I have had this experience before but in this case the planes location was virtually on the other side of the terminal. By the time all were boarded, the plane was late by about 15 minutes to takeoff, and we experienced more delay after that so that on arrival we were an hour delayed. Many missed connections in Vienna as a result. Crew seemed tense and on edge."

The only way to talk to them is to find them at the end of the plane ( where they been chating with each other ) Secondly . The amount of snacks was limited where’s in Turkish airlines it’s unlimited and you can choose different sandwiches whereas in Austrian airilines can offer biscuits and Cookies ;( Thirdly . We are living in 21 century and most transatlantic airlines have WiFi ! Where’s Austrian did not have it!"

We complained to the attendant about it but she was unable to determine the cause. Many hours later, a different crew member identified the noise source and stopped it by simply flipping a switch. This disruptive noise could have easily been avoided but the ignorance of the crew member to whom we complained failed to solve it. By the time the second crew member identified the problem there was not enough time to sleep. This experience was extremely disappointing. We paid extra to fly business class so we could sleep, but this ridiculous crew error fouled our plans. We asked the crew to file a report about it and they did. Look into it. We expect a refund of the extra fare we paid, or else we will never fly Austrian Airlines again. I am an affluent person and I travel internationally 6 times per year. You would be smart not to anger me and lose my business."

Never having flown this 'unique' airline before, we did not know the process. At the check-in desk, the clerk told us that if we couldn't show him our boarding pass, he would charge us 30GBP to print them. He was a complete jerk. After no help from him, I was able to figure out that we did have them as attachments. Never again."

This should be illegal. Buyer beware. Kayak did not know about this scam."

We then board but at this point I was deathly ill and Ryanair didn't take care of us at all with any free refreshments like they should have for being late. Disgusting service. Won't be flying with them ever again this happens way too often."

I had to print my boarding pass or face a 50€/£ fee, but I couldn't print one for my return flight because it was more than 48 hrs prior unless I reserved seats so I paid money to avoid paying a made up fee. The money you think you save on Ryanair isn't worth the hassel. Never again."

They'll blame the airport info but it must be sorted. Everywhere, every time we come last. No more flying for us."

They charge 3 euros for water ( in flight) and if for some reason your phone stops working and you have not printed your passes they charge 45 euros to print your tickets. Drinks were almost double that of other discount carriers that were more comfortable. Also, a very expensive box of chocolates, that we purchased as a gift, was stolen from one of our free checked bags, either in Barcelona or Bulgaria. We did not notice until we got home and unpacked."
