Lahore to Doha was great but Doha to JFK using American Airlines was horrendous
it would have been great to be disembarked from an Air Bridge instead of being bussed around the airport after a 16 hour Flight.

Kayak/Qatar Airways tore one of my bags. I'd like compensation for it. Also, the check in at Chicago was time consuming and tedious owing to RT PCR checking. That should be made more efficient. Likewise, the check at Mumbai airport.

Meal preferences was good - I'm a vegetarian and on the onward journey forgot to specify the meal preference but the crew had enough inventory to meat the requirements. 3. Every seat was provided with a small plastic pouch/packet/goodie bag that consisted of a eye mask (very thoughtful), pair of sock, toothpaste+brush (very thoughtful), hand cream. This was very useful and effective. 4. Entertainment - options were good and current."
Contra: "Dislikes: 1. Online check-in wasnt easy; towards the end of the process, there is an option to email the boarding pass but this never worked. Not sure if this is something to do with the browser (tried with Firefox, Opera) 2. It would have been good, as part of the online check-in, if the users reminded to specify the meal preferences, etc. I forgot to specify the meal preferences but thankfully the crew had enough of what I wanted. 3. Take a relook at the packaging of the toothpaste tube in the goodie bag. It was sealed in such a way that it was difficult to open it w/o a sharp object. This should have been easier. 4. Seats were the worst part - poor legroom. Worst, the seat cushion is the worst. I think it was just a fabric over a metal seat with minimalist of cushion. ATL to DOH leg was the worst (and the longest leg of the trip). Unless you have open seats next to you it would be a back breaking and painful trip. Seat comfort wise, I would rate Qatar as the worst. Luckily on the return leg (DOH-ATL) next two seats to mine was empty, so was able to stretch and sleep well. DOH-MAA or MAA-DOH seating was little better (think its a older plane; newer planes have worst seats) 5. The website was damn slow while accessing from overseas. Even in the US, at times the website hangs-up, freezes or spins often. 6. Food was ok -dinner and lunch but minimalistic; I didnt see any specific breakfast menu or any coffee served separately (was part of beverage option during lunch or dinner) 7. There was no alert, communication, notification, reminder of upcoming trip via email or text, etc. Many airlines does this very often but Qatar was totally silent on it (they did have my email during checkin). Not sure why."

When we went online there were almost no more seats available so we decided to go to the check in counter in the airport. Although we were more than 3 hours in advance in the airport there were almost no seats available. We were very disappointed about this service, we never experienced this with any other airline companies..."

When I arrived in Doha I was told by the transfer desk that I did not need to pick up my bags because they had been checked to my final destination. I even asked them to pull up my flight information and to confirm that, which they did. However, when I arrived in Kigali, Rwanda, my bags were no where to be found. No one has found them yet. I also called Qatar Air before my flight and asked about hotel accommodations for my layover because my layover was from 6:00 pm to 7 am. When I called, I was told that I would be given a complimentary hotel room because of the length of the layover. However, when I arrived I was told that I did not qualify for the hotel accommodation. Then, I was told that a hotel room would cost 250. When i arrived at the hotel, I was told the cheapest was 325."

Because of the departure delay from Cluj Napoca to Istanbul was 1hour and 20 minutes, and time between flights 1 hour and 30 minutes we were running between terminals. It could be great if someone will wait for us with a golf cart to transfer us to the other termimal.
It's such a disgrace that you thed kayak didn't email me to inform the cancellation flight from cluj on the 7th. I've spent a night at the Hilton hotel in cluj for which you should pay and also lost a say work. Also did 2 covid test te sister me 100 euros and pain. I am writing form Istanbul on the 8th wating to board to Miami flight TK0077. I expect you to have the decency and reimburse all the extra costs that were caused by you not the Turkish aireiles. Boarding in Tel Aviv, the Turkish Airlines rep at the Business Class kiosk didn’t honor our Business class tickets and rudely sent us to a long long line “ to show your COvID test” to the person checking. I had my COvID docs in my hand and he refused to look at them. My husband said this is BS and we went to the back of the line with all the other non Business class people. The woman checking didn’t actually even look at our documents - she saw only that I had some papers in my hand- but still we were stuck in that long line for no reason. When we finally got up to the same TA rep again, he didn’t even look at out COvID papers either and finally allowed us to bioard. in Business class line.but many economy passengers were allowed to board ahead of us. Isn’t one of the benefits of Bisiness I’d that yiu are allowed to board early and get settled sooner??? Not in our case. However, the same TA rep allowed an Israeli orthodox woman not to get into the long line he sent us to and he allowed her to get immediately into the Business line without having her COvID papers” checked”! Why was she given preferential treatment while we who are obviously Muslim by our dress were put into that long line for no reason other than that we are clearly Muslim and my husband is African American! Unacceptable. Everything else was great.
The Layoever in ISTANBUL WAS TOO SHORT. We did not have enough time to cross the entire airport, back through security check and then cross again. It is not reasonable and not right for the airline to sell tickets with unreasonable layover times or to have a representative fast track the process.
I've traveled with all major European airlines, Canadian and United States. Turkish Airlines is my favourite by far.

