It's such a disgrace that you thed kayak didn't email me to inform the cancellation flight from cluj on the 7th. I've spent a night at the Hilton hotel in cluj for which you should pay and also lost a say work. Also did 2 covid test te sister me 100 euros and pain. I am writing form Istanbul on the 8th wating to board to Miami flight TK0077. I expect you to have the decency and reimburse all the extra costs that were caused by you not the Turkish aireiles. The service from kayak should have been better
Staff is excellent. Friendly and helpful. Food was quite good. Boarding process is smooth and quick, and our flight was timely.
I've traveled with all major European airlines, Canadian and United States. Turkish Airlines is my favourite by far.

Contra: "Flight was late, leaving less time to board connecting flight. The blanket was too small. The food and wine were below standards. The leg rests were absent and not enough room to spread legs. The basket in front too narrow and tight to put in anything. The charging unit for computer/mobile did not function. No clear instructions or help to board next connecting flight either through system or crew."

Contra: "Flight to Istanbul was fine. The flight back was a terrible experience! During our connecting flight in Athens our boarding passes wouldn't print at the self service computers and there was no one to help us so we had to go back out to the front desk. The airline representative was extremely rude. There was 5 employees standing around the computer with NO customers and when we asked if this was Turkish Airlines and if they could help, the woman (manager) responded "this WAS Turkish Airlines" as if they were done helping customers for the day (it was 9AM and our flight was leaving in 45 min). We explained that we couldn't print our passes and she ROLLED her eyes as if it was an inconvenience to help us. THEN on our flight from Istanbul to Chicago, a passenger died an hour into the flight and they placed the body on the seats behind us for over 10 hours! Nobody even told us what happened! We didn't know if they died from natural causes or if it was something else! They didn't offer to seat us somewhere else or even inform us they were placing the body there. We were completely shocked and uncomfortable the whole flight home. We couldn't eat or sleep. We're completely disgusted and scarred from this overall experience."

Contra: "My mother is terminal, as in, she's DYING. So she was having a momentous flare up and we were running a little late. NOWHERE we were told we had to be at check in prior to an hour before the flight. Made it there 6 minutes after that "hour" check mark and were unable to make the flight. Tried to rebook and was told to pay the $800 per ticket that we already paid. Who has that kind of money? Guess I'll see if she can settle for sea world or the damn beach instead of Egypt like she wanted to. Thanks for nothing. For absolutely nothing."

Contra: "I didn't like anything! My seat was broken, didn't move , the seat arm was broken , TV screen was broken and the crew didn't have the curtesy to even bother to upgrade me to a better seat. Instead the dumped me to the second to the last seat all the way in the way which the seat didn't work either. I been on the broken seat with my neck braces around my neck on (due to a neck injury) for 11 hours and the crew didn't give a damn about me!!"
Pro: "Service from the flight attendants were fantastic. The food was delicious and the entertainment included plenty of movie options. I'm also glad that my bags were never lost throughout all of my flights this summer on Turkish Airlines."
Contra: "I know seats in the 777-300 recline but do not disrupt the next row's space. That was not the case on the Airbus A330-300. It would be nice if the same seats were on the Airbus aircraft I flew from Istanbul to Bangkok."

Contra: "The crew in Cluj airport could not care less about getting the plane boarded and departed on time. For 20 minutes crew stood around in the airport talking to each other and using their cellphones. Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."
Pro: "The people who work for Lufthansa are the nicest i’ve met, on par with Turkish airlines. The times for boarding and departure were respected, the flight was short but pleasant."
Contra: "The long lines. After check in and security, boarding could have involved less of a standing and waiting, with a bit of ahead communication that could be attained. For instance indicate the order of boarding, time until boarding, and place where the passengers from rows 50-70 should form ia line..."

Not a fault of Lufthansa but something that made the flight HORRIBLE was an extremelly smelly and very heavy guy seated next to me that used half of my seat and made me be really uncomfortable."

Contra: "The amount of space at the rear of the aircraft is incredibly limited. I was sitting in row 57 and due to the narrowing of the fuselage toward the back, the seats are narrower, some without arm rests and people going to the back of the aircraft keep bumping into seated passengers. Leg room as incredibly limited. This is not acceptable for a major airline. The terminal at Newark is rather old and not the cleanest. Due to the lack of clear communication, most passenger were confused at to the order of boarding."

Pro: "The UAL 747 was not a spring chicken anymore, looking a bit tired and faded, but the flight was uneventful and safe. The usual crying babies (WHY do parents feel the need to bring infants on board when the babies are unhappy and have no idea what's going on?!?) and customers with pneumonia (or maybe SARS or Ebola???) that you'll find on most full aircraft. I survived the earsplitting crying and the contagious coughs unscathed, so I'm satisfied with the flight."
