A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."

Contra: "Ground Crew Blue Handling was trialling a 'new process' of boarding & luggage handling which went into action the day I flew April 26th. This resulted in a passenger boarding the wrong flight and bags loaded onto the wrong plane. This led to a 40-minute delay in departure while they sorted this out."
Pro: "The flight itself was on time and all that"
Contra: "The plane itself was clearly cheaper than the planes Transavia and Norwegian used. The only problem (though this had nothing to do with the airline) was having to sit in Nantes airport for 14 hours with no access to real food after about 11PM. The free shuttle into Nantes is great but I wish it worked later on Sundays. I was thrown for a loop and by the time I got a handle on what my options were they had closed."
Pro: "They denied the me boarding,I want my money back"

Contra: "Extremely long lines from start to end (bag drop off, security, passports, line to boarding etc), plenty of long walks from one line to the other. Everything cost extra charges, we had to add a non négligeable amount, in order to be seated with the kids, to have our boarding pass printed. A tiny bottle of water cost 3€. No entertainment whatsoever. Seats are uncomfortable."
Pro: "Friendly crew."
Contra: "Hour late departure , which is a frequent event... perhaps due to summer weather. Putting a two year old sitting alone, away from parents and insisting parents should make arrangements with other passengers. Standing outside the plane another fifteen minutes."
Pro: "They were professional and efficient"
Contra: "It was required to check in prior to arrival to airport to avoid a fee. I did not have internet access still I arrived. I had to pay 55 euro for a simple check in. Not fair to folks who do not use data for internet nor WiFi. A email could be sent 72 hours but that does not mean people check all emails or they even have access to the web. It’s not a fair or smart business move, I will not book with them again."

Pro: "The make cabin crew had such a strong accent and spoke so fast that no one on the plane could barely understand a word he said during any of the announcements. He made no effort to slow it down and speak clearer"

Contra: "The airline made us go to the gate where there was no seating, though they knew the flight was an hour late, so we stood for an hour, before being told we had to check carry on bags in the hold, carrying computers,valuables, batteries, and drinks in our hands (not possible). Card payment on board was disabled. Payment in the currency of the departing country was impossible."
Pro: "The flight was excellent all throughout,very kind Staff,Captain was brilliant"

Contra: "Firstly, there were no sandwiches (hot or cold) available on a late afternoon flight, so the remaining food options were poor. Secondly, my £7 Gin and Tonic that I'd hardly touched slid right off the frankly useless trays and into my lap. The flight attendant literally threw me a few paper towels to help. I spent the remaining three hours of the flight soaking wet."
Contra: "Had to pay 50 extra since did not check in online"

Contra: "Staff was rude and condescending at the check-in desk. They seemed unwilling to answer clarifying questions. Same staff members seemed unhappy to be there as passengers boarded flight."

Contra: "Ryanair doesn't explain that boarding passes must be printed and that the phone pass is not ok. So upon arrival at the airport I am forced to pay Ryanair 15 euro to get a print copy. Ridiculous!! This information should be clear to the traveler on the website. It appears to be a cash grab on their part."
Pro: "although the crew had to make an unscheduled flight, they were very nice"
Contra: "the airplane had a technical issue (they told us it had a flat tire during landing) but they didn't manage to change the wheel and we had more than 4 hours delay. We had to wait for another plane to land in Timisoara (from London) and they scheduled that plane to take us to Bucharest. They should be honest from the beginning instead of telling a lot of lies - it may avoid a lot of conflicts between passengers and crew."

Contra: "Rude gate staff at Otopeni Airport insisting I place my hand luggage in the hold until I informed them I had priority seats. The whole concept of priority boarding goes out the window as boarding was via a bus"

Contra: "I will never fly with Ryanair again. They ripped off all my money. If I would have booked 2 tickets with British airways would have been much better and cheaper."

Pro: "The flight attendants were very funny and friendly. They were proffessional and helpful."

Contra: "Paid for priority boarding then had to wait at the bottom of a stairwell for 15 minutes with the rest of the passengers coming down the stairs and off the lift to get in front so that was a complete waste of money. Then the plane had not been topped up with water so no hot drinks or flushing toilet, good job it was a shortish flight, then passengers could only get offf the plane by the rear exit as there was a problem with the front one, what a shambles, I will think twice about flying with Ryanair again"
Pro: "This was one of the worst airlines and overall worst travel experiences I have ever had. I travel alot and Ryanair is one of the worst airlines in business today. The entire crew on the plane was rude and uninterested in offering any service or answering any questions I had. The staff at the airport was even worse than the on board crew they were EXTREMELY RUDE and not helpful in any way; they were only interested in trying to overcharge you for every little thing. I HOPE to NEVER fly with Ryanair again."
Contra: "Service was awful, employees were beyond rude and had no idea what they were talking about. We were assured by 2 different people we would be on time after we were told to go all over the place, paid 200 USD to check our bags only to be told at the gate that we couldn't board. THEN we were told we couldn't get our money back or our luggage until after the girl went on lunch break at 11:30am. She clearly just didn't want to deal with us. We watched her just sit there and do nothing because apparently it was her 1.5 hour break. We ended up flying with a different airline because our experience with Ryan Air was so bad. NEVER AGAIN"
Pro: "Nothing, worst flight experience I have ever had."
Contra: "Part of the issue was the airport I left from which was Mykonos because it is unorganized. But most of the issues were from Ryanair, I check in a week advance (which is odd because most flights it's 24hrs before) they charged my 20 € for early check in but I am glad I did that because people at the airport who did not check in were charged 50 € at the airport. Then I remeber selecting that I had one bag to check in but after waiting in line and getting to the front desk the Ryaniar staff told me no I did not pay for the bag that I would have to go to basically the other side of the airport to pay for one 50 lb bag. This came to approx. 40 €, then had to run back try to go to the front of the line just to show her my receipt and then she glanced at it and told me ok go load the bag myself onto the carousel. This in all took be 1.5 hours then the security line was another hour, basically just made the flight. Then we got on the plane and the crew was so horribly rude, yelling at the passengers that they will not repeat themselves a second time. It was only an hour flight so you had to buy your own snacks and water which I have seen before but this was way overpriced and the stew didn't even come back to pick up the garbage and when I asked her where can I put this she told me throw it out when I get off the plane. All in all I will never fly Ryanair again, even though the ticket appeared a bit cheaper when you first purchase it really is a scam because they get you on a check in fee and bag fee which no other airline charges like Olympic or Aegan."
