It's such a disgrace that you thed kayak didn't email me to inform the cancellation flight from cluj on the 7th. I've spent a night at the Hilton hotel in cluj for which you should pay and also lost a say work. Also did 2 covid test te sister me 100 euros and pain. I am writing form Istanbul on the 8th wating to board to Miami flight TK0077. I expect you to have the decency and reimburse all the extra costs that were caused by you not the Turkish aireiles. By email the survey demonstrate that you had no idia about the cancellations. Shemful indeed. Please don't put your incompetence on the Turkish aireiles You can call at 786-285-6755. I travelled in business class and everything was excellent.
I've traveled with all major European airlines, Canadian and United States. Turkish Airlines is my favourite by far.
Pro: "It was crew amazing"
Pro: "Great experience, beautiful people, always smiling ant there to help you."
Pro: "Dc to Turkey flight. Great ++ Turkey to Delhi. Ok —"
Contra: "Flight from Istanbul to Delhi was nightmare. It was like a local flight. Nothing called as comfort was there. I had to pay my own $ for alcohol and some snacks and 1 extra burger."
Pro: "The service and food are always fantastic. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The ticket price was fantastic too!"
Pro: "Everything was great."
Pro: "Delays occur, but reputable, customer service oriented airlines do their best to remedy to the disruption and minimize the inconvenience. Reputable, customer service oriented airlines don't leave their passenger stranded."
Contra: "Reputable airlines know ahead of time which passengers are at risk of missing their connection and have someone waiting at the arrival gate to quickly take them to the next departure gate, while the next flight waits a few extra minutes (because we only missed boarding by a few minutes)"

Contra: "Trip from ZAG to IAH Business Class. At ZAG they told me it was fine to take my skateboard onboard. At the Istanbul layover they forced me to pay $160 or else my items wouldn't make it on board. With a business class I still had to pay extra for a carry-on they said it was okay but then they changed their tune. I get it's in a different location but the same company is telling me two different things that ended up costing $160. On top of that, when I finally arrived at IAH they didn't have my skateboards... so I paid $160 for them to lose my boards."
Contra: "being treated like a drug dealer at the boarding gate #312 and having passport / boarding pass checked several times"
Contra: "The grilled cheese sandwiches. They've been in the menu for a while but my family does not enjoy them at all. Tuna sandwich on another flight was much better. Also lack of entertainment. They allow you to access it, then they turn it off. Is such a tease. Plane left late and kept us in very hot cabin."
Pro: "We liked the ability to watch movies and television programs to pass the time."
Contra: "We did not like that to use Internet we had to pay an extra fee. We did not care for the food. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the aircraft. We did not like that the bathrooms ran out of water to wash our hands. We did not like that flight attendants handled and served food with no water on the flight to wash their hands. Most flight attendants were unfriendly. The one gentleman that served us was pleasant. We really did not like that between the food service we saw virtually no flight attendants other than those sleeping in the area at the back of the plane. We did not like that we could not understand the announcements made. We did not like the fact that passengers were not reprimanded upon landing for using electrical devices and laptop computers even though an announcement had been made to turn all devices off and put them away. Once announcement was made not one flight attendant said anything to those people around us who did not follow the request. We did not appreciate the uncomfortable seats."
Pro: "First leg (Mia to Instanbul) crew was excellent!"
Contra: "second leg (Istanbul to Johannesburg) crew were rude!!!"
Pro: "As always Business Class on Turkishwas an excellent experience. Good food and cabin service."

Pro: "I had heart surgery and they would not refund us the money Even after I got a note from my doctor that I would die on the airplane from the cabin pressure change they did not care"

Contra: "The flight to Lviv was cancelled after 3 hours delay. All happens in life. But the only option Turkish airlines were offering is to fly the next day. I was flying to the funeral and this was not working for me (especially this was their second flight to Lviv cancelled - 2 in a row). The transfer desk didn't inform that there were two other flights going the same day of other airlines. When i approached to help me to go with a different airline the personal was very rude saying they will not help transferring the luggage and that they can't unload the luggage sooner than 3 hours after you go out of the security and passport control. When i asked to book to a different destination in Ukraine. It took 50 min at the desk to do it. Simply because 4 people at the desk were laughing and joking and nobody was concerned about the queue of over 40 people staying. After 30 min it turned out they've lost my boarding pass and it took 15 min to find it as one of the transfer guys managers simply took it to a different room... At the end when they found it it took only 5 min to do the work. I would appreciate more information from the desk about available flights and more support to manage the situation. I'm happy that people at the transfer desk are so joyful and happy it obviously helps to deal with the stressed passengers whose flight was cancel."

