What is unacceptable, is that they made no attempt to contact me once the phones were up. I ended up calling the U.S. service center at 1am local time to rebook...only 3 hours before I needed to leave for the airport. It took an hour - which I paid for at direct dial international rates - to find a flight. I'm very grateful for the U.S. service rep who was kind and helpful. She was the one bright spot in this poorly handled situation."

The flight was delayed, the aircraft was changed last minute and my partner and I got separated, though we paid for the emergency exit seats. Accidentally I spot it and then it was sorted out.

The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."
Pro: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."
Contra: "As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent."

I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

You have to go to 2 different areas to to drop off bags. Just ludicrous! Makes you appreciate American efficiency. Don’t fly RyanAir!!!"

Contra: "Ryanairs policy of checking in online or paying a 45 euro fee is ridiculous. I've never heard of an airline charging people as they check in at the airport. On top of that, they make it so you can't even check in online within 2 hours of the flight so you're forced to pay when you get there. It's a sneaky crooked system Ryanair has in place. I'm incredibly dissatisfied with my treatment from Ryanair and I will never be flying with them again."

Contra: "Charging £66+ just to print a boarding pass at the airport is ridiculous."

Contra: "I will never fly with Ryanair again. They ripped off all my money. If I would have booked 2 tickets with British airways would have been much better and cheaper."
