Why they have reclining seats is a mystery - it doesn't make it appreciably more comfortable for the person reclining and it reduces leg room for the person behind, makes it more difficult to watch the screen (despite the tilting feature) and means that the tray table is resting on your knees during meal times."

wow those shitty services… I would be ashamed to work for blue air. here are 11 reasons why blue air is a mockery: 1. They sent me six emails (SIX. 6) from the moment I bought the tickets until the departure day, announcing flight departure modification times. let that sink in; 6 messages announcing new hours. 2. this morning‘s flight from Chania lasted 20 minutes more than previously announced and than the Bucharest to Chania flight one week ago. 3. my entire row was not asked whether we needed anything from the shopping cart. as a result, I approached a steward later on and he said I should go by myself (?!?!!!😂🤦🏼‍♀️) to pick up what I wanted from the back of the plane, but that I should hurry because we would be landing in 55 minutes😂😂. we obviously didn’t🤦🏼‍♀️ and apparently he was also very sure I would not be able to finish my water in that amount of time🥹. The plane wasn’t full and the cabin crew consisted of four persons. I am absolutely positive that had they been working for a different airline on a higher pay, they wouldn’t have made me do their job myself lol. 4. another interesting fact is the pointlessness of turning on the AC before landing. it’s obviously not a question of airing the closed space of the plane, since people are still in it, obviously. then why on earth would one take the conscious m decision of making all those people freeze because you want to have the AC on 16° while landing, why?!?! 5. is anybody else going mad because there are no pockets on the back of the chairs on these old sorry-ass blue air planes?😳😳😳 there are just some very rigid ones able to fit just their catalog, paper bag and safety instructions. if you have a book or a cup you will simply hold it in your hand until forever lol. 6. funnily enough, a friend had told me prior that she flew with them eight times. Three were canceled and five had delays of more than six hours😳😳😳😳😳. 7. it took blue air two years to refund her the money for her canceled flights. 8. Other fun fact, it turns out, is that they have the world’s fourth oldest aircraft. 9. and another one: their oldest plane is about 17 years old. 10. what’s also funny (as in stupid) is that they charge you €100 for two bags and you’re not able to pay for them using three different cards that work on other websites and using two different browsers and also a phone. beat this!! 11. and the final points being that they send you annoying emails up to the very last minute before flying urging you to add services that you already bought😅. in my case, when I tried to do the check-in, I received the clear message that online check-in is not available for that flight on both my laptop and phone. However at almost the same time I kept receiving emails urging me to pay for online check-in for the very same flight of course🤣🤣🤣. 🤯🤯🤯and wow. it’s really hard to top blue air when it comes to being shitty.

We couldn´t get the boarding pass on line although we tried many times during the previous 24 hours. They made us to pay a suplement of 30 euros in the airport. We have felt cheated.

Contra: "The internet support. I spent meny hours trying to check-in and upgrade my case allowance from 20kg to 32kg, and failed. When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

Zborul a avut intarziere la plecare iar cand a aterizat am asteptat sa vina autobuzul sa putem cobori din avion. Totul a fost groaznic decand am plecat din Buc catre Roma si inapoi. Nu ma asteptam sa fie atat de slab serviciile si timpul de asteptare atat de mare cu intarzieri. In plus sunt multe cerinte sa poti zbura: masca FFP2 iar echipajul nu are asa ceva dar noi suntem obligati sa avem, se cere test pcr sau antigen pt cei vaccinati, nu e normal asa ceva. Asta inseamna sa ne faceti pe noi cei vaccinati niste prosti pt ca ne-am vaccinat. Urat din artea voastra. Bani dati aiurea pt ca nu ne-a mai cerut nimeni asa ceva. O abusurditate. Ar trebuii sa ne dati banii inapoi, bani cheltuiti degeaba fiind vaccinati cu buster!!!!! Am fost taxati 40 euro pt 3 check-inuri pt ca nu am facut check in cu 3 ore inainte de zbor deoarece aplicatia nu a mers. Am platit pt ca serviciile voastre nu merg si sunt proaste. Cei care călătoresc alături de oameni cu probleme, viitoare mămici, etc så fie cît se poate de înțelegători și comunicativi! Niciodată nu știi unde te duce viața!

O mică parte din călători ar putea încerca så fie mai ascultători și disciplinați. Nu îi costă nimic și nici nu este imposibil!

Everything is just great, it is worth paying extra, but I wish they had a better coffee.

Positive: The flight was on time, which is quite a rarity, especially for low-cost carriers. The flight attendants "upgraded" me to an extra legroom seat (although it was more for practical reasons, as they needed someone by the emergency exit). Negative: In full Covid-19 pandemic wave, most of the passengers were checked for boarding, but instead of either being allowed to directly board the plane or at least to wait in front of the boarding gate at a relatively safe distance, everyone was crammed into a tiny space between the boarding desk and the actual gate. I'm not sure I wouldn't been comfortable being piled together with 150 other people in a little over 50sqm in "normal" times, let alone during a pandemic. Also, despite the plane only being at around 2/3 capacity and most of the extra legroom seats being unoccupied, the flight attendants were very reluctant to allow a fellow travel companion to sit in the same extra legroom row with me, because "these seats cost more than the regular seats", which I thought was very petty (regardless of whether it was company policy or the attendants' own rigid attitude towards the situation).

The flight was delayed for almost two hours. We had to wait in the bus before boarding for 30’.

According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

After about 20 minutes we got upset and left the terminal to get help. A guy told us he could print off our tickets 37€ to get a flight ticket printed off. He worked for Ryanair. He said if I pull it up off my phone I could get it with an email. Unfortunately I'm a tourist and don't have signal in that country and the wifi was conveniently not operational. I was to to try a local cafe to use wifi. I went to the cafe used their WiFi and then pulled my ticket online. I brought it to the guy who needed my ticket. I asked to check my luggage on. She said I couldn't because my luggage was broken because on my flight to Athens it came back to me broken. Frustrated I walked off to security in Athens. I went to go to my gate and looked at the ticket. The ticket didn't even have my gate on there. I searched on the board for my flight to come on in English but everything was moving too fast so it took 10 minutes to do. I finally found the gate I needed to go to and left. By this time 1hr and 30 minutes we're expended before I got to even security. I got to security and through my backpack containing my camera equipment onto the scanner taking my laptop out. They kicked the back back saying I had to take all my gear out of the back so they can scan it. ( I mean what's the point of a scanner anyways) they they told me to open up my lenses to see inside.... Like what?! I did that so he could look into my lenses. Then he asked me to open up my laptop so he could see inside the laptop.... Again... Seriously?? You have a scanner. Then they told to take all my hygiene products including my expensive calone I put in my bag that was intended for check luggage and throw it away. Because my luggage was broken and wasn't able to go on the plane I lost about $100 of hygiene products. Let me tell you I also work in Africa.... I can't get hygiene products anymore. We began boarding the plane. The ticket on my phone wasn't able to be scanned and see had to put the number in manually. Then we got to the plane and told us to leave my luggage at the bottom of the stairs to be put into the plane with the checked luggage. My broken luggage that wasn't accepted for check luggage was now checked luggage just without all the important items I needed -_- worst airline and airport ever. Never fly with them."

Announcements from the crew were not understandable, After landing in Stansted, the gate was not ready (due to the ground crew again) and we had to wait 10min before the gate. Luggage took forever."