Also since passengers were standing and the plane was driving on the runway, they were not stable and moving sideways and one of them hit a sitting passenger in the head by mistake. The on-flight entertainment system didn't work from FRA to IST The staff did not do a safety check (check if seat belts on all passengers, seats are in upright position) prior to the plane flying Overall I flew with them 4 times (2 way ticket, with connection flights) and all flights were late to depart and eventually arrive late."

Luggage handling. Arrived in Johannesburg without my luggage. Communication regarding lost luggage is basically non-existent.

Contra: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Contra: "That kayak redirected me to Flight Network to purchase this ticket. They used an alternate credit card - not mine- to pay Fly Dubai which precluded me from getting a boarding pass, forcing me to purchase another ticket. My Visa card was billed by Flight Network , but they paid Fly Dubai with a MasterCard that is not mine. BIG PROBLEM!!!!!!"
Pro: "Leg room was okay on the flight. The meal served was excellent and the portion was just right. It was a nice surprise for a flight of it's length. We were happy with the overall experience of the airport staff and the airline crew. The seating area at the gate was the most comfortable of all terminals we passed through"
Pro: "Quick service"
Contra: "Small plane, uncomfortable seats, bad food"
Pro: "We got to sit in the front"
Contra: "The flight was delayed more than two hours and there were no TVs on the plane"
Contra: "Still stranded in airport!!! Weather condition is fair and all other flights left and only Fly Dubai delays without explanation"
Contra: "The flight delayed for 1:40 minuets. The staff changed my seat wich I choosed when I booked."
Pro: "The plane took off and landed on time."
Contra: "Boarding was chaotic and poorly organized. Seats are cramped and uncomfortable. The entertainment system screens did not work. Other passengers were pushy and disrespectful."
Pro: "Nothing to mention here."
Contra: "I booked my flight with Emirates and their flights were good, food and crew was awesome. But I got surprised when flying back from Delhi, ground staff told me to board with Fly Dubai instead of Emirates. Why I wasn't got notified while booking the flight that there will be multiple airlines flight?"
Contra: "No leg room. Did not even get a cup of water without paying. No entertainment without paying."
Contra: "I didn't expect everything to need paying for, even water, considering we spent 6 and half hours in the air with FlyDubai, I had the wrong currency and a non credit card, so even though I was desperate for water I was not aloud one as I couldn't pay for it, the crew just said "sorry", so I went a few hours really uncomfortable"
Pro: "I made it to my destination safely and planes appeared to be new."
Contra: "Crew was late and unorganized in both Amman and Dubai. Entertainment system onboard did not work. Touch screen was inoperable. We waited on the tarmac shuttle nearly 15minutes because plane wasn't clean. Check-in line was ridiculously long and only one person working. Boarding zones we're ignored a crew member just yelled the name of the flight to signal boarding."
Pro: "the crew outfits"
Contra: "no entertainment, no food, delays, terrible dubai terminal for 8+ hours- you certainly do not get what you pay for."
Pro: "I made it to my destinations (Amman and Dubai) safely."
Contra: "- Airport check-in line was ridiculous. Only two Fly Dubai agents working (1 for regular people and 1 for the crew) - Had to take a shuttle to board the plane. The plane wasn't ready/clean. Had to wait on said bus, packed like sardines for another 10-15 minutes. - Agents in Amman arrived late to the check-in desk and fumbled around for at least 10 minutes finding paper/logging-into the system etc. - MANY Customers stood up WAY before the pilot signaled it was safe. This has to be a safety regulation/problem. Flight attendants did nothing. - The screens/entertainment system on the flight didn't work. Absolutely useless."

