in this respect, but to their credit, you know what to expect."

Pro: "Although I had a 40 minutes flight, it was really good. The crew were very amiable and fun. All amazing!"

Pro: "Early arrival."
Contra: "Waiting in hallway and then tarmac to board."

Pro: "The onboard crew was friendly and polite"
Contra: "We showed up 3.5 hours early and barely made it onto our flight Check-in was so disorganized that we spent an hour waiting in the wrong line line. We were told on the phone that we did not need a boarding pass but that was a lie. We got sent to multiple wrong lines afterwards before finally getting to the right line. I have flown countless times, had flights delayed and cancelled and this has to be more worst flying experience I have had."

Pro: "Friendly crew."
Contra: "Hour late departure , which is a frequent event... perhaps due to summer weather. Putting a two year old sitting alone, away from parents and insisting parents should make arrangements with other passengers. Standing outside the plane another fifteen minutes."

Pro: "The price"
Contra: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours and when calling the customer service representative they couldn’t even confirm the delay of the flight."

Pro: "They were professional and efficient"
Contra: "It was required to check in prior to arrival to airport to avoid a fee. I did not have internet access still I arrived. I had to pay 55 euro for a simple check in. Not fair to folks who do not use data for internet nor WiFi. A email could be sent 72 hours but that does not mean people check all emails or they even have access to the web. It’s not a fair or smart business move, I will not book with them again."

Contra: "We were scammed ouf of 800 CAD"

Pro: "Quick disembarking due to quite empty plane ( for ryanair that usually has full )"
Contra: "Staff seemed a bit irritated with each other. The boarding took so long - we were towards the end of the queue but still had to wait a long time for the dooors to close - not very ryanair as they usually have all of us waiting to get on the plane. This was especially weird as the plane was quite empty Might need to lower the up selling - the flying time was 55 mins approx and the poor cabin crew were wheeling the cart about 3 minutes after take off with the plane still climbing quite steeply. The crew are trying to sell the same as a 3 hour ryanair flight - hot food, snacks, drinks, scratch cards, and the perfumes"

Contra: "Lateness and the waiting in the area to board with about 6 other flights in a small area with confusing announcements"

Pro: "All is great. Just tired after a long day...."

Pro: "Clean and efficient with good staff."
Contra: "Why do I have to sit with other people whom have been purposely separated from their wives family & friends ? I know the answer because Ryanair have now adopted the Jet2’s system of ensuring although you book together you definitely won’t seat together! ( Unless you pay the premium to sit side by side as 99% of the worlds airlines do as a matter of course!)."

Pro: "Nothing"
Contra: "Gate attendant was very rude and charged me for an extra checked bag even though my bag fit into the sizer and I measured it before coming. He looked at it for two seconds and did not even put the bag all the way in the sizer. I tried arguing and he would not listen to me at all and just said “I’m done talking about it, either pay me or we will leave you here”. So I guess it’s their policy to hold you at ransom if your bag is even close to not fitting. Even worse, the plane was about 40% full and there was no shortage of room on the plane. They are crooks!"

Contra: "totally unacceptable non-existent help on live chat. Ryanair made a mess of my booking but not only they did not rectify, they accepted no responsibility."

Pro: "Nothing"
Contra: "The airline made us go to the gate where there was no seating, though they knew the flight was an hour late, so we stood for an hour, before being told we had to check carry on bags in the hold, carrying computers,valuables, batteries, and drinks in our hands (not possible). Card payment on board was disabled. Payment in the currency of the departing country was impossible."

Contra: "-nowhere tells you that you should pay a €50 fine for not checking in online -paid €150 for overweight luggage even though it cost €70 for the flight -extremely late boarding with no designated que area and no order and no explanation for the ridiculously long wait -crew were bored and maybe even annoyed -bags were dinged the most on this airline -the only reason I flew was because it was a direct flight -never flying again"

Pro: "It got me home."
Contra: "Firstly, there were no sandwiches (hot or cold) available on a late afternoon flight, so the remaining food options were poor. Secondly, my £7 Gin and Tonic that I'd hardly touched slid right off the frankly useless trays and into my lap. The flight attendant literally threw me a few paper towels to help. I spent the remaining three hours of the flight soaking wet."

Pro: "Low cost is the only thing going for RyanAir besides the crew being helpful. It's nice they have assigned seats now."
Contra: "Check in is utterly painful and stressful, ridiculous that you would need to pay to print boarding pass."

Contra: "You charged me an extra 150 Euro because I did not receive your e mail and could not register on line my flight. I complained at Airport in Greece and no one would assist me. I am writing the NY Times and Washington Post about your strategy to take extra $ from first time flyers of your airline. Shamfull !!!! Contra: "I work for a main line airline in the U.S. when we were boarding the flight I noticed we were on a 737-800 which I'm familiar with this aircraft. I know my bag will fit with no problem. As we a bearing the podium the agent says the bag is to big and demands I pay 65 euros. I am trying to explain to her that the bag will fit. Long story short they got 65 euros out of me. I probably won't fly them again ."

Pro: "efficient and do not pay for extras not required"

Pro: "Nothing,, missed flight because of 2 minutes I couldn't check one of my bags because was closed and nobody to help me had to purchase another ticket with another airline."
Contra: "Everything"

Pro: "Everything and everyone was on point apart that we had a perfect landing."
Contra: "That , they changed the gates with 20 minutes before embarking."

Pro: "I can't think of any."
Contra: "Rude gate staff at Otopeni Airport insisting I place my hand luggage in the hold until I informed them I had priority seats. The whole concept of priority boarding goes out the window as boarding was via a bus"

Pro: "The crew were all very friendly. Smooth takeoff and flight, landing could have been better."
Contra: "We were late in boarding the plane, after we had our tickets scanned we had to wait almost 30 minutes in the tunnel to the plane just standing."
