Everything is good and will manage
I had an exchange ticket from Qatar airways, which meant I had the boarding pass for the Alaska airways flight. It took 40 minutes to get me and another passenger onto the flight because it didn’t have us listed as a passenger on the flight.

Contra: "We were supposed to take the flight 8 hours earlier. I’m not sure flight with such short connections should be sold at all - with the previous flight being late 20 minutes, we were met at arrival gate by Qatar airlines employee that told us our connecting flight left without us. They helped us with everything onward- getting new boarding passses, hotel and meal vouchers, but all of this should not have been needed if such short connections were not sold."

Pro: "The airplane seats in economy were comfortable for the very long flights I took with Qatar Airlines. The seats had enough room between the back of the other seat. The seat reclined to a comfortable position. The seat back provided a built in head rest. The TV's in the seats were the largest I have ever seen on a flight in economy. The staff were helpful and great. The food and drinks provided were decent!"

Contra: "Although the loading Zone was given as Zone 1, boarding was chaotic because the fround crew was incredibly inefficient. The announcement was totally mumbled and badly managed, Why cant the boarding at Cochin be organised like queues for each zone so that the passengers do not crowd in a mad rush near the gate as if the fliht will leave without them. As in Doha have different seating area for different zones and the ground crew should be trained to be firm to allow only passengers with boarding."
Contra: "The food options was bad...during my trip asked for certain meal they claim that they are out of it. I also did not like how they check you into room in Doha & Chennai way before boarding time that time could have used for shopping instead of sitting in the room."
Pro: "The flight attendants waited for me at the gate since customs was backed up. They saw me running and told me it was ok. On the flight, snacks and drinks were bright by every hour or so and the meals were plenty of food and tasted good. I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"
Pro: "I have shifted from shortest routes by flying through kuwait airways or pia to lahore just for comfort i have been customer of emirates but not anymore .."
Contra: "flight onward from doha to lahore should b new ...everything is good i only felt had the aircraft been better and new latest then jurney would have been excellent."

Pro: "The airline in general was good, provided a kit with socks, ese plugs,toothbrush and other essentials,good movie choices, overall customer service. They had free wifi which was amazing!!"
Contra: "We took 2 long flights one from morrocco to Qatar and Qatar to dallas. The food on the flights was not the best, one the first one they ran out of chicken meal and only had fish left which was gross, for such a big airline you would also think they give a snack in between meals but they do not.also after giving you the food it took a long time for them to pick up the tray which I thought was unusual"

Pro: "First of all, I want to preface this by saying that virtually every airline is better than the major ones working in the US (American, United, and Delta), and Qatar Airways is amongst this number. The entertainment selection was excellent, the best of any flight I've ever been on. The flight attendants were excellent, again, much better than those on American carriers (I am American, FYI)."
Contra: "The food was terrible. Of course, we know this about airline food, BUT I have been on Qatar Airways flights with GOOD food in the past, so I know it can be better. Also, I sat in the baby section, which also happens to be where they put long-legged people. This is no one's fault, but suffice to say, do NOT sit next to 4 5-month olds for a 15-hr flight! Interestingly, since all flight attendants were women, about 50% of the flight did listen to them since there were many conservative Arabs onboard from Qatar or Saudi Arabia (i.e., those who are taught not to listen to or respect women). This made for some frustrating sites to witness but it's obviously not the airline's fault. Poor women!"

I’m not sure what they were always in a hurry to do other than to avoid providing good service. This was not the cheapest flight when I booked and this airline should come with a warning, poor service, equally disappointing food no drinks and no entertainment. If I had know this I would have paid more or flown with an airline that has an acceptable standard for an international flight and the service that should be provided. I feel at fault as I didn’t know an airline like this existed. I just thought it’s european and international and it will be fine. I was truly so uncomfortable and upset. On my way home I was charged $150 euro for my bags which I was under the impression my bags were included. There was no stating of this high cost, once again I would have flown with another airline if I knew of this and didn’t pay leaving America as it said my bags were covered. I hope something is done to make sure it’s clear to customers that this is a horrible and basic airline and it wasn’t cheap. I’m disappointed in all involved and have learnt a lesson but I am dreading this flight home I am about to take. Regards Hannah"

YOU NEED TO TELL PEOPLE UP FRONT WHEN WE BUY A TICKET THAT IS A LOW PRICE ALL THESE EXTRAS HAD TO BE PAID. PLUS THE TICKET COUNTER DOES NOT TAKE PAYMENT FOR BAGS IN MARCO POLO AIRPORT. I HAD TO HO UPSTAIRS TO A SEPARATE COMPANY AND WAIT TO PAY! ON TOP OF THAT. THE AGENTS CHECKING HAD A BAD COMPUTER. 2 AGENTS TO CHECK IN 120 PEOPLE. I KNOW YOU WON'T GIVE THIS INFO OUT SO I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN."

