Only one improvement needed. The boarding process was chaotic. After pre-boarding was completed, the entire remaining number of passengers (lots of them, big aircraft) were allowed to board without separating into logical groups or by row numbers. Slowed things down with crowded aisles, people trying to get by people trying to stow overhead luggage, getting situated, etc. Never had this happen in recent history on any other airline.
Better entertainment options and faster boarding.
One of my bags didnt arrived. It was a priority bag. And the flight was a really bad experience. There were two kids (2-3 years old) from two families in business class that cried during literally 10 hours! Was a really long flight

I found out that the ticket fare did not contain checked luggage ( so I had to pay a hefty fee for it ) and also my 20" wheeled case that was ok in all the other flights I took it with me, this time was oversized and overweight . My wife took out the 2 laptops so it became within weight limits but still oversized - My wife paid for the fee ( I wasn't there at the time and she is not a such experienced flyier as I am ) . When I found out about the fee, I checked their rules and I found out that the hand luggage is allowed to be 22" . I saw in the airplane a lot of people with cases having the same size as mine, that went as checked luggage at a cost fo around 40 . I want to see how can I get my money back . . ."

Thankfully the plane was pulled back up into the air, just before touch down, circled for ten minutes, and retried the landing. This time perfectly smooth and successful."

Plane was late, boarding was cumbersome, luggage missing and no communication. Waited 1 h for luggage and no one to tell passengers the luggage was missing. After one hour we were told that Ryan Air captain knew all along that luggage was missing and decided not to tell us. Priceless

The Stansted Express tickets we paid for an hour before the scheduled take off had to be forfeited Upon arrival at Stansted Airport, we were made wait for our plan to taxi to its gate, wait to get off and then wait for our bags to arrive which took well over an hour. Between Stansted Airport, hailed as one of the worst airports and Ryanair, who’s cabin manager was a clown, the whole experience start to finish as a fiasco!"

Contra: "It was required to check in prior to arrival to airport to avoid a fee. I did not have internet access still I arrived. I had to pay 55 euro for a simple check in. Not fair to folks who do not use data for internet nor WiFi. A email could be sent 72 hours but that does not mean people check all emails or they even have access to the web. It’s not a fair or smart business move, I will not book with them again."

Never in 50 years of air travel around the world have I experienced such an inefficient process. I will never fly Ryan Air again."

Then when I arrived at the airport, I was told that I would have to go to customer service in order to obtain a boarding pass. Then the line was so long that I could never obtain a boarding pass in time. No one was willing to help me even though there were plenty of employees standing around doing nothing. So I ended up buying three Ryanair tickets that were worthless. I will never fly Ryanair again and I would recommend that no Americans ever fly on that airline."
