Service is very good. No complaints.
The worst people to deal with in gatar airport after I miss my flight they plam me and 5 people with me after the air plain delayed us from making to the next flight to the people off gater the forner the one you hiar to run the airport they do more damage don’t fly with gatar airlines
Personalul foarte amabil si prietenos însă foarte frig in cabine in special pentru un zbor de noapte. Venind dintr-o tara unde minima este de 24 de grade sa stai timp de 5 ore la o temperatura de maxim 16-17 grade si in curent nu a fost prea plăcut.

Contra: "The boarding process was ridiculous. The staff delayed boarding of zone 2 passengers until ALL zone 1 passengers could be located and boarded which could easily have delayed takeoff. They went so far as to page missing zone 1 pax several times and asked people sitting on gate area which zone they"
Pro: "The best customer service i have ever expierienced, i have overslept for my connection flight in Doha - i received full support with booking my next flight for free, pass to business lounge, and finally the upgrade for my flight from Doha to Warsaw in business class"

Pro: "Qatar has the best crews. The 777-300 is the most comfortable aircraft I've ever flown on, and I'm always in the cheap seats. Plenty of food."
Contra: "Some of the food dishes weren't appealing to me. But I get that trying to please everyone with everything on diverse international flights is impossible."

Pro: "I really enjoyed the flight, which was almost 15 hours long. I give an overall 4 star review for this flight. The boarding process was pretty organized (without including the ignorant passengers who can't read their zone numbers, haha) because they called us up group by group, in a speedy process. Even inside, the cabin crew welcomed us aboard and showed us where our seats are. This leads me to my 5-star rating of the service. Very warm, friendly, and generally helpful cabin crew Qatar Airways has. They fulfilled all my needs even if they had to go out of their way. As for entertainment, I was very surprised at how many great movies they have! Especially the new ones! I would not be bored again with this selection. Food was okay to be honest. It was a hot meal that satisfied my hunger and tasted good, but maybe it's just me and airplane food. Doesn't taste right for me. And to be honest, I was cramped. Not even me but many other passengers felt like the seats were too small. Overall, Good experience!"

Contra: "Boarding seemed haphazard as it took quite awhile for all of the pasengers to stow their luggage and settle down."
Pro: "The crew aboard the flight were kind and thoughtful and definitely oriented toward service."
Contra: "The security process at the gate was really disorderly. Perhaps it is because it is a new and extra step required by the US but it was definitely not efficiently handled."
Pro: "The staff is friendly and attentive. Food has been flavorful and consistent in quality. Blankets and pillows have been clean. The energizer juice was an excellent option."
Contra: "The cleaning crew was in a hurry and there was a used cotton ear swab in the remote armrest. The tray did not close snugly back when closed up. The remote buttons were not quick to respond and needed to be pressed firmly and slowly. The food menu needs more lighter options. The toilet could use mouthwash addition."
Pro: "The food was good. The legroom was enjoyable."
Contra: "I checked two bags and had them marked 'fragile', as I had valuables in there that I packed securely. When I retrieved the bags on the carousel, the fragile sticker was mangled, and both items from both bags were broken. Pieces of art I can not replace. Also, it took over 30 minutes upon multiple requests for the attendant to acknowledge my need for assistance."
Pro: "The crew on my side of the cabin was very good."
Contra: "Not having available air for the center seats made our flight a truly awful experience. The older style seats are actually more comfortable for taller and larger people. My wife was virtually ignored by the male crew on her side of the aircraft."

Pro: "It was my first time traveling on business class and I had an amazing experience, friendly and helpful crew, they always made sure that I was doing fine and if I needed anything or any help. Healthy options on they food menu and delicious food and beverages. I am looking forward to traveling with Qatar airways again in the future."

Contra: "Boarding staff give us wrong advice to make extra money from the passenger. They also pressurized us to decide quickly. our each check in baggage was over weight 1 KG or less than 1 KG due to faulty scale at home. Instead of giving us a choice or advice that you are allowed two more hand bags. They pressurized us to make one baggage over weight from all 7 bags and harassed us to do it quickly because they are closing counter in 20 minutes. That's how they charged me another $65. Also they lied on the counter that your seats are in a row but when i went into the plane our seats were separate. Lesson learned don't trust the person over the counter of Qatar airways."

Contra: "Very cramped space on a 14 hr flight. Very slow food & drink service. Toilets were dirty No opportunity to choose seats despite checking in online the day before - we were allocated 2 adjacent seats but there were none others shown as available on the entire aircraft."

Contra: "It's an older plane on this route, which feels comparatively tired; it has the old lean-back seats, which are a bit less comfortable than the newer lean-back, slide-forward ones. The entertainment system is older, so you lose leg-room in aisle seats, and there is less on offer. And because the flight was completely full, you do feel very restricted (not QR's fault, but a function of narrow seats)."

Contra: "You, Kayak, sold me economy tickets. When I checked in online I saw it for the first time that our tickets were Economy Light. So even though we are Frequent Flyers, we payed $220 for three checkin luggages. I intend to dispute this case."
Contra: "I din't like the fact that Lufhtansa company uses double standards for the countries where they have their flights. From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."
Contra: "getting fine from DC to Munchen and Munchen to Bucharest, 7 h delayed but we get to Romania. - when waiting for the luggages, guess what? Both luggages are missing. -made the complainment, now we are waiting to show up in Romania and to be delivered at home. -went to pick up the rental car, because of the plane delay, they gave our car away. -after trying several companies, we found a car, 3 times more expensive, but we have a car....yeeyy"

Contra: "Notifications for Change of Boarding Gate is not very effective. It is dependent on internet connection and may lead to missing flight connection. It happened to me, in spite of the wifi connection at the airport. Some airlines would put up an electronic notification for the change at previously known Gate. It's also possible to miss Airport voice messages due to temporary impairments travellers suffer from the previous flight. You can call out a passenger for all you want and still miss passing out the message."

But it took more than 20 minutes while mid way waiting for clearance to leave for the plane. The service bus did not turn on the AC while we waited even though we complained. We were suffocating. There was no entertainment on the plane."

Contra: "In London I was required to ask fro this priority boarding with kids if not asked I would be queuing with small kids for 15 minutes.. (whilst In Frankfurt we have been invited to be boarded as first ones without asking for it.)"
Contra: "Frankfurt Airport--is head and shoulders the worst airport in the World. We will not be flying there again. Some dumbass at the airport thought it smart to remove the push carts. Took us one hour to get from our arrival gate to our new departure gate...horrible. They need to build a new airport. Frankfurt is horrible....we will never fly there again."
