Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

Pro: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."

Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

When I got there because I was within 3 hours of boarding they had given away my ticket and made me a last priority boarder. Contra: "I didn't receive my online check in details so I couldn't check in. I was abroad so chasing up details I should have been provided with / were never told that I should have, were not on the top of my to do list. I only found out that I had to check in online and that I hadn't been provided with these details when I arrived at the airport. I spent 30 minutes on hold before the problem was rectified and I was given my online check in details but it was now top late to check in online (by 5 minutes ). The flight was delayed due to a number of things - a late arrival, people being let onto the plane slowly, people not sitting down and allowing the plane to taxi and leave. This had a knock on effect of making the plane land late and for me to miss my connection (train) so basically through last minute.com not providing me with the correct details regarding the flight and the flight then being delayed it tripled my whole journey back home."

No water or food was distributed to the passengers despite the delay. Delay was not wizzair's fault but there was no customer service to speak off."

That’s 1.5 hours standing in line with no communication! No apologies from staff, and when we did start boarding a member of staff was so annoyed at some passengers who we’re in the wrong queue that they called out to the entire queue, (quote) ‘the little baby Jesus is sending you a sign so look to the heavens and you’ll see a sign which says priority to the left and non-priority to the rigjt, ok?’ Again, this is after keeping us queuing with no apologies and no refreshments for 1.5 hours. In all, we were three hours delayed, and not one member of staff even mentioned it. Staff on board were really poor also: huffing and rolling their eyes at passengers ordering food. Genuinely shocking service."

Contra: "It was required to check in prior to arrival to airport to avoid a fee. I did not have internet access still I arrived. I had to pay 55 euro for a simple check in. Not fair to folks who do not use data for internet nor WiFi. A email could be sent 72 hours but that does not mean people check all emails or they even have access to the web. It’s not a fair or smart business move, I will not book with them again."

Contra: "One hour delay, which we had to be in the plane, and was VERY hot inside, like 35C+ and more. Total inappropriate. Noise from passengers. Tight places between seats in front of me and me. Tight places on seats between me and next passenger next to me. FastTrack was not so fast, didn't felt it is something special and priority for me and my wife. Had to wait with the rest of the passengers."

Contra: "At SXP there was no separate line for security for those who purchased priority boarding like at many other airports. I almost missed my flight because of the line. I don't honestly think there's a point in buying priority from SXP because it doesn't help here."

Contra: "The airline made us go to the gate where there was no seating, though they knew the flight was an hour late, so we stood for an hour, before being told we had to check carry on bags in the hold, carrying computers,valuables, batteries, and drinks in our hands (not possible). Card payment on board was disabled. Payment in the currency of the departing country was impossible."

Contra: "Charged me extra tax, and double for suitcase even though i indicated i have laguage online it didnt show."

Pro: "Staff is ok"
Contra: "Flight delayed more than 1.5 hours. We were seated apart."

Contra: "The seat was not the most comfortable (of course) and the 10EUR meal I bought was not good either."

Pro: "Cabin crew handled the gypsies well, flight arrived home ahead of schedule. Plenty of choice of food and drinks although expensive it was nice."
Contra: "We managed to choose a flight and sit next to a party of 17 gypsies. It was non stop. The kids couldn't stay still, always shouting or just screaming, running up the aisle. Banging seat tables and armrests up and down. At one point a young boy maybe 3 yrs old was stood on the table with his hands on his own seat back bouncing on the table. I have never wished for turbulance and the seatbelt signs to be on, But I did on this flight! The adults looked drunk while bording and one even asked me if I'd been to Tenerife while we were in Tenerife airport!"

Contra: "Firstly, there were no sandwiches (hot or cold) available on a late afternoon flight, so the remaining food options were poor. Secondly, my £7 Gin and Tonic that I'd hardly touched slid right off the frankly useless trays and into my lap. The flight attendant literally threw me a few paper towels to help. I spent the remaining three hours of the flight soaking wet."

Contra: "The plane was faulty so we had to change aircrafts and ended up leaving 2.5hours later than scheduled"

Contra: "You charged me an extra 150 Euro because I did not receive your e mail and could not register on line my flight. I complained at Airport in Greece and no one would assist me. I am writing the NY Times and Washington Post about your strategy to take extra $ from first time flyers of your airline. Shamfull !!!! Drinks were almost double that of other discount carriers that were more comfortable. Also, a very expensive box of chocolates, that we purchased as a gift, was stolen from one of our free checked bags, either in Barcelona or Bulgaria. We did not notice until we got home and unpacked."

Contra: "Rude gate staff at Otopeni Airport insisting I place my hand luggage in the hold until I informed them I had priority seats. The whole concept of priority boarding goes out the window as boarding was via a bus"
