Boarding needs to be managed properly
Food should be supplied as per request. One meal option they are giving as per passenger request either vegetarian or non vegetarian. When real vegetarian people get to choose by that time all vegetarian meals are finished. Entertainment telugu movie collection is very poor. When 90% passengers are Telugu speaking there are only 2 Telugu movies whereas other language selection is more. Movies number should be based on passenger destinations
Specially crew was very hard working polite, professional and smiley. Very very helpful and caring. Full marks to crew.

Once again the airport teams reached out to my colleagues and I ahead of time and managed to resolve to satisfaction. Perhaps reservation team can trigger a call to the passengers while they are still at home asking for the documentation validation electronically over a secured database.... just a thought. Again, being a part of the Experience and Innovation team, travel and tourism needs less human interaction, now more than ever. While we digitalized the obvious, the exceptions can remain humanized."

It was a pleasure to travel with Turkish Airlines. Excellent food, entertainment, and staff, not to mention the little pouches with basic necessities for the flight and the safety bags. It really gives you the feeling that this company cares for the comfort and safety of their clients.

In the US, I would have been put on the next available flight fee of charge. I will never fly Turkish Airlines again."

I ended up calling the U.S. service center at 1am local time to rebook...only 3 hours before I needed to leave for the airport. It took an hour - which I paid for at direct dial international rates - to find a flight. I'm very grateful for the U.S. service rep who was kind and helpful. She was the one bright spot in this poorly handled situation."

Sirs, if you really will only take this complaint as just to watch and say that this was a company policy then i will definetly never choose your services either again.Also, from the bottom of my heart, i will never feel tired to share and spead around this nasty experience of mine on each and every social media occasion , when i will have a word to say. Within only one flight on that day ,the total buggage revenue of the company was equal to a sum of 23,000 £ in total, despite the plane was ridiculously abit bigger than a small box. Pro: "This was a domestic flight, only hour and 30 min. Same aircraft as from London to Istanbul, nice and comfortable seats with plenty of leg room."

Pro: "Connecting flight to Stockholm was cancelled. Had to fly to Copenhagen and perchuse another flight with SAS When complaining to their staff the answer I received was that no other airline would even give me an option to fly to Copenhagen (where I was not headed by the way) in short - paid another 300$, got to Stockholm 3 hours late and will never fly them againb"
Contra: "Flight took off late, no food or entertainment available"

Contra: "Poor everything is poor, they are very bad specially the crew when u check in they will let u pay even for the hand baggage extras kg even if u did shopping from the duty free they will let you pay for the weight. The worst crew ever."
Pro: "Very nice crew, smooth flight, on time."
Pro: "It is fine. It gets you from point A to point B."
Contra: "It's almost outrageous that they don't give you water."

Contra: "Late departure and late arrival. Huge queues at Gatwick immigration. Too hot throughout the flight - the crew didn't bother adjusting the temperature it was left to the assemblers to complain No in flight entertainment whatsoever Had to pay for a coffee."
Contra: "All they wanted was money. It was a scam. What is 8kg for a canyon? They would have charged me $75 for 5 kg! The only reason they didn't is because their system was down. They tried my credit cards and when that didn't work, they asked for cash. I never carry more than $5. There was no order in the airport and it was absolute mayhem. I went from line to line. I will never use this airline aha in! TWO hours to get my boarding pass? Anthony Gallo"

Contra: "Payment options suck! Did not know ahead of time that nothing is offered free of charge!"
Contra: "The landing was so unstable I was scared to death. The flight was over 1 hour late. The staff's English was not understandable at all even for a native speaker."
Contra: "The flight was delayed and that's normal for them I guess .. worst cabin crew ever."
Pro: "It was a fast flight, flights have a low bar for comfort and food. The seats were fine and I slept through the flight so I cannot comment on the food but everything was clean and the staff was polite. The style of the aircraft is what shocked me. It seemed modern and almost like they hired an interior design person for style not function."
Contra: "The flight was delayed. But hey, that happens with flights"
Pro: "The crew was very nice and attentive."
Contra: "Not even water is offered. You must buy everything. We boarded over an hour late and then sat on the plane for nearly an hour. Seats very uncomfortable. A lot of very small and upset children. Due the late take off I had no time to get food during my layover and so I bought a hot meal. It was mediocre at best for 11 euro. There was no drink served with it but sold separately. Then it took over an hour for my tray to be picked up."
Contra: "The flight was canceled only after checking in and going through immigration. I am stuck in limbo due to visa expired and can not go back into Dubai. Had to remain inside departure terminal by gate for 18 hours. Ended up rebooking flight with another airline and delaying my arrival into Turkey by two days."
Contra: "No information flight delay until you find yourself."
Contra: "I booked my flight throw kayak.com. After that I got scam emails with my information, book number, direction, and my name asking for more money! Witch mean that our information is not secure ."
Contra: "Terrible boarding procedure at Basel. Had to stand in line for about 30 mins waiting to board."