Contra: "The delays, chaotic checkin counters at Dubai, slow boarding, seating changes when on board, uncomfortable seats, no food or drinks on board and unfriendly staff"
Contra: "This airline was terrible. They treat customers with no respect. It was uncomfortable, dirty and service was poor. They came once with the cart and charged even for water on a 4 hour flight. The expensive sandwich was old and stale. Entertainment system didn't work. I would avoid this airline at all cost."

Pro: "The only thing negative on my trip is flydubai terminal"
Contra: "You should warn people who are purchasing one ticket from two airlines about flydubai being a different terminal. It caused a great amount of stress to have to go through immigration, get my luggage, exchange money in order to pay for a taxi to get to the other terminal. I barely made my connection. I was not a happy customer yesterday."
Contra: "It was unacceptable I wasn’t able to catch my flight going there and the clerk had no record of our flight and he was very rude. Also had to buy a more expensive ticket just to get there"
Pro: "The crew is incredibly professional and you do feel bad for them."
Contra: "It's the other passengers that are the problem (and that's consistent). The cabin stinks (due to the passengers), they generally don't listen to crew instructions, and it's the only place that every time you land there is someone who is standing up immediately after touchdown and the crew is yelling at them."
Contra: "They have charged a fortune from me to carry my regular luggage . They said I could have purchased the luggage ticket as well . this is I'm hearing for the first time ."
Pro: "40 me on the flight knowing that that my connecting flight was cancelled stayed in Dubai for a day and a half without anyone helping me because I did not fly with Emirates to Alexandria horrible service customer service no one held I would never fly with this company ever again. Contra: "not comfortable ..time-chairs. 1- chairs- hard and tight . 2- time-late always. not on the time like we are comming in 2 houers before debarture and waiting 2 or 3 houers more gust to inter the air plain.and take off.exp time to flay 1 .writen in the ticket take of effectlvely at 2 or 3 .this is haben to me in the last time i flay with this air line. 3- entrance suddenly changed. exp wrtin 11 in the ticket chang to 3 in the air port. and this openion for most people who tray flay d. thanks for your attention."

Contra: "Passive agressive crew Entertainment system did not work and the screens do not turn off which made sleep impossible and the glare was a great discomfort when the lights dimmed."
Pro: "On offers their rates are good."
Contra: "As family we tend to buy luggage based on need with Credit card. They seem to block online checkin always for credit card payment. So even if you go 3 hours before flight the family cant get seats together. Than you go through drama of convincing people in flight to adjust."
Pro: "Not much actually, apart from being able to get home."
Contra: "Charter behaviour on a long distance flight? Well that is a new low in airlines. Well maybe except from Delta. I guess i can be happy that the crew did not drag people out and i managed to travel safely. That being said, having to pay for everything including water, snack (let alone food) or entertainment on a long distance flight is at least, excuse my French, a dick move. Not pleasant in any way."
Pro: "Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for."
Contra: "Seats are almost laughably small, both in pitch and width. The plane was very hot during boarding as they use both doors and the wind blows through the entire cabin."
Pro: "I got to my destination on time."
Contra: "The cramped, uncomfortable seats. The cold, non-engaged staff."
Pro: "The crews were great on both legs of the flight. Seating was not too bad. When boarding finally started, it was fast."
Contra: "Both of my flights were delayed, and in both situations no one would tell anyone what was going on. Leaving passengers in the dark about their travels is a terrible experience."
Pro: "The only thing that I liked about this flight was the it took off and landed safely."
Contra: "The flight was hot, the attendants were rude, and seemed to feel as though they were burdened a passenger requested something. They did not offer water to anyone (especially elderly people) when the A/C went out. They also lost my bags, and would not deliver them."
Pro: "Option to buy food. 30 mins only from Dubai to Doha"
Contra: "Delay in take off by about 30 mins. Ground services in Dubai sucks and you are treated like low/no class passengers if you fly with other airlines apart from emirates. Transport bus from Term 3 to Term 2 via Term 1 make extra stops as per driver pleases. This would be last time I go via Dubai on other airlines non Emirates. Toilets in Term 2 also sucks and would rather go on the plane...."
Pro: "I didn't like anythinkk"
Contra: "You add one more stop to my flight and lost my bag instead to have vacation I am wasting the time to find the luggage"
Contra: "The flight is cancelled at the last moment. I am staying at the airport waiting for an alternative. No one to compensate you."
Pro: "Help of Mr Jackson and other crew members"
Contra: "A drunk guy make scence at flight was horrible"