Contra: "My plane took off 45 minutes late and no one told the passengers (in English at least) why we were leaving so late (and I still don't know). After about 20 minutes of waiting for takeoff, I pressed the button to ask a flight attendant why we were leaving so late but no one would come up to me, so I had to flag a flight attendant down when she walked by and she only stayed long enough for me to ask her when we were leaving. I also wanted to buy a snack on the plane and the same flight attendant who had answered my question before snapped at me about using a credit card when I accidentally gave her my debit card. Normally, I'm not one to complain about these types of things and this situation definitely could have been much worse, but I think it's important that any delays are communicated to passengers."

I've been flying with Air Europa many times and love the company but now I will remain in shock the rest of my life with this experience, to be discriminated in that level from different representatives of this company in Malpensa, Milan... Pro: "Two meals and some in-flight entertainment. Not too bad. You can order a special meal (such as vegetarian) by calling the service center, and it's served first."
Contra: "Red-eye flight, econ seat uncomfortable for sleeping. Fewer entertainment options than other airlines"
Contra: "I had to add luggage into the booking. In short, that is impossible to do on the website, and very little information about luggage in the booking procedure. So, the passenger didn't take any changes and asked me to book flight with another airline. Which I did, and found out that canceling is not a thing that you do either...."
Pro: "Great price to value ratio, attentive crew, good food. Wifi available."
Contra: "Older panes with no phone jack charging options. What's the use of Wifi if your battery runs low or dies. They have charging ports in Business Class. I don't remember the last time I was on a plane with at least phone charging ports."
Pro: "The new planes are great! Lots of room in the overhead bins, I was able to fit my acoustic guitar in without any trouble. Crew were very helpful and professional. Thumbs up Air Europa!"
Pro: "The flight was great overall. The staff was super friendly and they kept coming around with water and tea. My seat was comfy and I slept a lot."
Contra: "This was a pretty long flight, but the seats did not have individual screens for entertainment like on most international planes. Instead, there were a few large screens in the center aisles but the shows were not in English and you had no personal choice of what to watch."

Contra: "The line to get checked-in in Barcelona was extremely long and I waited nearly an hour - can't help thinking if the online check-in was more dependable, it would have been a shorter line, but I made it to my gate with time to grab some lunch so life's still not all that bad."
Pro: "787 is a nice, modern plane"
Contra: "Crew was kind of rude. Late dinner service, on a overnight transatlantic lasting only 7.5 hrs one cannot wait More than two hours to get dinner and be able to catch some sleep. Noisy breakfast service, it did not matter if people tried to keep sleeping. The in-flight entertainment program was not tested and needed to be rebooted well into the first hour of flight. Poor preparation and not very kind crew."
Pro: "The plane and technology were top notch"
Contra: "Food was not worthy for a food bank."
Contra: "I have asked for a larger sitting area due to clusterphobia with doctor's note. However, they gave me a sit that is right next to bathroom with reclining chair not even working all the way through....the worst flight ever in my life!!!"
Pro: "Entertainment and the airplane itself was awesome, very please with the overall experience."
Contra: "The food quality was pretty bad. Also, they would make you start the line to board, but we wouldn't start boarding for another 15 minutes, so the lines took extremely long."

Another crew member was kind enough to bring me chamomille because I wasn't feeling ok so some crew members were really nice others really dissapointing"
Pro: "Nothing negative to report"
Contra: "More TV/Monitors are needed preferably individual monitors for longer flights over 4 hours which would keep the flights from being too boring."
Pro: "Very low cost, mainly compared to Amsterdam flights. Since my flight was part of longer flight, I had pre-booked seat."
Contra: "Practically no service - self checkin only, no food and boarding per rows seems to be forever"

Pro: "Flight was safe, priced well, included checked baggage, and they didn't nickel and dime you (although if you wanted anything to drink, you would be charged for it). They let you choose seats too without charging extra."
Contra: "To board at Frankfurt, we had to first wait in a room until about 5 minutes before scheduled takeoff time, then everyone loaded into a bus to drive out to the plane on the tarmac, then finally we started to taxi to take off. There didn't appear to be any reason for our delay, other than the fact that the boarding process is as long as it could possibly be (wait in a room, take a bus, then finally walk onto the plane). Not much legroom at all, my knees were pretty much touching the seat in front of me (I'm 6 feet tall). Bags took awhile to get out to baggage claim, and were pretty wet from the rain outside."

I’m not taking a plane to go shopping, and the fact that we were asked to buy 4 different types of items in 2 hours was excessive."

Had to wait in separate line for boarding pass-backed up for a half hour. They HAND WROTE BOARDING PASS. And charged us an additional 100 Euros. Inappropriate"
Contra: "This policy of charging everything really bothers."
Contra: "Kayak provided Ryanair an incorrect email address I could not sign in on line. Unsure if I would be able to board, I had to buy another ticket from Ryanair on line. Never again Kayak."
Contra: "There was only 1 polite cabin crew member. People were shouting and walking all around the plane through out the flight and the cabin crew did nothing to stop this. It made the early morning flight impossible to doze off on."
Contra: "Problems with the boarding pass. Personnel rude and totally not helpful."