Contra: "Making my long trip for 9 hours seating beside big fat guy takes his seat and half of mine, asking the crew to change my seat and telling me there is no space available and I can see there's free seats it was so rude, my back hurts me a lot this day and the day next because i was seating with slope."

Contra: "One of the crews looked a little grumpy. I was referring to the lady who was handing out food. She was not at all happy everytime she serves the meal."
Contra: "Slippers and blankets were not provided to all passengers. Toilets got unacceptable by the end of the flight."
Pro: "Turkish Airlines had new planes with a decent amount of leg room between the seats."
Contra: "I booked the seats really early and did not book the last row before the lavatory, but that's where we were assigned seats."
Contra: "The food was low quality and delivered in a demeaning fashion."
Pro: "This flight was more comfortable and has less overall radiating plane/ engine noise (it certainly could have been because of where my seat was on the flight). Again the food was delicious, and I appreciated just how often the crew came around to give out water (I get very dehydrated on flights so I appreciated that very much)"

Contra: "We were flown by AnadoluJet which is a fully owned subsidiary of Turkish Airlines. We were notified of that change until checking in time. The seats weren't comfortable and leg space was too small. The food was poor. A chess sandwich and nothing else."

Contra: "It took 4 days to leave Arusha. I know there were other flight options on other airlines (e.g. Emirates) but Turkish wouldn't book us. I ended up eating the cost of a whole separate trip because I didn't get back until Saturday afternoon, despite communicating this multiple times to Turkish."
Pro: "Honestly, not very much. The Entertainment system kind of worked, although the touch screen barely worked, and the movie selection was mediocre."
Contra: "Very old plane, with barely any leg room, poorly functioning seats that didn't recline--and when others recline, I couldn't even open my tray table. The crew was incredibly rude and generally unhappy to help--a consistent show of attitude, as if WE were a pain to service, when just asking for water/tea because they kept skipping us! The food also was really bad, nothing like it used to be. By far the worst Turkish Airlines experience I've had, and I may reconsider booking in the future."
Pro: "It was a 12 or 13 hour flight and except for sitting too much we were never uncomfortable. The service level made me think we were back in the 80's. Hot towels, attentive service, tons of food and free drinks. There was actually one meal that we would have eaten even if it wasn't on a plane. They gave out full size blankets and pretty fluffy pillows. (I bring our own anymore, because you never know if you will get one on most airlines, and if you do they're usually useless). Their entertainment system was amazing. We caught up on all the recently released movies that we've wanted to see for FREE! If only Netflix had this quality of movie offerings. They had fresh flowers in the huge bathrooms. It's that type of attention to detail you just really don't see anymore."
Contra: "Can't think of a thing that could actually be changed."
Contra: "Turkish Airlines Lift off. Finally after the hours of waiting, standing, passport controlling we are on board. Blessed air conditioning freezes the cheery rainbow seats Tossed back with painful whiplash the nineties surround us again. Enter to find the changing table Dirty diapers and wipes for tiny asses Moan, itch, pick, cry, kick, kick, scream Mommy Mommy Mommy Mommy Mommy Decadent. Familial entitlement on a budget. Sit down to stares. Without doing anything So begins the ogling Not for beauty or glasses But because of his right to look in any direction he pleases. The drink cart comes by Soft drinks only Stuttered English behind Only a sweet belch of coca cola Released, bubbling an unfettered expression shared across all languages. (but do they share my disgust?) Oh to fly, to find a cab to drive in the big city."
Pro: "Very professional. Spacious seats."
Contra: "Wait at Ataturk airport on passport control."
Pro: "It is on time, crew is professional. In general, the flight was ok."
Contra: "Pillows & blankets are not always available. Seats are not comfortable. More bread is needed for the breakfast meal."
Pro: "Leg room and TV selection was excellent"
Contra: "The flight from DXB was delayed, causing us to miss the connection to LIS in IST. 2 hours after standing at the transfer desk they put us on a flight to LIS via CDG. Luggage was kept in IST. Now we are in LIS with no luggage and no confirmation on its whereabouts. Lost and found staff at LIS (Portway) showed total confusion in claiming luggage was in CDG. Today two planes arrived in LIS from IST, none of them with our luggage. Screen shows my name with mention "Not loaded" regarding the luggage. This incompetence is unacceptable from "Europe's best airline". This title is misleading advertising and should not be allowed."
Contra: "Absulotely nothing."