Contra: "We were charged an additional $70 per person to have our boarding passes printed at the airport. After waiting 40 minutes in line to check in, we were made to go to another office to get boarding passes. Even though we arrived 3 hours before the flight, we barely made it. Ryanair tries to put as many obstacles and charges in your way before you fly. You have no recourse as you would miss your flight if you don’t pay the extra charges. During the flight, the whole purpose of the crew is to sell duty free goods. This airline is the worst! I’d pay more to another airline, just to avoid Ryanair."
Pro: "I liked that we landed safely and could go about our day, putting this experience behind me, after only an hour delay."
Contra: "Checking in at the Marrakech airport was a nightmare. People had to guess where to line up. There were two lines. A woman working with passengers seemed efficient and friendly. Unfortunately, I was not in her line. The dude who "helped" me hated the world and everyone in front of him. Their computers were down, and he had to hand write the boarding passes (?!). He really resented doing this for people and let them know. Once at the gate we had to get in a line, to get in another line outside, to get in another line to board, and of course we sat on the tarmac due to delays. I had to check a bag at the gate for being slightly too big. That's fine. But really, I end up paying what I would for a more professional (not "low-fare") airline. No one wants to be here. Not the employees, and not the passengers."
Contra: "All the process was tedious. If you dont print your boarding pass before hand, be ready to pay about $25 a piece for them to "print" it. (not even printed, is handwritten). Between other things. Not enough characters left to tell everything. Overall, a terrible airline."
Contra: "Bought the 2 bag priority but they forced us to check one of the bags any way (on the way back we were able to bring bag on flight so it was nothing to do with size of the wheels as they suggested) - staff was unfriendly. Seats were dirty. Had to pay extra for checking in early to my return flight since I am not EU/EEA citizen and can't use mobile app and wouldn't have a chance to print my return boarding pass - and although according to the plane plan I chose a window seat my seat had now window. Never again."
Contra: "Brand new bag a bit damaged..."

Contra: "It was a total faf in the airport in Marrakech. Things work differently which is fine but the airline should really inform you that in order to progress through to passport control you need to go to the check in desk (even though you checked in online ages ago) to get a stamp. It took ages and ages and the lack of communication was annoying. Ryanair sent out an email warning about longer security waits but didn't specify. The problem is most people who travel Ryanair don't have bags to check in so naturally like every other place you would go straight through. And if that's not the case then tell people!!! Very frustrating."

Contra: "i tried to check in online but could not do so on the website. i added the app and checked in. The app informed me that this was not a mobile boarding pass which I could oinly get from the web site which wioud not work on a smart phone. At check in counter, I was charged 100 Dirham ($10) to get a hand scribbled boarding pass. I got a series of anxiety inducing emails before the trip which were completely unnecessary."
Pro: "The flight arrived in London on time."
Contra: "The checking in process at Ryanair's Marrakech airport was totally awful. There weren't enough staff to deal with the passengers and when problems occurred it meant the queue just stopped moving. Despite arriving within the 3 hour window it took 90 minutes to get checked in. The girl behind the desk was very slow and had to deal with a number of argumentative passengers who should have been dealt with by a supervisor so as not to disrupt everybody else. Poor problem management"
Contra: "Misrepresented by Kayak and Ryan Air"
Contra: "The flight was overcrowded, cramped, and loud. The passengers were boisterous with no attempt by the crew to control them for the comfort of other passengers."
Contra: "*Extreme delay: - Our flight was supposed to take off at 5:35pm but was delayed to 12:10am due to technical issues. - There was a plane in RAK that could've have been used, but Ryan Air decided to use it for the flight to Paris instead despite the fact our flight was earlier. *Terrible customer service: - No one answered the phone, and we could only chat with them online. - We had a connecting flight out of MAD to JFK which we were nervous about missing, and was hoping customer service could help us with an alternative options to get to MAD. - Instead, the only answer they could give me was to take the RAK > MAD flight 2 days later and that was our only option. They did not seem to listen and understand our issue. *Poor and inconsistent communication: - RA sent out emails saying check-in would close 1 hour before our flight, but when we arrived at the airport, the screens displayed check-in to close 40min before scheduled departure. - After the delay, emails were sent to call customer service, but when you dialed the number they provided, you get a message saying their offices were closed."
Pro: "although the crew had to make an unscheduled flight, they were very nice"
Contra: "the airplane had a technical issue (they told us it had a flat tire during landing) but they didn't manage to change the wheel and we had more than 4 hours delay. We had to wait for another plane to land in Timisoara (from London) and they scheduled that plane to take us to Bucharest. They should be honest from the beginning instead of telling a lot of lies - it may avoid a lot of conflicts between passengers and crew."
Pro: "Only direct flight from Marrakech to Barcelona"
Contra: "Seat too narrow and uncomfortable. Awful coffee. Paid for extra bag on booking, but "no record of it in system""
Contra: "They say that one carry on free but they should allow standard size which other airlines allows. So we have to buy new carry on for ryan air!! then don't call it free. It is really hassle travelling in Ryan air for inside flights when you have already came from US to Europe. you need to keep your luggage in storage or pay heft money at Ryan air... They don't even give free water! I agree The money you save on a Ryanair flight is not worth the absolute hassle they put you through, especially considering that you're liable to pay the difference in fees anyway."
